I still love the neighborly feel of shopping at any Ace hardware. Not being a box box store, the employees are able to stay current with local trends, and happenings, in your town, it was refreshing to see a nice, neat store as this was here in this area!! But if you have a question about a product or issue you can bet there is an employee within earshot to help you out!!!! Without having to walk 2 football fields only to find some one to say I'll call someone for you "I'm not in that department" then 15 minutes later your still no better offf than you were when you walked in, and yes I'm talking Home Depot and Lowe's. Here you get that good personalized service that Ace hardware provides!!!

I love going here. The employees are always so pleasant and helpful. They take the time to walk with you and help you find what you need. They ask about your project to get a better understanding and they are the only store that will allow you to bring a product back no questions asked if it doesn't fit. They really try to look out for the customer. They don't try to upsell you or suggest unnecessary items. Great customer experience.

Someone could argue they have too many employees around... That's said because you'll pass 2-3 just walking in the door and they all stop to see how they can help you. Andrew at the paint counter is awesome. He can match about anything and keeps up with customers and their paint colors. Others there are great too.

This place is small and in the country but the staff were some of the friendliest I've seen in a hardware store. I had 2 separate staff members ask me if they could help and I wasn't in eye sight which tells me they're actively doing their jobs. Both recommended some solutions to a unique problem I had. They lady at check out was friendly and joking something I NEVER see or get near home. I wish I lived closer so I could visit more often but I do pass through a bit and will definitely stop in if I need something and I'm in the area. I wish I could give a shout out to the specific staff. 1 was definitely in hardware and the other was possibly plumbing as he took me back to that area.

This is my first time experience with this location picking up an online order. The order mentioned they will come to your car and bring you the order if you call them. When I called the guy seemed reluctant at best to bring it out but he did. Once at my vehicle I got my package, signed for it but not a thank you, have a good day or anything. He must've have been having a bad day. First impressions last and it's not likely I'll be back at this location any time soon if that's how they value paying customers.

Please support local Ace Hardwares over Lowe's. They are ALWAYS helpful. Even on Christmas Eve and crowded, they help you locate anything you need as soon as you walk in the door.

This place is your small town hardware store with very friendly staff that made me feel extremely welcomed to the town of Cherryville. They have a little bit of everything here. We have only lived in this town for about a month and we have already had to frequent this store often to get keys made, get plants for out yard and home, and they also stood there for about an hour helping us fix our weed eater in the floor in the back. They just kept bringing us parts until we found what we needed! They didn't have to do that but they did.Felt like we were hanging out with friends and family helping us fix our tools. Very lovely store. Very friendly, caring staff that makes you feel like your at home.

I agree with other posters. They have great customer service. Prices could be cheaper but overall shopping experiences I had with them have been great. Bought soil, weed killer, paint, tools, plumbing supplies, all from them.
