We received excellent care for my kitten when he was sick. The doctor was thorough and caring, and he explained everything clearly. He also seemed to really care about my baby, even offered that if the problem wasn't better within 2 weeks, I could bring him back at no charge for the recheck visit.I will be taking my animals here for their care in the future.🐾

First and foremost if I could give them a 10 star I would! Dr. Browning and his whole entire staff are so amazing. I have always taken my babies to get shots, deworming’s check ups, etc. from Cherryville. Over the weekend I had an emergency with Callie and I couldn’t afford to take her to the emergency vet in Hickory so unfortunately I had to wait till Monday morning to bring her in. I got there right at 7 AM to wait until they opened. She was first to get called back. They immediately jumped into action getting blood work done and coming back fairly quickly with a diagnosis And what the next steps were. Dr. Browning came in so compassionately to explain everything that needed to be done and the aftercare that was needed. The pricing was very reasonable with everything that they needed to do to save her life. He was very transparent on the cost and the care that was needed. The next day after her surgery, they allowed me to come and visit. They never said a word for how long I could be there. They literally just let me be with her. Which was greatly appreciated. I brought Cali home today and she is finally resting at home recovering the rest of the way. The staff has went above and beyond for me and Cali. My sweet baby wouldn’t have made it without them. And I am forever Grateful. Thank you again for all that you guys have done and your continued hard work for the community and for our babies. Thank you guys for being compassionate an understanding.

This was my first experience with Cherryville animal hospital. When you have a sick pet, you never know what to expect. Everyone (From the receptionist to the assistant to the doctor) treated myself and my dog with tremendous respect. She was given an exam, a diagnosis and treatment quickly... at a very reasonable fee.Thank you!

Had to put my dog to sleep for the first time and didn't do very well. They are very sweet, and they sent me a handwritten card that warmed my heart. The wait time was a little long for this situation, but the people are caring and gentle. The pics are before she got sick and after her name is Lisa, fly high little Lisa ☮️❤️✝️

Just switched to Cherryville Animal Hospital, best vet I've ever been to! The staff is amazing as soon as you walk in you're greeted by friendly receptionist! The wait was short the vet was extremely kind and professional, explained everything from start to finish! The prices were better than I've experienced at any other vet! This is definitely my new vet for life! Thank you so very much to everyone at Cherryville Veterinary!!!!

I continue to bring my 3 cats to this location despite moving 30+ minutes away due to the exceptional care they receive from this veterinary team. It is worth the wait and they make the transfer of 3 kitties as easy as possible. It can get a little crowded inside during the early hours but you can wait outside and they will call when you are ready. The vet is professional and friendly. Ashleigh is normally the tech that assists with my Nala, Bubbles, and Pickle and she is great. She knows my babies and their tendencies and quirks. She is thorough and gives suggestions and really cares about our fur babies.

Dr. Palermo and Crystal were Great! They not only explained different ways to get the best results in our puppies health, but Fixed the problem in 1 Amazing informative Visit! You can tell they Really Cared! I Would Highly Recommend Them and This Clinic!!! Every time we go it is Great! The only thing I could say Objectively, is the wait time sucks, but even that process isn't too bad.

I've been with Dr.Browning and staff for years now..I must say..I travel over an hour for them to see my babies..and I wouldn't have it any other way!! If you want quality, compassionate care..this is definitely the place! Thanks to all the Docs and staff for all you do! You all are the BEST!!

Didn’t meet my needs or my dog’s needs. Your staff was unkind and told me if my dog didn’t have this $3,000 surgery she would die. The staff scolded me about her ear infection and after numerous failed attempts to cure it, the looked further in her ear and it was a tumor. She went on to live another few years and I found an amazing vet.

I've taken my dogs here twice. I took my 10-year-old Jack Russell the first time because I was afraid he had prostate cancer, the doctor was able to figure out that it was actually a prostate infection and gave us meds that immediately cleared up the issue. They also told me that his prostate issues would become a bit better if we got him neutered so I brought him and my other dog, which is a 1-year-old pup to have their surgeries. They did such a great job on the surgery itself but the care that they give your pets when they are away from you is the best care I've seen from any veterinarian. They truly love your dogs like they are their own when they are away from you. Not only was I greeted by a very happy but sore geriatric dog, the other one that stayed scared the whole time, they made an effort to make sure my dogs were together after the surgery to help him be more calm. They truly were not only concerned for their physical health but for their mental health as well. Had to rush my geriatric dog back the next day because he had licked himself until he bled and one of the techs knew I couldn't afford a cone for him after the expense of the surgery. They blessed me with one and I've been able to keep my dog from hurting himself further since then. All of this to say, they are definitely the best when it comes to caring for your pets. They are 30 minutes away from me and I will make the drive every single time to get my dogs there for the level of care they give our fur babies. Also, the extra cherry on top was that my little geriatric dog was featured on their Facebook page because he is a big cheeser, he smiles really big for the cameras. That was a lot of fun to repost on my own page. Highly recommend these very special people!

The doctors and staff are amazing. They have taken care of my basset hound Jake since he was a pup. I would not go anywhere else. I’d like to double the 5 stars if I could. Thank y’all all so much for caring about Jake.

I should have done this when it happened but I wasn’t going to but after seeing so many people asking about this vet, I decided to share my experience. The vet shows very little interest in your animals or feelings and also the women at the front can be very rude. We had to put our boy to sleep who had cancer and while paying fro this afterwards, a vet tech accused us of recording our boy being put to sleep and stated that it was illegal! Mind you this never happened and the only thing we did was take pics with our children and our sweet boy before any drugs were ever administered. Horrible, horrible accusation and situation to be put in to say the least! Will never recommend or return!

We have always taken our fur babies here and never had an issue. Today my husband took our 2 babies and had the worst experience. The staff has always been great and the vets are amazing but one of the ladies at the front was just hateful and rude. A gentleman came in with an emergency need and my husband offered to come back another day for this man’s dog to be seen. The lady at the desk was extremely rude and told him no. No problem… he was just worried about the man’s dog. My husband then waited over 2 hours to have our babies seen. He was pretty sure she placed him at the bottom of the list because our dogs were getting antsy so he took the outside to calm down. She didn’t like that! She was rude to everyone that came in. I get that people have bad days, but after this experience, he is looking into going elsewhere after years of using them for our animals. It’s sad that one person can ruin a great companies reputation. Again, the staff has always been amazing but what took place today was uncalled for.

I highly recommend this hospital.. they are taking aush good care of my little yorkie, Sophie. She had emergency surgery yesterday and did great. They told me to bring her back this morning for extra fluids and to keep a close watch on her. These people are wonderful. I recommend them highly..

brought my dog here thinking they’d be experienced in handling nervous/ more timid animals. wrong. my blue heeler began to get slightly aggressive growling and barking when the vet tech came near us with the needle when trying to administer his shot. she said she would have to muzzle him shortly after he calmed down which was fine with me but when i asked to go back in the room she very RUDELY said “no you’re actually just making things worse” then grabbed his leash and DRUG him to a room in the back. while she was doing this my boy had his tail tucked between his legs and was coughing from the amount of force she was pulling the leash with. the noises that i heard come out of that room were horrid. her not allowing me back there done nothing but made it worse as my boy came out covered in his own fecal matter and urine. staff needs to be reminded on how to treat people and animals with respect. my dog LOVES people even strangers and this situation wouldn’t have escalated the way it did had the staff done their job correctly. they never should’ve tried to give a nervous dog a shot in the lobby surrounded by multiple other dogs, cats and humans anyways.

Little wait. Was able to walk in with my big old rottie last month , who developed random mastitis that was draining. The staff was all friendly and caring. The office visit and treatment was very affordable.*Edit to update* We again had to make a last minute visit for our other rottweiler who needed some extra flea support & shots this week. She is more of an anxious dog , but they did awesome again, and even did a nail trim with no problems at all. ( The last time in another state they recommended IV sedation) She came home with pretty nails and we definitely will be back routinely. Thank you.Jamie & Larry Heinlen(& Bella & Maple)

I started coming to Cherryville Animal Hospital after my husband found my girl, (LadyBird) abandoned on the side of the road in a trash bag with her siblings. She was only 2 weeks old. We went and the doctors and staff gave great advice. With that our girl is now 5 months old and doing great! & with quick visits as well. Very friendly and pleasant staff!

I brought my 12 urar old cat in because she was haveing stomach isses. And then after that visit i went home and brought my second cat in who had never seen a vet before. Every one here is so kind and sweet. The front desk was really nice to me as it was my first time coming here. They made sure I was all checked in and made sure I was ok. The vet and vet tech were so nice and explained everything going on in the visit. They were amazing and really helpful. They made sure we understood everything they explained to us and what our next steps were. They are absolutely our new vet!

Could have avoided spending over 1000 dollars having my dogs middle didget cut off if the "doctor" would have done a little more than shove his finger in the middle of his paw and tell me nothing else could really be done. Could have done an xray and figured out that he had a micro fracture in his foot but, no that was not the case lead me to believe something completely different so, I spent months changing food and trying to wrap it up trying to keep a cone on him giving him meds that didnt do anything. thank you for wasting my time and ringo says "thank you for being lazy now i get to lose my toe." Malpractice at its finest this animal "hospital" is a joke.... UPDATE a few days later still no contact from anyone and im going to file charges in the event that im not contacted in the next 24 hours. This is ridiculous this place DONT rightfully care about your pets.

Cherryville animal hospital really cares about you and your pets. Being able to be seen without an appointment is very convenient also. There fees are more reasonable than any other vet around, some people even drive from well over an hour away for their services, including myself, i recently moved further away and still continue to take my barbies here. The best vets and staff , thank you all for being so awesome!

Dr. Browning, Dr. Fryer and Ashleigh have shown exceptional compassion for a vast number of suffering animals. I have personally experienced the CAH give suffering animals a chance in life, with a 5% chance of living. I have seen those same animals do a complete transformation with their care and are now with their forever families living their best life. Taco the Grey kitty, was to be euthanized because he was diagnosed with a grade 5 heart mumor, Bagheera the Black kitty had severe lung damage and was congested beyond any kitty ever seen at CAH. With very little medical hope based on science. The staff treated them to try to give them a chance. Taco is now 1 year olds and Bagheera now roars like the panther he is.

I have been using them for a little over 2 years. I usually see Dr. Browning but we love all the doctors! We drive 40 minutes to see them! Prices are very reasonable if not the best in the area.. I have used them for injuries, surgeries, dentals, litter checkups, and routine care. They don't require appointments (except for surgeries) so there is usually a wait but they are always good about giving us an accurate wait time and we know to plan on hanging out for a while. I highly recommend them.Update: Still our favorite Vets!

Dr. Browning and tech nurse Ashleigh Carpenter are great with animals and their parents. We had to have our precious girl put down and they were so kind and compassionate throughout the whole ordeal. She passed peacefully away and that gave us peace. All of the staff was so kind and sympathetic. I highly recommend them.

The girls up front were very nice. The wait wasn't long at all. Maybe 20 minutes. My cat had gotten scared on the way there and pooped a little in the cage. They took him and washed him before the exam. They were super nice .
