Wonderful experience. I've been to this shop before, and have always been served with a friendly smile and expertise. Turns out the lady running the store and I have competed against each other at trivia locally before; she is the nicest person. This day, I went to buy a ground feeder for the deer who visit my house on a daily basis; I got a high-quality feeder for a good price, along with nice conversation.The inside décor, I must say, is also top-notch, very natural. They're loaded with whatever you need for your avian and other wildlife. In summation, I highly recommend this establishment. A+++. Thank you, WBC-!

This is the BEST Bird store ever !!! It is so well-stocked and has everything from bird feed to awesome unique fun bird houses 😊 Don’t have a bird that’s no problem because they also have food for deer as well as cute garden accessories and whimsical outdoor garden fountains!! The staff is always friendly and eager to help and the owner Sally will eventually become someone you feel has been your friend forever 😊If you have not yet ...check this boutique out! don’t waste anymore time !! Christmas is coming up and they have awesome and unique gifts for everyone on your list.

If you’re interested in bird watching, feeding them or accessories for your yard (houses, shepherds hooks, etc) and everything else in between and want great advice and insight this is the place. It’s very specialty but prices aren’t too crazy. Support local. The two ladies who were working were very helpful.

This is our “go to” place to shop for bird seed and all kinds of gifts with a nature and wildlife theme. Sally and her knowledgeable staff are ready to welcome you inside and there is often friendly chatter among the staff and patronage about what’s happening in your birding world!

This store has a wealth of innovative gift ideas and the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Always a clever place to shop when in need of an idea. Just ask the employee because often a suggestion will be made that may not be apparent as you scan the store. I have benn shopping there for years.

Very Disappointed. In December 2014 I took my Yankee Flipper Squirrel Proof Birdfeeder, which I purchased at the Wild Bird Center,several years ago, in for repairs. The current owner, Sally, said that she would get it repaired, but she had to get a previous owner to come back and do the repair work. It has now been over ten weeks and she never contacted me. I have called her several times and a clerk or Sally would say that they have not been able to get the repair person to come in and fix my bird feeder. I finally got disgusted with this poor service and called the manufacturer, Yankee. They told me exactly how to get it repaired and it should be working in a couple of days. All Sally needed to do was to call Yankee and tell them the problem and then tell me what to do, instead of waiting for a repair person who never came! Since I purchased it from the Wild Bird Center I figured they should be able to get it repaired since they still sell Yankee products. I was wrong! I personally think that the Wild Bird Center should not be permitted to sell Yankee products since they don't know how to get them repaired! There are other bird stores in Charlotte, give them a shot instead of this one. We won't be back.

They do not want to do the work they need to do to have Yankee fix their feeders. They have a lifetime warranty, so I took my finch feeder in a year ago and went in recently to ask the status and it not been addressed yet. AFTER A YEAR! Slack!
