This location is horrible. Management should be ashamed. 2 pm and the place looks horrible when the hot bar is 11-8pm… team members all standing around conversating about anything other than this. Stood here for 45 min and asked when some real actual protein other than frozen fried chicken strips would come out and they said 10 minutes for 60 minutes straight! Rather disappointed to of stopped here while in CLT visiting..

I ordered a chocolate sponge cake with whipped cream and raspberry jam for a birthday party, but received a terrible testing cake with a huge puddle of jam in the middle and whipped cream, both surrounded by chocolate frosting IN the cake!The jam layer was an INCH thick (!), the chocolate frosting tasted like cheap margarine, why they even put it in it?!?!?!I would give them 0 if I could.

The customer service couldn't answer a simple question about the use of shared machinery in the vegetarian products for 365 brand. The chat representatives on their website just repeatedly state the policy and are not willing to go extra mile to find out if their products are really vegetarian. Also it is amazing they are not willing to disclose any information about their vendor processes.

Great place for quality grocery shopping in the South Park area. Prices are higher than other stores but with Amazon acquiring it and prime membership 5% additional discount, the prices are almost comparable to HT etc. The shopping experience is a lot better. It's a pleasure shopping at this WF location. The deli/prepared food/bakery section is awesome. Great place for lunch or a quick dinner.

My first visit to a Whole Foods Market. This location was very clean and well stocked. I was so excited I was able to find oil free hummus. Also got a plate from the hot bar and a veggie sushi roll. Everything was fresh and delicious. I sure wish they would build a store in Jacksonville NC.

My wife and I were celebrating our wedding. We have guests with food allergies, so booked the vegan chocolate cake. Called to confirm in the week leading up that everything was ok, repeatedly assured that everything was lined up. The morning of, I get a phone call that they didn't have the batter for the cake, and would a substitute be acceptable? Absolutely dreadful, you cannot trust these people.

I go to this WF location to do my beer shopping. They stock a fantastic variety of NC and SC (and national) breweries. Prices are the same or better than other groceries and even the national wine/beer chain store.

Fairview Road has the cleanest Whole Food in Charlotte. Everything is mostly self service. Lots of different food options for Vegans and pescatarians. Try the Coffee bar.

I love this Whole Foods but they are always out of stuff. I’ve gone 3 times this week looking for the Classic Chicken Salad - no luck. Sometimes there is no fresh cut fruit to be found. The granola bar section was wiped clean today. :(

Love this Whole Foods because of the Queen's Corner bar and tasting loft it has. You wouldn't think that a grocery store is a cool place to hangout, but this Whole Foods is a staple for many. The drinks are inexpensive as you can grab any bottle of wine or beer and open it up in store for no extra charge. Even better is that you can grab a cheese plate to go with your drinks or something from their hot bar. You can also get things made to order like a burger or sandwich. Besides the bar and tasting loft, there is also a nice outdoor patio on the second floor that offers a nice relaxed place to eat.As a grocery store it is very clean, organized, and has high quality products. For daily shopping I find it to be too expensive and would really only shop there to get specialty items like vegan or vegetarian supplements. The wine and beer selection is decent, but other stores have a bigger selection. The staff has always been friendly and helpful which I appreciate. The bar keep is always on point too which helps.

I love shopping at whole foods for my staples. I love their oatmilk, almond and coconut milk. Their fish is fresh, so are their fruits and baked goods. I always recommend whole foods to my friends and family.

Employees were very helpful, store was clean, prices are usually high, sales are good when you can caught them, doesn't always have particular item in store that I may want to purchase. Usually always a plesant experience when visiting there!

Sat. Dec 23, 2023 - Approx. 9" Carrot cake, three-layers. I have bought several carrot cakes from Whole Foods at South Park. I guess everyone is entitled to a bad one. Cutting into the cake was difficult, getting the slice out was even worse. It completely tore apart. Upon close examination, something happened between the lower layer and middle layer. The middle layer was very thick cream cheese and very little cake. Extremely sweet.Very disappointed.

Love all their products but everyone says they don't shot there often because of their prices. If they don't lower their prices they might end up like Earth Fair. Not sure how they don't understand that they would get at least twice as many costumers if they lowered their prices, especially now that they are working with Amazon and amazon offers similar products for half the price. Just paid almost $4 for 6 fresh tiny Russian tea cookies. It's just too much, but no one else carries them around here. I love their products that no one else has. Just wish they wouldn't make us go broke for them. We shouldn't have to splurge for groceries and natural medicine/hygiene products.

I have shopped here since it opened. To get the best deals I generally keep an eye out for their 25%off sale in their body and mind(I think they call it) dept. during a supplement sale there’s item X along with its price public gets 25%off, an additional 10% off of you have prime acct. if item X is on sale, 25%comes off sale price, plus 10%off for prime and so on. None of the number added up and no one could explain to me how they got to that price when numbers we were looked at didn’t work. 2+2 did not equal 4!! They said customer service will know name and number of district manager.BEWARE of that call center because they just don’t get it. It’s not a language barrier as I was born in that country but grew up in the US bi explained it to them in their language the best I could but they just weren’t getting it!I don’t know how they do business!! It is the worst experience I’ve ever had spending $800 in a retail establishment and I can’t get a correct answer!! Avoid the off shore customer service at all cost!! They can’t do anything because they don’t have the information to do anything!

I stopped by the night of Tuesday, 12-7-21. Was happy to see they were open until 10 pm. I can always find unique items here that I can't find elsewhere.I had a coupon to use for the Country Archer jerky. Most stores don't carry it. Not only did Whole Foods have it, but they had several varieties. I was eyeing the teriyaki & mango habanero flavors, but I did the right thing & tried one of the zero sugar flavors.I joke & call WF "whole check" because they can be pricey. Anytime I stop by, I find something good.

I went here to specifically get a brand of drinkable yogurt i had a year ago. After a google search I found it here. The store was clean but super small and crowded, and prices were not clearly marked.. Prime member's such as my self get a discount but their internet was sketchy & suspect. The prominent and most stocked brand in a white packaging is of course (WFM). You will NOT find a variety of other known brands. Watermelon in a 32oz container was $17. Thats no typo folks, they wanted your girl to pay $17 of her coins for watermelon. Ok not going to lie.😒 i considered it. Presentation looked fresh 😋 sweet and ripe, and though everyone i made eye contact and smiled at, readily returned a warm and friendly smile. The only other persons that look like me was my companion and the cashier? I think they heard about the price of Watermelon at Whole Foods Market. Oh and my drinkable (Siggi's) yogurt 😋 VERY reasonably priced. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

The escalators and such were really innovative. The lunch bar was a bit slim pickings, probably because we arrived in the early afternoon. What was left was still good. Some of the snacks and such seemed to be less variety than we're used to for Whole Foods, but it was good to find what we needed. Overall, the people who work there are rather nice.

Today was my first time in this Whole Foods and honestly I was blown away. First of all parking is easily accessible at this location. The store has great curb appeal and it's very inviting. They have a wide selection of groceries and every department had something unique to offer. I was thoroughly impressed with the amount of seating this grocery store had. Never thought about sitting down at a grocery store to have a latte or slice of pizza until I came here. I also noticed that Amazon dropped alot of the prices here.
