I took my dog Blu 💕 in for a groom and to dye his tail blue. I love how Whitney does it because she takes her time with him to make sure that he comes back to me looking perfect! I see how she is always considerate of the customer's requests!! She’ll make it work so that you’re satisfied!! Coming here is better than any other groomers I have been to because the customer service is great, Whitney is always so friendly, and I always get my money $$ worth ;)

Amazing groomers with extraordinary talents! My pup gets extra excited when she's running up the stairs to the salon. Her fur is always soft and very white afterwards and don't get my started on the artistry of the color work. My friends say it best, "It's a party on Elle's tail! !"

Brung my baby Joker here for his birthday to get a nice groom. They did a wonderful job! He smells, feels and looks amazing. The staff was so polite and welcoming. I’ve always passed this place and see that they always have customers coming in and out, so I already trusted in the process with knowing that so many people trust them with their fur babies. I’m so glad I was able to find Whitney as a groomer, I have a rough collie with a lot of hair and Whitney knows exactly how to cut her hair since she has a double coat. She personally grooms my girl. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results, she always looks beautiful and smells good for weeks!

Finding a groomer openly accepting of large breeds is ridiculously hard to come by. I appreciated the transparent communication from Whitney and her team. They handled our Rottweiler with such care and did a fantastic job at deshedding him. He left so happy and totally feeling himself.

I highly recommend this groomer. I love how transparent they’re regarding wait times and styles they can do. My favorite part is they call 30mins before my dog is ready so I can take a break from work. If you do not want a rushed job and a great job, GO HERE! It’s simple. Also, OMG my dog never smelled so good after I picked her up from a groomer. They take very good care of my baby!

It was my first time bringing my dog Rascal to Whitney and her team through a recommendation of a friend, I got there at my scheduled time. There was a slight delay in checking me in, but once I was, and my dog got to the back everything from there went perfectly, Whitney personally called me shortly after dropping my dog off to ask me what my grooming preference was for my dog due to him having some severe matting from playing in the mud the week previously 🙄 and when I expressed to her that I was perfectly fine with her shaving him down, but if she could salvage some curls, that would be great. She really did her best to do so and when I got my little baby back, he looked amazing not only was Whitney very professional, and transparent about what my dog needed in his grooming experience, he was happy when I picked him up and the time for having my dog groomed was not as long as other grooming appointments that I have scheduled for him in the past. I will most definitely be coming back!!! 💕

Whitney and her staff is amazing! Every visit has always been pleasant. We’ve always been pleased with her services she’s provided for our pets. Since we’ve been in Charlotte, we’ve been to 4 groomers. We will be sticking with Whitney as long as her business is operating in Charlotte. Thanks for all you guys do!

We have a 14lb short haired Yorkie mix and it’s our first time here. I would recommend check with the groomer about the pricing first and not take the online booking price as default, since we paid $75 for a basic grooming. We liked the cut he got and he seemed happy. However $75 for a basic grooming, this is by far the most expensive grooming my dog had, the groomer said the price was because his legs are long, which she needs to cover more area. I really don’t understand this and the groomer even asked what other groomers charged us before. Again I think $75 for a basic grooming for a 14lb short and straight haired small dog is pretty expensive. I would definitely recommend check the price they wanna charge you first before proceeding with the grooming, the online booking is not the price they would charge

Whitney and her staff were amazing!! She was fully transparent with quality of service and wait time. I dropped my fur princess at 10am; told that it would be 6-8 hours but the awesome Shavon was able to de-shed, trim/shape-up her fur, clip her nails and give a full bath before the estimated time of pickup. Ended up being done at 3pm and was honestly quite impressed with how they were able to handle the dog-to-groomer ratio (10:3) in such a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this place for your groomer needs! I’ll be coming here from now on and not to mention the convenient location.

Always pleased with my grooming experience here. I have 4 pups and this is the only groomer I use. My newest pup is a rescue has extreme anxiety but they do great with a pup I know most businesses would not be willing to serve. Very glad I found Whitney for my doggo’s

I love this place for my baby Langston. He has been twice and it seems he really loves it. I love his cute lil cute a a the energy my Aister Queens bring to the space. This is a 5star business for a reason, great location, great service, at great prices! I am so grateful I found this gem!Update :I really liked this place, unfortunately I booked 2 appointments recently that were canceled. This caused a great inconvenience for me and nothing was done to reconcile the issue. All that was said was “we can’t service your dog we’re short staffed tomorrow” no offering to rebook another day or even an apology for it being twice in a row. Just a don’t call us we’ll call you (but not really) attitude. It’s a good business practice to work with your clients when you have to cancel especially if there is policy on the customers end when they fall short. I love how my pup looks when he leaves this place but due to the poor customer service I had to make an update to my once 5 star experience. I don’t like to leave a poor review, but I’d hate for someone else to have this experience especially if you were setting the appt up for an important occasion!

As hard as it was for me to find someone to groom my baby and just be patient with him, I am overjoyed that Whitney’s Wittle Wonders were able to get the job done! They have plenty of patience which is what Draco needed. His haircut came out perfect! I HIGHLY recommend this business for all dog grooming needs 🙌🏽

My boy Bruno always gets the cutest cuts at Whitney’s! Other groomers have never done the job for a teddy bear cut for my mini Doddle like she has. Very efficient and great at what they do! Black owned and professional service. Highly recommend going to Whitney’s!

I can not rave enough about Whitney’s Wittle Wonders!! We tried a few groomers in Charlotte and don’t get me wrong some were good, but once I found Whitney’s that was it. Service is amazing, timely and my pup Pixel always looked so handsome when I picked him up. All the groomers take great care of pawrents and their furbabies! I highly recommend if you are looking for a new groomer or new to the area and need a groomer. Sad we moved from Charlotte because we will miss coming here. Thank you!

I was fortunate to have found her being my dog louie csn be aggressive when gettimg his hair cuts she is really patient with him and always gets the job done! Her space is very clean & organized! I was so eager to support this business, however my experience with Whitney has left me uneasy and highly DISAPPOINTED. I took my puppy to her at 9 am as I had an appointment, it took her until 5 PM to finish him.I SPECIFICALLY asked her NOT to shave him down, however when I picked him up he was shaved down, genitals knicked and bleeding as well as pink spot showing on his fur from being SHAVED TO THE SKIN.I also had to pay a additional $15 dollars for this botched hair cutShe didn’t apologize nor was there empathy given.My puppy was shaking and visibly irritated when he got back to me.I WILL NEVERRRRRRR PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN !!!!A sincere apology would have went a long way.My advice for the owner -Whitney , our pets are like our children, treat them with care !!!!(This merchant is HIGHLY argumentative and defensive,book at your own risk)

I love this grooming service. They are so kind, friendly, welcoming , and accommodating. Kendall (puppy) had a bath and nails clipped there twice and we were so pleased. She even came home with a cute little bandana they gave her. We Will definitely go back.

This was my first time using Whitney’s Wittle Wonders and I absolutely enjoyed the service!!! The staff was very welcoming, seeing that I was technically a walk in. I called that morning and I was able to get my baby boy serviced that day. It was his first time ever being groomed and they took good care of him. My boy looked so handsome with his football bandanna on and OMG he smelled amazing!!! Job well done!! I will definitely be bringing my Hershey back. ✅
