Convenient Walmart super center that has anything and everything a modern human can need at a surprisingly low price. You can get sugar, produce, fresh bread and cat or dog food in one stop. You can buy a computer and a sleeping bag in one trip. It's easier to list out what you can't buy here. Unfortunately they have more self checkouts than actual cashiers so bag your own stuff here. Will definitely be back here since you can't beat the prices here.

This will be my last time at this location I waited here over 45 minutes to get some Dove soap and still as I write this review they still haven’t come to unlock this to let me get what I need. Now there’s several other customers waiting. I’m giving him the business on Google you This is so ridiculous !!!! Horrible customer service. I have pressed the button several times and still no associate has came to assist me!YOU BETTER OFF DRIVING TO ANOTHER ONE WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN THIS LOCATION!!

They need a better way of doing their curbside pickup for phoned in orders. They are disorganized and understaffed. The designated pickup zone is crowded with vehicles, and it's been 45 minutes since I got here, and they've only brought out two orders. Never again!!!

Went Monday morning to try and visit the money center. I got there a bit early so decided to do my shopping first. Went back to the money center around 8:15 where a line had formed and nobody had come to the register. The man in front of me politely asked several workers for an estimated time and after the third employee, she said someone would be there at 8:30; however she made no calls over the radio and very clearly just wanted the man to go away. At this point the man was rightfully irritated and asked, “was that an honest answer or are you just telling me what I want to hear so I go away”. At that point the woman decided to go over the radio and call for someone. The only redeeming quality of this story was Mike, the nice gentleman who came to our rescue.

This Walmart is known for making their own policies. Since when has a Walmart stopped doing exchanges. Even if you have a receipt. What if it was a gift and the person paid with a credit card. Then have a hand written sign that reflects this when the company and corporate websites still say they do exchanges. And y'all need to get rid of them nasty employees at the customer service desk. These attitude make people want to drag them from across that counter. The girl in customer service with the operator number #003781, y’all need to send her to the back or somewhere with that McDonald’s Attitude. She had her name badge turned around so we couldn’t see. But get her away from that customer service desk before she catch somebody on the wrong day.

This is mostly regarding the pharmacy, but the employees here were very rude and dismissive.I am there to pick up a prescription, and it was close to 7pm. After waiting in line for a while, no one addressed me. I made eye contact with someone behind the counter and so I walked up to speak to them. Once again I was ignored. I understand this though, as someone who works minimum wage in retail, and sometimes we get busy. Totally understandable! But the employee came up, acting as if I was annoying them by needing their help.I gave them my information, and they asked the staff if they could fulfill an order despite it now being close to 7pm. The staff was visibly annoyed and frustrated, which I understand. Last minute customers aren’t great, but I really needed my prescription and my work hours didn’t allow me to get there earlier.Time and time again they treated me with rudeness, and were very dismissive. It was embarrassing. I didn’t do anything rude to them, as I said earlier I work in retail so I treat other retail workers with extreme kindness. In the end though, I wasn’t able to get my prescription. Don’t start tending to a customer if you know you can’t fulfill the order. Tell them you’re closed so you don’t waste their time. It’s definitely not recommended to fill or get prescriptions here… other than that the store is similar to your average Walmart; mediocre at best.

Walmart prices keep consistently increasing, while services and quality are mediocre at best; as a whole. Now, this location and the other green Walmart nearby are basically food deserts. Produces almost always rotten or plainly unavailable. Shelves are not well-stocked with the product. Tremendously understaffed and most of the staff present are unable/unwilling to assist with vital items (hygiene products and etc) locked up.With that being said, I must I'm noticing patterns within diversified neighborhoods. DO BETTER! Other neighborhoods within are more prominent dynamic are substantially different.

For the most part, this location is not too bad. I purchase fruits and vegetables and sometimes it's hit or miss but as with any market, check them out before you buy. There's usually good stock throughout the store and most employees I encounter are helpful and friendly. The lines can get long over the weekends.

This location never has enough persons around to answer questions. I had a young lady send me to the wrong isle to look for an item. She replied, “I don’t work on this side.”A customer with the Walmart app was able to look up the item for me and gave me the correct location.

Aisles are clean. Visited early on a Saturday morning and not too many people around. Was able to find good prices on everything I want to purchase later on. Staff is nice and gives you your space while shopping.

Well... I have been to this place more than once but have not return until today. I needed printer ink which Target did not have. My pictures show from that o can tell, the first Walmart that locked up mostly everything on the electronic section.There were two registers manned. Which is a good thing and the line moved. I did talk to the manager after purchasing my printer ink and she seem young and nice. My cashier was also young and handled my request in a good manner. I did had an issue with one staff member blowing me off but she handled it.I didn't checked out the rest of the store.

The ladies in the money center were absolutely amazing. Who knew you can't get money orders from gas stations anymore. Lol. Even though they were busy they were courteous and professional. Thank you it was a breath of fresh air.

Website says the store opens at 6am. Got there at 6:45am (in the rain) and all of the parking spots near the grocery were completely filled. I run up to the ‘locked’ doors to have an employee come out and say they don’t open until 7. Which means all of the employees have taken the front parking spots so those will be filled all day so customers have to park further away in the rain.1- update your website with correct hours2-have employees park in the back of the lot so paying customers can actually park near the store.

TLDR: It shouldn’t be this hard to get $5 spray paint.Please stop locking things up if you’re not going to be available to come unlock it.Waited 15 mins to try and get some spray paint and no one came. Took me at least 5 mins to walk around and find an employee who wasn’t busy and she told me she didn’t have a key and didn’t know where someone was who could help me. Took at least another 5 mins to find an older man who was actually helpful, he told me he was busy busy with something at the moment but to go to the dressing room area. He said he’ll meet me there while they page someone for me. Went to the dressing room and there were no employees there. The older man showed back up about a minute later and had also been looking around. He couldn’t find anyone and then told me customer service was closed (because normally I would be able to go there for help). He said I could go to the self check out and find someone with a walkie-talkie and that they should be able to help me. Went to self check out and there’s no one there with a walkie-talkie. The person at self check out told me to go to customer service and I told her that customer service is closed. She then pointed out a manager that was walking by that had a walkie-talkie and told me to go to her, but she was on the other side of self check out and I had other items. That manager walked away busy with something else literally seconds after she told me to got ask her. I just gave up and went to check out with what I had (I’ve never left a store without the thing I intended to buy unless it was out of stock). The lines were also fairly backed up and mine took longer since the self checkout machine for my line malfunctioned for the woman in front of me and required an employee to come fix. The spray paint was also like $5 and Walmart is a multi-billion dollar company. C’mon now.

Terrible service. Unpleasant attitudes and lazy employees. Asked 4 people if they could unlock cosmetic cabinet. They said no, they didn't have a walkie. Went to customer service. Waited 20 minutes for someone to come to cosmetics.

I found everything I was looking for. The store was clean and didn't have to wait long during checkout. There were safety and security measures in place. The employees were helpful and respectful. It was a wonderful experience.

The price is good, the parking lot is packed. most items are locked. It could be due to theft but often time has to wait for a long time for someone to come help. The customer service could have been improved

Says online and on goggle, on Siri, that the place is open. But you come by here and it's closed up tight at 642am. Then it said it was open until 11 pm. It was closed at 1021pm. In the city where you need gps to navigate traffic, and streets. You go out of your way to come here for a wasted effort. They have simple shelf items under lock and key like a simple screw driver. You press the button to purchase one , 13 minutes later and still no one has shown up. YOU CANT EVEN PURCHASE AN ITEM HERE BECAUSE OF THE SHOTTY EMPLOYEES HERE. I'm sure management has someone assigned to that section. But a bit of advice Wal Mart, from a business major, when the economy is good, they are jobs. If you don't take care of your employees , you get the worse job seekers that's left over and can't work no where else. Facts. This place is absolutely horrible. Side note, if you make the choice to brave it here, beware of the homeless roaming the parking lot. In fact, plan on paying them not to rob you or for parking your car to shop. I just paid them and bought nothing. Place is closed. It was probably under lock and key anyways only for looking. Not to buy. The smell of weed from the parking lot only insinuates they getting high. I don't know. Won't be back here.

I'm not a big fan of this location. It's really busy, and just a lot going on no matter what time of the day you go. The checkout line was not crowded, nor was the pharmacy, which was nice.

Too crowded. Everyone is slow. Can't get help anywhere with anything.Waited for 15 minutes in a self-serve line just to discover it was "Card Only" where I was paying in cash. Nothing marked the line. No signs. Nothing. And the employees were NO HELP. I had to go to another line and wait another 15 minutes.Drive farther down the road if you can.

I needed something from the cosmetic area which has their own cashier. The cashier was busy ringing up things that are not from the beauty section. I asked the second coworker for help to unlock the lock for my item. She acted like I asked her to climb a ladder to get something I want to spend my money on. This rude employee was just as rude to the next customers that needed something that was locked away. Needless to say, this took much much longer than necessary because the cashier was ringing up groceries for people and having to wait for my item to be unlocked. I will be going to Walgreens next time.

Just a little more training on customer service. Not a lot, just a tiny Winnie little bit . I know more expensive items are locked up but where is the assistance when you need one? No response to the assistance button, even those walking around in uniform say they can’t be of help and all I have to do is keep requesting for assistance. From who? 🤦♀️ Nothing much. So I left without purchasing what I came in for. Even the check out lady couldn’t help by calling anyone. Same response, just call for assistance. 😳. Target, here I come. To those that are working on their customer service, thank you, nothing you do will go unnoticed, ONE DAY. 🙃

First time I try to get delivery it takes hours to get any updates and then they delay until…I don’t know because even customer service couldn’t tell me. So while yes, I could’ve gone to pick it up, I pay for Walmart+ so I tried to use one of the services. How dare I try to use something I pay for. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that it is taking double digit hours to have an order delivered to me under 2miles away. I also spent 15mins yesterday waiting for someone to answer the call button so I could get laundry pods…Step your game up if you are reading this.

Staff is sometimes friendly. Check out is ALWAYS long. Personally other locations have quicker service. I go to this location because it is close to me. A LOT NEEDS TO CHANGE.

Do not, do not, do not, do an order pick-up at this location. When I say slow an hour and a half to two hours waiting. This is my 2nd day in a row waiting almost two hours for a pick-up. Yesterday was for Uber today is for a family member who originally placed the order the day before. They delayed her order last night and told her to come in the morning and it should be ready.I get there this morning expecting the order to be ready, I waited for and hour then started calling the number on the sign kept going to the automatic message as if the store was close which it wasn't. So I decided to call the store direct line still no answer. Now at this point I'm aggravated so I go inside to the service desk so I can see what's the hold up. I'm thinking it busy inside because why isn't anyone answering the service desk phone. I get inside there's no one in line at the desk the worker is on her personal phone talking and the phones are just ringing. Long story short don't shop here the worst experience ever.

I been for almost 15 minutes in the money service center, the tellers are so sad or depressed looking is like they hate they job, CSR is a plus in stores like this, they really need to put some training or real CSR associates in here!!

This place is always packed with minimal help available.. I ordered an online order at 4 to be picked up at 9.. it got at delayed at 9pm .. they’re only option was refund or wait till the next day… this isn’t the first time. I loathe going in to shop here there are never karts available.. online clearly isn’t better.. NOT TO MENTION THE HOURS ONLINE SAY THEY ARE OPEN TILL 11 but they have security at the door refusing entry starting around 9. 9:30.. TRASH!!
