This store needs to hire more people. We have been standing in this line at pharmacy for an hour- and these people all need their meds. Now it is after 10pm and the eight people still standing in line are being told they might not get their meds tonight? The lines up front were long too; two cashiers but one was constantly being called away to unlock product. This is a neighborhood pharmacy/store, the people NEED THIS STORE, please hire more people.

Superb customer service! I had an issue (won't go into details in these days of scams, unfortunately) and it was discovered over a month later on my part. I called and the Manager Brian IMMEDIATELY went into action to find the issue and rectify it. When he didn't have the answer, he assured me he'd find it, gave me a date of expectation to correct it and communicated with me throughout. He took care of the situation ABOVE what I expected, even with me being over 10 states away! I appreciate your professionalism, honesty, and excellent customer service to what I believe was a true mistake. The young man that checked me out in February was kind, friendly, and well composed for such a busy nightly rush. Thank you all! May your future continue to be great! š

Don't use the pharmacy here. They don't answer calls - you'll be on hold for over an hour then they pick up the phone and hang it back up. Walgreens cuts the hours of the pharmacy staff seasonally, regardless of patient volume, and there's nothing The staff can do about it. If they look apathetic it's because they have no way to help and receive the brint of the anger from customers. The lines are hours long with little to no AC in the store at times. They're actively causing harm to people through negligence and they'll continue to do so.

WORST pharmacy ever. As the reviews below show, Jessica is actually no a true pharmacist(so be aware). If you want your medicine filled correctly(with the correct medicine inside) and also on time, do not use this pharmacy. They have given out incorrect medicine to other customers in the past. Also the techs are all new, not sure of what they are doing when it comes to filling prescriptions and they also will lie with ease.(Jessica claims its bc of poor company training and blames it on her own company). Lastly they lose prescriptions often because of the disorganization. Honestly it is very sad and once again, I would not suggest this pharmacy to my WORST enemy.

With employees like Tyra in pharmacy, it's clear why Walgreens stands out in the industry. Her dedication to serving customers for almost two hours was impressive as well as packing prescriptions and helping other employees. All businesses need a Tyra!

This is the worst excuse of a retail pharmacy i have ever seen. You never answer the phone. The app is never updated properly. I guess it doesn't matter that people go with out medication that they need. Shame on you Walgreens Corporate for ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN. It's not even worth the one star.

Worst pharmacy EVER!!!!!! We had a prescription sent 3 times electronically from the dentist. They told us the system was and it needed to be faxed or we had to wait until it came through which they have NO CLUE when that would be. So the dentist then called it in twice and they STILL are saying the do not have the prescription huh!?!?!? Make THAT make sense! Then when I get elevated all of a sudden they find the name and prescription. Oh and i forgot to mention it was a set of 3 prescriptions AND THEY FILLED THE OTHER TWO but couldn't find the one that was sent WITH THE OTHER TWO!!! I have been here since 8:15am and it is now 2:39pm and my boyfriends pain meds from his surgery are wearing off and he is in pain. Do yourself a favor and go to Premier Pharmacy. CVS. Harris Teeter anywhere but HERE!! They are unprofessional and to know your system is not running and have no patience or cuatomer service skills is just ridiculous

I've been here a few times lately and they are ALWAYS understaffed. They don't even give customers syringes for the liquid medication. I'm definitely changing pharmacies asap. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. Bad bad service.

I called this pharmacy this morning to ask a general question. Do you all have Lantus in stock. I was on hold waiting for someone to answer for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was on my way up there when I got notification that my original pharmacy has filled my script. I find it to be unprofessional to keep someone on hold that long and not check in. I donāt know if they were expecting me to hang up but I surely wasnāt.

The store is ok but the pharmacy is going to run this location into the ground. Theyāre determined. Iāve never seen a place w a 1.6 star rating thatās actually crazy but very very accurate, make no mistake. Itās only a matter of time before they kill someone by passing wrong meds. And youāll wait 30-40 minutes for the privilege beforehand too.The pharmacy is operated by 4 raccoons w a ladder, essentially. Donāt give any of your money to this place. Those ppl in there do not care about you and they get to keep their jobs bc we keep funding the store. BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION.

Jesse or Jessica & Lauri are the worst people to deal with!!! Not only Lauri lied that I had called in stating I was waiting for the Dr. to call in some type of different name if meds. I was trying to get in touch with the manager so I can put a complaint on both of these ladies. They should NOT be work there if they can't help AT ALL!!!

Iām giving 1star because I have to! Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. Jesse is a miserable old lady with no hope!! All of those ladies back there are rude, and lack the gift of helping others!! This is why they have a very low rating!!!! The guy who helped me was super sweet. But those rude ladies are hopeless!!! Walgreens say they pride on helping others! You should definitely go in undercover and see for yourself!!

Got here at 5:20 pm on Christmas because they supposed to close at 6 pm. The person at the door was not letting anyone in. I can see if this was a big store and if they closed at 5:30. Really needed some emergency things. Business is business.

There are currently 5 cars behind me on each side. I arrives at 12:30pm and was told to come back at 3pm. I have been in this line for 30 minutes in 98 degree weather. Every time I come whether inside or outside in the drive-thru. There is always a tremendously long wait that is ridiculous. Several people got out of the line due to waiting so long.

I went there yesterday I got profiled like crazy by an Indian dude at that he legit followed me & my man around the store & the fact that he looked East Indian at that was crazy like he donāt get profiled as well I will be emailing the corporate about this & telling them to review cameras of him just following only is around the store I felt so ashamed like I didnāt belong pls do better

Located in BOA plaza.This Walgreens has a makeup counter with the most awesome and adorable attendant. You can get color matching, application help and tips.The young man who handles this section exudes positive lighted energy. And whenever I see him around the store he is helping his teammates or customers. You can't miss him or forget him.He helped me with a foundation color match. So kind, helpful and just a sweetheart. He has an edge in the realm of retail customer service.Staff as a whole at this location is awesome. I feel the bad reviews are subjective and misleading.They always have what I need in stock when I need it. They also tackle the long lines quickly. Im always in and out, no matter how long the line. They usually have 2-3 ringing ppl out. They are a good team from what I have witnessed. Ive never once seen anyone with bad attitudes, not helpful or not helping a long line.

(I wholeheartedly agree with the other lady who said she had to check herself cuz she almost went to jail LMAO. Og I almost jumped over that counter whoooeee) Genuinely, I legitimately think the drive thru pharmacy people are on drugs. Especially the girl w the puffy face. They arenāt able to retain any numbers or names you give, very monotone slow moving, theyāll ask several times the same ?s, no clue what theyāre doing. I went inside and asked the lady supposedly in charge if they just donāt give af about us and she deadazz said no we dont. Go to any other Walgreens if you value your time. There were 2 cars in front of me when I pulled up, 30 mins later they finally acknowledge me and she canāt comprehend the 5 digit number Iām giving her several times and tells me to come in. I really oughta have slapped the dog pi$$ outta both of you and just know you got it coming I would assume based on these other reviews)

This Walgreens just need to close. The police is always there for something. People are always outside loitering the pharmacy staff is rude even the manager is rude. I waited in line for 45 minutes with the flu while watching the staff talk and horse play around. When I got to the counter they heard me. I even spoke to the store manger and she acted like she could care less. This was the day I had to check my self I was about to go to jail.

Walgreens is a joke they don't update your dosage so you wind up picking up prescriptions you don't need! And the Rx you desperately need aren't filled at all!!!!!The clerk at the window did NOT verify with me what I was picking up and just gave me a medication that I don't even take anymore!!!!So I paid for an 4x I don't need and now have not enough money for the one I DO need!!!I sincerely hope that noone reading this has elderly relatives that fill Rx here, because they could be ODing and not know it that is to this "pharmacy"šWhat a joke!

If I could give them no stars, I would. They have been giving me the runaround regarding providing my medication that the doctor has sent in twice for days. They are extremely unprofessional and prioritize their coffee deliveries above doing their job. The pharmacist did not make a recommendation of visiting the hospital or best course of action after denying me my medical care that has been already placed in the system. They also threatened to call the police after firmly asking them to do their job. It is apparent that they need more training and better systems in place. I am having a medical emergency and they need leadership in place that understands the importance of providing, at the bare minimum fair service. I called around 6 times and every time I got instantly hung up trying to contact the pharmacist. This was highly unprofessional and frustrating. I had to go to another Walgreens a bit further out to be able to contact a pharmacist. The few times I have visited this location it was extremely slow.

Worst customer service. Went to check for a prescription for my grandma and the techs (new and the senior tech) were rude and unwilling to provide requested info. The tech did not have name tags. Once they provided the info they looked at me as if I was crazy. I decided to fill and transfer the medication she needs at another location.

Pharmacy pickup service is extremely slow, both in person and in drive through. Also, do not send any urgent prescriptions (such as post operative pain medications) to this pharmacy as you will be waiting for several hours for them to get it ready. I would recommend using another pharmacy even if itās a longer drive.

This might possibly be the slowest Pharmacy I have ever been two. I have been waiting in the line to pick up a prescription for 45 minutes and I am still behind 3 people. I will be calling my doctor to change my prescription to a different pharmacy tomorrow.

I received the rudest service in the pharmacy drive-thru that I have ever received in my 6 years of this location being my primary pharmacy for my familyās prescriptions. The doctorās office had already sent my prescription over from Concord and when I arrived they confirmed my childās name and DOB but didnāt mention or ask anything about my current insurance. I was told they were still getting my babyās antibiotic ready and to loop around in about 25 minutes! I complied with no issues! When I came back around after already waiting at least 20 minutes the first time, I was asked about my insurance which they had an old insurance provider from a previous job! I advised I would just pay out of pocket! I was then told that it would just be a ācouple more minutesā! So as Iām patiently waiting another pharmacy representative comes to the window who was supposed to be helping the person in the other lane and tells me that I was going to either have to loop back around in another 20 mins, or come inside, or come back later! I explained that I had a sick baby in the backseat and had driven from Concord and didnāt want to drive all the way back here after already waiting so long! She gave a very sarcastic āIām sorry, and says we canāt have you holding up the line because other peopleās prescriptions are readyā! As if Iām unimportant! She then says so youāre just going to wait and I stated I was! She then sends the original person over to tell me that she didnāt want to have to send her manager over to tell me the same thing but their āpolicy is that I canāt hold up the drive through line and that it was almost ready but I would have to loop back around!ā Frustrated and trying not to flip out I literally drive around the building and now have to wait behind 7 cars which now puts me waiting another 30 mins or more! This is completely unacceptable! And to top it off they allowed the person in front of me to sit for an extended time before they got to me! I did speak with the store manager while waiting in line for the third time who was very apologetic and did her best to rectify the situation but I am so very disheartened at the way my baby and I were treated! As a RN whose life career is helping the sick, It breaks my heart that others who are in the healthcare field would treat someone this way! People should really learn to treat people the way they would want themselves or their family members treated! Looking for a new pharmacy after 20 years because I deserve better and my innocent, sick, baby definitely deserves better!
