I've been a loyal customer at Home Depot for over 8 years, and for the most part, I've always had positive experiences. However, my recent visit left much to be desired. Despite the wide array of products available, the lack of assistance was frustrating. It was difficult to find a staff member to help, especially when I needed a product that was locked up. I spent a considerable 15 minutes waiting for assistance to unlock a saw blade essential for my project. After requesting help multiple times and waiting for what felt like an eternity, I ultimately had to resort to ordering the blade online for pickup. While I appreciate the convenience of online ordering, the lack of in-store assistance was disappointing and significantly impacted my overall shopping experience.

This is one of the cleanest and best Home Depot’s I’ve ever been to!! Super super helpful staff all so friendly and actually helping and working. I don’t review Home Depot much but this one was really worth the time. Especially the Jamaican Lady at customer service desk!! She’s so sweet and helpful always looking out for everyone and everything. I must say the price of wire went up DRASTICALLY!!!! 😜😜😜🤦🏻♂️. Best Home Depot experience I’ve had yett seriously love this one, that and they have a super fire buffet in the corner of the same plaza!! River buffet!!! Unbelievably good and all you can eat lunch for $11!! Trust me that’s 🔥 for how good this food was!! Great experience from this Ohioan!!

I would give the location ZERO stars if it was possible. I recently had the worst customer service experience with Customer Service Manager Jennifer. I attempted to return a lawn mower that stopped working & it was still within 30 days of purchase. Jennifer raised her voice at me & refused to accept my return. She said that Home Depot does not except returns on any gas powered equipment. I was not informed of this when I purchased the lawn mower. I called corporate to file a complaint & they informed me that that was not the company policy. I will never purchase anything from this location ever again. Jennifer is rude, unprofessional & she does not even know the correct store policy. She should not be working with the public. I'm disappointed in my experience & will definitely continue to escalate this issue until I am able to have my issue resolved.

Great store if you can get everything yourself. Today I waited 15 minutes and cut my own chain when I realized help wasn't coming.Then I brought it up to the counter and they told me I had to go back and get help cause they didn't know how to scan it.I mean she was super nice I just think they are extremely short handed and want their few people to manage 10000 things at one time.I just put all my stuff back and went across the street to lowes.

My wife and I were told at another store that the University Location had a quantity of (6) of the items that we were looking for. We drove 35 mins to University only to be told that they didn't have it. Victor stepped into help us! He not only check shelves on the aisles around, he checked the warehouse also. When he returned, he wanted to make things right, so he was able to fine a comparable unit and provided a similar discount to the item that we needed! Victor went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great experience! He is a credit to Home Depot. I'm hopeful that Victor is one of many associates that are there to help make our home projects go as smoothly as possible!

Fairly well-stocked and our visit was to get some landscaping items. Lots of product and ideas to make your yard beautiful. The staff was helpful. One of our purchases was over-priced in the computer compared to an advertised sign on the product and customer service corrected the issue and refunded the difference without any hassle. Good customer service.

Terrible service after 7 PM. I am really disappointed in the costumer service. This Home Depot was my go-to hardware store. I just now got back from that terrible experience. I was waiting 20 MINUTES for an employee to open something I needed. I kept on going back and forth to see to some employees if they can help me but they only called on the intercom "someone on aisle *number* for customer service" but NO ONE CAME. Nobody in there had thr key for what I wanted. Bad customer service.

Great store for home needs and improvements but dissatisfied that Home Depot has raised their interest to 39%. This is almost 50% and this increase is ridiculous. Can't wait to pay off this card.

Purchase my first home is 2019. Now I am working on my DYI list. They always have what I a looking for reasonable prices. I was able to finish all of my front and back yard landscaping with product purchase from Home Depot

Great selection of home improvement tools and materials. Their staff is very helpful. Unfortunately, home depot is also out of freezers like other similar stores due to covid19. Their store electrical saw was out of order so I could not get some wooden planks cut like I wanted but the helpful staff said that it would be fixed in 2 days so I will return for that. I was able to find the garden tools and organic pesticide in store with guidance from their helpful staff.

Terrible experience first they have old payment methods and I had to go home and grab a Discover card… went back a second time picked up everything that I needed got home and the hose doesn’t work. Called to let them know the issue and was told that I should come back and pick up a new hose zero customer service or sympathy provided. Felt like it was my problem, even though it was faulty equipment.

This is one of the worst Home Depot I've ever been to. I asked two different people for help with getting a tool out of the cage, and no one shows up. They were all either on their phones or talking to each other. They also said they would get someone, but no one ever showed up. Waited around for 20 minutes before I left. Will not be doing business here again.

Yesterday I had to make some purchases for my office and warehouse. I usually do not have any issues since I know where most things are and am an independent shopper. BUT.....Yesterday I needed some chain lengths cut. I needed 5 different lengths cut from the plastic chain. Went to aisle 13 found what I needed then went and found an associate on the next aisle. She said she couldn't cut it since she wasn't strong enough to cut it. So she went over the speaker system and asked for an associate in the hardware department to come help. I waited 15 minutes and then went back to her. She announced it 1 more time and I waited 15 more minutes. Now that I have waited 30 minutes I stood there and called the store and explained that I was standing in front of the chains and have been waiting for 30 minutes and still have not gotten any help. The young lady did the same thing as the other and announced over the store that a customer needed help in hardware with cutting chains. 15 more minutes passed and by now I am very upset. I walked up to customer service and asked for a manager. In the process of walking up and back I noticed 2 associates standing 1 aisle over from where I was on the phone and chit chatting with each other. The young lady named Ms. S at customer service said the manager would be right with me. I told her well tell him/her to meet me on aisle 13 where I needed the help. As I walked back up, I was met by Ray. He was one of the managers on duty. I asked if he heard the announcement of a customer needing help. He said yes. Well I explained that I had at this point been waiting for well over 45 minutes for that help. I also explained even though Home Depot has better prices in my opinion than the competition, they had way better customer service. I also explained that he had associates just standing around. He said well did you ask one of them to help you. I said no, I had already asked someone twice. He proceeded to cut my chain and was very helpful. I know Home Depot is a very big store and he can't be in all places at once but because of the understaffed situation, it makes customers like me want to shop else where.Thank you Ray. You are the only reason I did not give this review 1 star.A word of advice to upper management...try and get some real help in your store. I really don't like the prices at your competition but I would rather pay a little extra to have someone there to help me than waste over an hour of my time.

This is the only Home Depot in my area at 7:30 at night that would answer the phone. It took quite a long time to find somebody and garden, and after dozens of descriptions, and everything to just look for a 10 inch snake plant when the most common plants in anyone greenhouse, it was difficult but the nice associate max who knows nothing about Plants but was on duty tonight when I really asked for the MOD to straighten a few things out and find out about ordering them and that’s what I got no Customer Servic

More complete than Lowes, and the price is more competitive. This is a very important thing.The store itself is quite good, though at some places they put items you wanted on the higher position so you would be hard pressed to grab the items you wanted. Sometimes there are classes too. The staff are friendly, but some are unenthusiastic in serving the customer.The store also lacks mobile apps that can store your receipts.

Thank you to the wonderful staff you're the best. My mother and I live on the other side of town, and we drive to this home depot even though there is a home depot 5 minutes from our homes. We enjoy the staff. Thank you to the staff for your excellent customer service and for being diligent in serving the customers. The consistency in this store is a breath of fresh air. It is very well organized, and everyone speaks and engages the customers. The staff offers to help even if you are just looking or looking confused someone will notice, and ask to assist you. If you ask a staff member for a product even if it is not their department they will stop what they are doing, and instead of pointing they will take you where you need to be, and if they are not able to find what you are looking for they will reach out for help. and as a consumer in these days, and times it feels good to be welcomed when you come into an establishment and the patience of the staff. Keep up the great work thank you very much

Five stars for LOU in the paint aisle he is an expert in his area and we waited just for his services the other guys service is terrible and he gives off the vibe he isn’t enjoying being there BUT LOU! he’s definitely improving the quality of your store.

Can hardly find someone to assist you if you need one.They keep this location stocked. I go here regularly. I'll go to Home Depot™ before I go to Lowe's™.This location is always clean. And organized. Checkout is fast and self checkout is almost always open, except for some Saturdays and Sundays due to too many customers??? I'm guessing.

I was sent to ProReferral by this store for a bathroom vanity installation. ProReferral referred a man who bilked me out of $5200.00 and ProReferral is doing nothing to help me recover my money. They won't return calls and they send emails that just say someone will be in touch. When I call Home Depot, they try to deny any association with ProReferral even though they own them. Don't use ProReferral as they evidently don't vet or background check people they refer. What a ripoff.UPDATE AND ALERT! ProReferral just responded to my consumer complaint to NC and they said using ProReferral is like getting a referral from the yellow pages or a newspaper. So essentially, they are admitting they are worthless. Stay away from them.

My washer machine flooded on my floor! After investigation, I found out that I needed a clamp to hold the internal drain hose in place while the washer machine was in the spin cycle(s).I spoke with an associate who helped and gave me exactly what I needed to replace the clamp?Great service!!!!

KJ provided excellent customer service. Came in looking for an item in a departure that he was not familiar with but he took the extra time to make sure we were able to get everything we needed and he went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the service. He could’ve easily said “this isn’t my department “ and kept it moving but he called Who was needed, got the information and helped us out. I really appreciated it too because he was the only one in the area.
