Stores encourage you to shop online, only to have you pay for them item and then it's not in stock when you go to pick it up!! THIS HAPPENED TWICE TODAY!!! This location is filled with tons of workers that have NO ANSWERS for any questions you ask. One African American gentleman in electronics (can't remember his name unfortunately) helped as much as he could. I won't be going back here!! They're too busy trying to make the store look good and not worrying about customer service!

This place is amazing. Best thing about this place is that the staff is super kind and helpful. You ask them something and they do it for you until you are satisfied. Recently I was there to purchase some dresses and a lady staff there spent 15 minutes searching and helping me find the right one. Staff at other departments are also super helpful. And the place has all groceries, electronics, clothes, housing, art&craft many more departments. The store is very clean too.

They closed their doors on December 14 at 11:30pm despite their website saying they close at 12am. I understand hating closing so late. When I used to work for target we had no excuse after thanks giving we would close at 1am no exceptions. We never even closed 5 minutes early. If you walked in at 12:58 am we had to help you. Now target is just allowing employees to pick their hours of operation. The worst part is that I was here at 11:25pm. Had to drive to another target that is 16 minutes away. Unfortunately made it to that target at 11:50 guess what. They were also closed no idea when they closed but when I got there they kept pointing to their wrist as if they were closed.Target support over the phone also said the same that all stores in charlotte nc and surrounding are closing at 12am. Oh when I guess ill have to buy fast food for my family for dinner. Which is extremely unhealthy and risks my daughter getting food poisoning from eating some food that she is allergic to. Wow is all I can say for this situation. Just wow target.

One of the drive up employees who brought my groceries not only threw my groceries in my car and bumped my car, but forgot an item and after telling her deliberately that the item was missing, proceeded to close out my order and left her shift so I was waiting 40 minutes before I received my order. I talked to the manager about this and she informed me that they were just backed up when 4 other cars who got there 20 minutes after I did received their orders before I did. The manager said a discount on my order was not available due to the above. I will NOT be coming back here.

Clean. Loved the "spa" health and beauty section. Loved the notebooks options. They didn't have the Kimchi Pickles I came for but I was able to grab everything I needed for a bday gift. The lines were super long in self check out. Opted to go to a cashier and wait was similar. The cashier was patient. Bathroom was clean.

I purchased four Target gift cards and one pack of Starbucks gift cards in Greenville two weeks ago for an event I was a sponsor for. Didn’t give all of them away and decided to just spend them. I go to use the gift cards and the lady at the register says that one of them doesn’t work. Now mind you she opened them in front of me. I go to customer service to see if the gift card had any money on it and the lady said no it doesn’t. I showed her my receipt, I pointed to the lady who opened the gift card and the lady at customer service refused to put my money back on the card, she said it’s a known scam where ppl will steal the gift card number and steal the money off the card. How is this my problem ??? How do I know Target ain’t stealing the money off the card! Please don’t buy gift cards from Target bc your money will be gone!

Was told that when it’s raining that they don’t come to the car for drive up, but this was after I called and had been waiting for over 30 minutes. Mind you I just ordered cold medicine and diapers for my sick 7 month old and I’m all by myself trying to work from home at the same time.

Never in stock. This location has slowly gone downhill and the minor enhancement they made doesn’t do anything for the poor shopping and experience and slow customer check out times.They almost never have anything in stock. Don’t even think about trying the baby section is almost never stocked and maintained. It’s super inconvenient since this is the only big box retailer close by besides Walmart (which is also atrocious), so you’re left with no other choice but to drive to Northlake location which is completely out of the way. This store has been in the same shopping center for 20+ years and it amazes me they’ve never converted or expanded to be a super target. Not a regular target with grocery items it’s ridiculous that one of the fastest growing area of Charlotte can’t get a decent Target built near this location and demolish this pathetic excuse of a shop experience.

I was thoroughly impressed with the selection of products available. From clothing, home goods to Pharmacy, there was something for everyone. The layout of the store was well-organized and easy to navigate. The staff members were also very friendly and helpful. Additionally, the checkout process was quick and efficient, with plenty of registers open to accommodate the large number of shoppers.One thing that stood out to me was the cleanliness of the store. which made shopping a pleasant experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for high-quality products and exceptional customer service

I absolutely hate this target 😒... never anuthing on the selves ... trash bins over flowing with trash bc their employees aren't there to actually work they're there bc they just needed to clock in l. Trash everywhere in the parking lot, carts have trash in them, clothes on the floor

Updated Info for March 2024: AT&T Weirdos need to stop approaching customers in the BOOK & SPORTING GOODS SECTION, they can’t be reasonable & say hey as people walk past the spot they’re supposed to stand in ELECTRONICS. They’re already annoying there, but to have some dude come up to you while you’re just trying to read book synopses & pick one (after you purposely walked through the food section to avoid them) is crazy, & he really went on to Sporting Goods & bothered people in that section when he got pissed at me. Employees that do this are either Target or third party employees, not actual AT&T employees, so the behavior of the guy working today is on the store. The younger guy working today 3/17/24 needs some common sense training on rejection because I told him twice I wasn’t interested while he continued his script, so I said I just wanted to pick a book without being harassed. He did not like that & immediately got a defensive attitude & said “It’s not harassment,” just wanting to argue & continue the convo as he’s already walking to his next prey in Sporting Goods lol, just teach this guy to take “no” for an answer for the first time & to stay in his area. I responded that it’s solicitation & he has a bad attitude, but he already knows that & seems to be proud of the pushiness. Very off-putting & doesn’t make me want to shop here anymore. Ya’ll need to realize some people avoid that area & don’t want to be solicited while they’re already giving your store their money. This store is already falling apart & has been since before the renovation. The makeup section stays half empty & the boxes that are there of product are all empty from the constant theft, it’s a joke honestly. I usually just make the trip to the Afton Ridge or Huntersville location & should’ve today, you won’t deal with a disaster zone like this place.Prior review info during renovation:This store needs adult/above 16yo associates at the brand new Starbucks. It’s a Saturday night & Target is very busy but not staffed accordingly. My husband & I waited in line behind 2 other couples tonight & it took 30 minutes to get up to place our drink order, this was around 5PM. There were 2 teen baristas running the store and instead of keeping orders going with 1 on the register and 1 making drinks, they were taking orders together/showing each other how to use the register then pausing to go make drinks together. I worked at Starbucks for several years & know that’s not the workflow or standard, at least at non-licensed locations. Edited to add general feedback beyond the Starbucks: Now that your renovations are over & we’ve seen the setup change from necessities at the front like cleaning, pet, & home supplies to lotion & makeup up front, necessities in the back, we’ll be doing business at another location that’s more convenient & feels like air conditioning is on & running for guests.

(Online customer services) For years I have shopped at this target without an issues. After placing an online order for pick up they split my items between two stores when all of the items were available at the northeast target. No one from customer service understood where I was coming from. They just wanted me to drive to the Target north location to pick up the remainder. This is very frustrating and a waste of time when all of the items were in stock at this location for pick up. No one even offered to look into why this happened in the first place.

They got new release blu ray movies then Walmart. Walmart doesn’t care about restock but Target got more of them to restock. Thanks Target.

This use to be a really nice Target. It's closer than Northlake location but it’s time to make it my “go-to” only if I need a couple of items. The close proximity to UNCC brings in a large student clientele, the slow re-stocking of items and the misinformation of stock levels on the app is not accurate. The final straw was seeking opened bags of snacks on the chip aisle. Target is this what you want to be known for? I can go to Walmart for this level of service. This isn’t worth 5% off my purchase.

I visited yesterday to shop home decor for my new apartment. Mikal and a lady that was off of the clock, showed great customer service by helping me load everything into my tiny car.I use to work at the North Lake location. Im now an orthodontic assistant. And I rarely go shopping because it’s rare that I get the level of custom service that I gave to my guest during my time of employment in retail. Thanks <3

I actually used to like shopping at this location until I got accused of stealing clothes that I didn’t even have in my cart, (put them back in the store because I decided I didn’t want them anymore) then go to a self check out, to pay for my groceries and a front end manager (andre) says he “got a notification I didn’t scan clothes in my cart”… so I let him check my bags/cart, what do you know? No clothes there… and he walks away (no apology nothing).. 1) That was absolutely embarrassing and I don’t feel comfortable coming here anymore. You shouldn’t make paying customers ever feel this way. He did this in front of everyone by the way, didn’t pull us to the side, nothing. Completely embarrassed.

Katie did not give me the student discount at checkout. I told her that I had the 20% off student discount and I told her after my purchase that it didn’t go through and she flat out told me that she didn’t care. Terrible customer service, terrible employee.

Your associate were awful. I didn't feel comfortable shopping at your store. I know you have problems with theft. I am a paying customer being treated like a racial profile. In return I want speed my money with your store. Say the least about the in counter with Ms. Dora. She truly make a terrible Manger in charge at your store. She need some effective conflict resolution training. She has a bad attitude that's not excepted behavior in such a position.
