Honestly I love this store. They have so many great finds from clothing(formal,active wear,day to day,baby clothes). Lots of nice dog/cat beds, bowls, and food storage! Beautiful house things like comforter’s, pots, AMAZING mugs✨ If this review/pictures help leave a thumbs up!!Go check them out don’t spend too much lol!!

This place is nice, I think because of it location the interesting or popular items are sold out when I visit it. Which leaves high ticket items or just plain day to day items. The place is clean. I think they should increase the stock on popular items.

Great shopping experience at T.J. Maxx as I found some great outfits, books, and accessories for my little girl. The store was super clean and organized and even though the line was long, it was a speedy checkout process. Reasonable prices, friendly staff and great customer service. I'll definitely be back.. 👌🏽

I recently visited The TJMax and couldn’t help but notice that their prices are consistently higher than the Burlington store next door. However, the uniqueness of their items made it worthwhile for me. Understandably, the staff seemed a bit tired, which is normal, especially during this time of the year. Despite that, the store is impressively organized, and I appreciate that it’s not overwhelmed. If you’re willing to pay a bit more for distinctive items and value a well-organized shopping experience, The TJMax is worth a visit!

This locations management is extremely unprofessional! We walked in when they opened at 930 and they were having a staff meeting at the very front of the store right in front of the doors and literally STARTED the meeting at 935! Made me feel extremely uncomfortable because everyone stared when we walked in but not one person says hello or welcome! Then we continued to listen to their ENTIRE staff meeting before the leader of the meeting had to take a call then stepped out only to come back in and continue the meeting. I will not be back to this location! Note to manager: NEVER have a staff meeting with 15+ people right when your store opens right by the front doors to where your CUSTOMERS feel like everyone is staring and judging! You could have them come in at 9 before customers come in. Come on TJ Max, be respectful of your customers who pay to shop and keep your store open. We had to say excuse me to staff to move to even get out of the store! The manager and lead of this store should be embarrassed and knocked back down the ladder! I will be sure to let everyone that goes to our college and lives in this area to just head next door to Burlington because at least they greet you with a smile!

This store is a nice size and conveniently located across the street from Ikea. It is clean and we'll organized and prices are pretty reasonable. My wife really enjoyed shopping as I sat it out for most of the day.

This is a great TJ Maxx yet not the best. ☝️👍👍👍Kitchen and Bath supplies are great with alot of options 👨‍🍳👨‍🍳👨‍🍳👨‍🍳👨‍🍳Men Clothes are very small selections compared tp other TJ Maxx ☹️☹️☹️Would recommend for Kitchen and Bath supplies, women clothes as well. 👍👍👍

Let me tell you..everytime I come to this store.. it seems to be a disaster...it's mostly senior citizens that can barely move working so very hard when they should be retired....the clothes in the isles are all over the place...shoes don't even match up...the clarence rack you have worn and torn clothes that should not even be there on the rack...At any rate...I always find what I'm looking for even though the store is a mess... IKEA Blvd next to Burlington.

Love the selection and organization here. I always end up leaving with more than I came for. Whoever organizes the store deserves a raise because everything is marketed and placed well. You can't not buy something you don't need but suddenly want after entering. It can get pretty busy but the lines move fast. Be patient with the cashiers. They work so hard and are always really nice.

Crazy I shop her all the time and it's the same rude service in the dressing room area and no one to help on the floor if u have a question however when I got over to the shoe area to match a shoe there was a worker who seem to been following either Me or another customer however that just felt weird to me I didn't get shoes but went ahead and got the clothes I had and left the store

Tjmaxx is a company that discriminates against people with disabilities, I took my daughter to an interview and the manager put us to relax he told us to call me on Tuesday, when I call on Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday he always put an excuse he put us to relax, I did not know that they discriminate against people with disabilities does not give them the opportunity and that we live in And that we live in a country do not discriminate.That happened in the tjmaxx that is at IKEA Blvd Charlotte Nc, and I have to tell you that my daughter does have experience in that kind of work, as a mother that I feel outraged.

It's Christmas, so the place is packed. Don't be on a time schedule and you will be fine. Plenty of sanitized carts; was impressed they had someone wiping down the carts in the lobby. Someone else was counting people entering the store so it wasn't as packed as previous years (covid)...but very busy. They had 6 or 7 registers going; I was 3 rows outside of the registers and made it through the line in about 7 minutes. They had people stocking and straightening shelves. Overall, I'd like to thank the Managers and the employees at this location for giving me a sanitized, spacious, clean and friendly shop. Merry Christmas!

I found some greatness taking my time looking through everything - my favorite purchase is this mint color handbag I spotted for 39 bucks! I had to do a little happy dance! The staff was hilarious, and the manager too especially talking about how they got shorted on chicken wings 😊

Store has a lot of variety however the cashier did not put three items in my cart. I realized I did not have the larger item as soon as I got home and called the store back and they said they remembered seeing the item on the counter. I told them I would pick it up the next day. The next morning I realized I was missing two more items and called the store again. They were very nice about it. However, I misplaced my ticket from the time I left my home and got to the store and was unable to get the other two items that were not put in my basket, so always check your items on your ticket.

Actually went to Burlington first and they didn't have any unbroken carts available so I left there and ended up at TJ Maxx, they were too busy and things looked picked through. Not my usual time of day to shop.

I think overall my shopping experience was satisfactory considering it was my first time shopping this particular TJ MAX. And it was definitely a little crowded because of the holiday season was in full swing. Also some merchandise was strung out in a couple isles. But it probably because a shopper or kids had just ramshacked it. Not totally sure. The size of store was not compatible enough for the amount of inventory they had put on the racks. Sales staff was nice and did make a couple purchases. 👍

Went in 3 days after Christmas to get the 50% Christmas items. Here’s my story...Im super excited to get those deals. I fill up my cart to the max, and there were these cute red buffalo check storage boxes that I’ve had my eye on for a while and they were on the half off table. Before I checked out I asked an employee who said that they were half off so when the employee rung it up and they didn’t ring up half off so I asked why and she said they technically weren’t holiday since they didn’t have a Christmas tree on it or a snowflake or reindeer on it which I don’t agree with. So i didn’t buy them. Didn’t like the cashiers attitude either. Won’t be coming to this location again.
