When in the University Area stop by T-mobile and see Brandon for all your needs. He’s very knowledgeable and patient and takes his time to understand you as a customer and makes sure to fix and take care of all your problems to the best of his ability. The new faces in my local Tmobile have really been making a difference whoever his manager is needs to promote him sometime soon. He’s a great fit, trust I will be coming back to see him for whatever I need T-Mobile ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

I came in to this location today at 6:39pm I called before arrival with my concerns I spoke with Steven Franco and he was very professional , patient, and polite over the phone and in the store I’m not even an T-mobile customer but he made the process of me starting internet service with them easy. And even though my visit was short he made it a great one and to whoever his supervisor is if your reading this HE NEEDS A RAISE!!!! Customer service for him was a 10/10 highly recommended Thank you again steven !!!!!

I switched over to T Mobile about a month ago, I bought 3 new phones and on my phone, I can't use my RCS chats because for I don't know how why it's still trying to verify my number. I went to the store I few times and talked on the phone to customer service which told me the problem would be fixed by the end of the week and I'm still getting the same results. I believe that I should be able to full functions out of my phone without any complications but that is not the case.

This store has poor service, I've been by here several times and the lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I was here yesterday At a quarter till 11 and at 1 minute to 11, 2 employees came in back-to-back, locked the door and I sat in my vehicle waiting till 11:15, they still had not opened the door, I went to another store. Why aren't the employees at the store a few minutes prior to opening In case they encounter a problem. They didn't even bother to come to the door after knocking on it to give any kind of explanation. Well, thank you Allison for letting me know 11-15-24 that this store site opens at 12 o'clock and thank you for whom corrected u the time Isearched several stores and they had different times And your store read 11 o'clock on Sunday. That's why I stop there.

I want to recognize Ryshika...please forgive me if I spelled her name wrong.I dropped my phone and at the time I was w/Metro. The nice guy Edwardo @ Metro told me about a special T Mobile was running. My phone arrived the next day.This young lady really helped me get my new phone activated & ported my # over. The whole process was stressful the day before, but I commended her for her patience & sweet demeanor to get my new phone up & running. She is a keeper, so nice. 😊

Let’s start with I joined the T-Mobile family September of last year 2022 in DC. Whatever the manger did to set up my business account I was unable to access the T-Mobile app, sounds like a simple fix right?! Unfortunately it was not, I’ve been to 5 different locations, spoke to customer reps and no one was able to fix the issue.Fast forward 4 months later, I came into this location to purchase a IPad 9th generation( feeling a bit discouraged with even trying to gain access to the T- Mobile app, but I told myself “ Hey it’s worth 1 more try)I was assisted by Jay, a beautiful sweet young lady. She not only got me settled with my purchase but she fixed the ongoing issue regarding access to my T-Mobile app.Jay also looked into a few other issues I’d been running into. I highly recommend anyone to personally ask for Jay to assist you!Thanks a million Beautiful!!💜💎

Awful experience. I was happy to upgrade and even left my current internet provider after being quoted a decent monthly amount. I receive my bill and it was much higher than I agreed to. I called T-Mobile and came into the store at the same time. Instead of the representative Steven taking accountability and acknowledging the fact that I was charged incorrectly, he spoke in a condescending and dismissive time as if I can’t read my own bill….. I asked for a manager and he let her leave before even addressing the fact that there is a customer with a complaint/concern. I hate that I even stayed with T-Mobile I hate even more that I chose this store to assist with my upgrade. Awful experience !!!! Never again !!!!

I have never been more upset than now. First of all, I couldn't find the store, then the salesman approached me. I had a list of things that my phone was giving me problems with. The salesman couldn't figure anything out. So I asked for a factory reset. He refused to even check into it. This was the 4th time I had to go to the store because this phone does some crazy things.My plan is if this isn't resolved, I'm going back to Verizon.Thank you for your time.My name is Kim Ashley.

Jay assisted me and she was extremely helpful and informative. The wait lines were long at this T-Mobile location, but Jay professionally worked with each customer. I was able to get the information I needed and the phone I wanted in 10 minutes!

The service was good, of course had to wait but overall it was good. I have been with TMobile for years. Not sure if it's a lack of training or what but I pay to much for this phone for it too perform as poorly as it does.Oh, by the way, for 2 months straight, new Sim card has been installed and phone still doing the same thing.

Customer service is horrible! The men at this store have TERRIBLE customer service. The man who helped us, was wearing a mask, but that didn't stop him from talking over us. He said we couldn't upgrade our phone because our bill was over due & was very combative when we told him that wasn't correct. We had just left another T-Mobile in concord and chose to visit this store to see if they had the iPhone color we wanted. So I knew that I was able to upgrade and my bill was paid because I just left another location!! Instead of confirming ANY of our information the T-Mobile employee decided to combat us and assure us that we couldn't get phones. He even showed us the account with all of the personal account details. When I looked at the account name, I realized that he was showing us someone else's account! I told the employee that whoever account he was showing us was not ours. I thought this was incredibly unprofessional. He didn't check to make sure he had the right name on the account and instead chose to show us someone else's personal account with all of their personal information without checking to see if that was even our account. After finding the right account, he then proceeds to tell us we can't get new phones because they don't do activations after 6pm. I told him this made no sense because I just left the T-Mobile store in concord where my phone was activated and my data was transferred and we arrived at that store at 6:40pm. I ultimately decided to just ship the phone back and do the data transfer myself. While he was getting the phone I needed, we asked another employee about the T-Mobile internet service. This man was Hispanic/Latino and had glasses. He didn't speak or make eye contact when my mother asked him about this service. He only nodded his head. Overall, the men at this store have horrible customer service or they just don't like women or both. If you visit this store, prepare to be met with combative men who will talk over you or cut you off when you are speaking, not acknowledge you and "nod" instead of using their words to answer your questions.

I had a horrible experience with customer care, tech support, and at a different t-mobile location, however, Steven was EXTREMELY helpful! If I were to switch back to T-Mobile, I would make sure he’s the one assisting me. He truly tries to help.He definitely deserve a raise or a bonus .. maybe both.

I had the pleasure of having Steven assist me with purchasing a new phone today. He answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. He took his time and was super patient and friendly the entire time. I was feeling anxious about making a change with my device and he made me comfortable with the entire process. I am really happy with my experience today!

This store has full crew to support the crowd but still few employees go back and never show up to take care of the customers. Terrible wait time. Its not the first time , multiple times been here and experienced the same. Customer service is 0/10. Management needs to involve.

This store is being run badly. Employees don’t have enough knowledge about the plans and deals that are being offered by Tmobile. Using words like “I think” “I guess” while giving information to customers. That’s really bad to start with. Person they called assistant manager was as clueless as others.I have done my research before coming to the store, and read all terms & conditions properly, so i knew enough and i can confidently say - more than the employees present at the store 😊.They were giving out mix of right and wrong information and I knew i didn’t want to give my service to them. Will go home and do it online.Stay away from this place.

I just want to say the mobile expert Daniel was simply amazing. His customer service made me want to be a T-Mobile member for life. There was a rude employee who kept interrupting his services, yet Daniel remain calm the entire time and proceeded to help me. Daniel made my experience so amazing. He was such a blessing to me very patient and trustworthy! This man needs a raise!

They are liars and they are shystie over there. Went into upgrade my phone was 10 minutes away from making the purchase and all of the sudden they can't sell me the phone 20 years with T-Mobile never had to walk out without a new phone. The girl that was helping lied straight to my face.

2nd time at this location. Both times came in 30 minutes before close so gave me a bogus excuse for my phone not working and rushed me out the door. I understand they want to go home but this is the only time I’m available. The lady that checked me in looks for any excuse to not help someone.

My goal was to trade in my phone and upgrade to a better one, and she definitely got the job done. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable about her job. Today we experienced discrimination/racism at this location . We were going to get another line added to our plan but salesman Steven was very unprofessional. He did not greet us to start off with, rude communication, and gave a very blunt attitude. Along with that he also laughed when it was brought to attention to the store manager. Before hand we witnessed how he attended the previous clients and it was a night and day difference. He had a profesional and nice attitude with them but it was like a light switch turned off as soon as he saw us. Not sure if it is because we are of colored skin and Hispanic, but I do not recommend this location.
