Large boxes of food, toothpaste, and other household supplies for for a bulk price. Membership required. Sushi plates are advertised to order, but no one has ever answered the phone.You can pay through an app, scanning as you go. But before you can leave the store, but after you have paid, they make you join a long line to make sure you didn’t steal anything. Armed police survey the shop lifting checks and are probably necessary. Inefficient and humiliating waste of time.

Curbside is iffy never consistent. They really need to implement a check system. They forgot items from my order today. I called the store 3 times and no one answered. I contacted the customer service chat. Excuse me! I want my items today. It’s unfair i must wait 7 days to get my refund.

Most of the flowers were limp and out of water, same flowers they had there yesterday hadn't been restocked. Very disappointed.Update 2/10/24 Roses still limp, and this on the week of Valentines. JFC

This is the nicer sam's club that I've been in. Had some organization. Other then the front trash can bring full and front sign being old and dirty. It was very clean inside. Surprised.. they need to keep their meat cases full too many holes in the cases. Very surprised by this location.. will be back

Boxes everywhere, nobody cleans anything, boxes inside the fruit area, boxes everywhere which should be a safety Hazzard apparently they don't care. Long lines to get out of the store as usual, which MAKES no sense.No helpers at the cashier, yet they are too busy scanning EVERY ITEM that's in the cart at the exiting.I'm confused? If that's the case, YOU MIGHT AS WELL hire cashiers??? Why let customers do self check out yet still want to scan every item at the exit? It's TIME CONSUMING AND INCONVENIENT TO THE CUSTOMERS!!!!

All the staff here are not knowledgeable about the ongoing promotional sales or discounts. There was a promotion going on today on scan and go option and gives back 10$ off on min purchase made today and should be immediately applicable on purchase . I accidentally made the purchase without scanning the coupon and one associate asked me to return back items and purchase back so they can apply the discount. I went to the members service center and told the same thing that the first staff lady told but member service agent told me that after applying the coupon this 10$ off will be applicable for next scan and go purchase which was not true.. any way after a long wait with these different answers I decided to quit and while exiting out the First Lady who told about this coupon asked me if it worked and I told no and gave the same answer but she strongly said that it’s not true it should be applicable today itself someone said wrong info to you.. i can’t understand why are the staff not made to understand how everything works same as for everyone ?? I wasted 2 hours for this today on a Sunday with false hopes

Frequent shopper, and a long time member . An employee was arguing with a gentleman over a parking spot in which no employee should be parking in front of the store in a handicap spot anyway especially without a handicap sticker . In the midst she backed into my car and scraped my car up then got aggressive with me trying to argue her along with a friend or rather another employee that she had with her. If she was handicapped she wouldn’t have been trying to fight me over her mistake . The irate woman called her mother and others who also came off aggressive cursing and causing a scene screaming racial slurs, making threats and digging in her purse as if she had a weapon . Management came outside but were more concerned with helping the mother who was causing a scene . I had to walk away because I’m not arguing with anyone who was in the wrong in the first place , trying to fight someone because you are wrong is crazy and very much ignorant. Yes I called the police who took along time to come however they came to take the police report . As I walk in the store the same lady that hit my car who is an employee makes her way to customer service as if she was to intimidate me . This is the most ignorant situation I have ever encountered , and to have an employee like this at your store is disheartening. Just embarrassing and disgusting .

Sams Club Is 100. If You Need Things In Bulk This Is The Place To Be. They Offer Dog Food To Televisions. probably Anything You Can Think Of Can Be Found In This Place. Would Highly Recommend This Specific Store. This Place Has Really Great Deals On Anything You Could Really Imagine.

Truly an unpleasant experience. This Sam's does not have a dedicated shopping cart attendant. Customers have to push their own shopping carts from the parking lot into the store. This is after the customers walk all the way to the store just to realize they have to turn around and walk back to the parking lot for a shopping cart. This includes both able-bodied and elderly individuals. Also this Sam's has one of the most congested gas stations that I have seen. The parking around the gas station not only makes it congested but also makes a traffic and safety concern The parking around the gas station should definitely be removed.

DO NOT EAT from the cafe. I didn’t see anyone washing their hands, no hair nets, rude customer service. I left and will never return. My first time having this membership. It was my second time visiting the warehouse. Never again. I quickly renewed my membership with Costco.

Sam's club has come a long way since the last time I was a member 7+ years ago. Found a great deal on Groupon for $20 per year membership so I decided to sign up again, and discovered that 1) you no longer have to carry a membership card and 2) the scan & go option is one of the more sophisticated designs I've experienced. I'm shocked more shoppers aren't taking advantage of that perk. Overall the store and quality of items remain the same but the experience is much better when you walk past hundreds of shoppers waiting in the check out lane and you get to zoom right past them with scan & go. Definitely recommend friends to try it out.

This is only place I use the app to shop. Most of the Sam's Club employees are unpleasant and the check out lines are terrible. Need to open more check out lines and treat your employees better. This would be a much more enjoyable place to shop. At least that's my opinion.

Came in on the Saturday before Christmas. The place was packed!There were lines at the checkout counters, lines to get out the door, even lines to get into the parking lot!I was able to get in, find the 11 items that I was looking for, check out on the app, and be out the front door in 29 minutes.Bravo, Sam's!

Drove 25 min to this location to get a specific item, that appears to be out of stock but looking around I saw a pallet full of it requested assistance and the associate lied to me stating they were out. When I pointed to him to the item he stated that he needed to moved some pallets to get to it. Took a manager for me to get it because even the supervisor try to disregarded me, pointing me to customer service.

If you are buying the plus membership for the free pick up, save your money and go in. It will be faster! So far the average wait time for me with pick up at this location has been 20 minutes. Today I waited 28 (that's after I started timing). Seems like they would hire more ppl to support this feature they charge customers for.

WORST LOCATION! Employees NEVER want to provide even basic assistance. “CAFE” is more a jail cafeteria. The very young AA employee with (short dreads/braids) always has Airpods in and will look dead at you and still not help you. He is by far the worst employee I have ever come across. He should be stocking somewhere not in the “Cafe” where a level of customer service is expected. I was actually going to relay that message the manager but of course one was nowhere to be found. SAVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY AND GO ELSEWHERE. This location has gone downhill.

Love this place go ever month just to get something. Shopping for household or groceries really help me alot. Only problem i have lines are always lomg so sometimes i pre order or do scan an go. But a membership here will really help you to not shop as much

This is what their cart area looks like on any given day, & especially on rainy days like today. I waited 5 minutes while my partner searched through the rainy parking lot for a wet cart like the greeter told us we’d need to do, no carts were being collected or brought in during this time. Meanwhile we encountered countless empty carts within the store that no one was collecting. It’s like this every time we’ve come, rain or shine.

I was shopping with my father and I scanned the items at the checkout counter for him and this rude worker assumed that i was the one buying beer but I was just scanning for my father, he showed the worker his ID but she started to scream and kicked us out for no reason. She embarrassed us infront of strangers when we didn't do anything wrong.

This location is the worst. The cafe workers will charge you twice for your food and say they didn’t charge you the first time for your items, won’t give you a receipt either. The store is pure chaos 99.9 percent of the time.

All of the lines for checkout were pushed into the aisles. They have no cashiers. It's insane. There are always ridiculous lines and workers just standing around. I don't get it. I came in for ONE bag of Gala apples. After waiting in one of the incredibly long lines for 14 minutes. I got no where. I went to member services to see if I could make my purchase there due to the monstrosity that was displayed. I was told that I could not checkout. No problem, I left the apples with the employee and walked toward the door only to see not one, not two, not three, buy FOUR employees standing by the door talking. Like come on now.

Typical Sam’s I guess, I was thinking it would be a little nicer due to the location. Store layout was the same as my hometown location, so it was convenient. Wide isles that weren’t overcrowded were nice.

I was thinking to make the switch from Costco to Sam’s club but I’m very disappointed after my first time shopping here.More registers are closed than there are open even when the place was very crowded. The only two cashiers were very, very slow. In Costco , the staff fly to assist you and all of the registers are open! Your time in line is about 15minutes!!!time is precious!!! You can make more money but you can’t get time back. Not shopping here ever again! Costco is great!
