I found some great gifts and the prices were fair! All the staff was nice and helpful when I asked for their help or had a question. Expect things to be in disarray, be patient and be diligent in looking for a specific item... It's expected all year long due to the great prices on brand items. ☺️

I'm from out of town Ross is one of my favorite shopping outlets and due to the fact I just drove out of the way to find that the store closed early due to short coverage and there was not one customer in the store but you had atleast 4 employees standing around kinda ticked me off being that the directory when I Google it said closing time was 12 pm !! Will never shop that location again and iam a regular ross shopper no matter what town or state I stop in !!

Not the best Ross out, but it is always stocked which is always good to see ⭐⭐⭐⭐The kitchen is definitely the highlight, where you can top quality equipment for cheap prices 🔪🔪🔪🔪👍👍👍👍Amazon pickup spot is inside the store. 🛍️🛍️🛍️🛍️Will visit again ☑️☑️☑️☑️

I give Ross 5 stars today.. Always come in for one item and leave with many. Today I found some unique pieces. Canvas $39.99 and hanging lamp $29.99. I'm 5'2 and the painting is almost as long as me. Success. #ToMakingYourHouseAHome.

I came to the store it says it opens at 7:00 am and it's 7:40 the lights are on the employees inside and it's closed I called and they didn't know how to give me a good, unprofessional explanation I come to other state to bay everything for Christmas

Ross jw location is the closest to my house. I come here because it's affordable and it's convenient. What is not convenient is your management team at the JW location. you have one manager here with colored hair who does not know how to be a true leader.She has an attitude problem, she doesn't know how to talk to her employees and she is not friendly with customers. she may be doing her job but when it comes to customer service you must always be friendly.

Rats were running around the front of the store. I asked a manager why the trash hasn't been thrown out I was told "it's not our responsibility. Shop here at your own risk you might be purchasing bug infested clothing

I love shopping at Ross. I always find just what I'm looking for at a great price. However the dressing room experience it's a total disaster the dressing rooms are always dirty and cluttered there's literally dust bunnies out on the floor and on the wall. Trying on garments is not a pleasant experience besides that Ross is the place to go when you're looking to shop on a budget

The manager in this store is racist— I was in the store on Sunday night June 7th and I observed an obscene unfair treatment toward a family of 4 Hispanics being told they needed to leave the store when they had a buggy full of merchandise to purchase because the manager that was an American white colored lady said they looked suspicious .. if she only knew if it wasn’t for Hispanics shopping at that Ross she would not have a job.. then about 10 minutes later I seen 2 Hispanic gentleman also being told by the same manager to leave the store or they would get escorted out by the security guard.. this so unfair for customer that are minding their own business shopping to get treated in this form.. that’s why society is how it is.. I will be calling the news to do something about this as this is unnecessary actions from a MANAGER THAT IS MANAGING A STORE.. I will also call corporate for Ross and give this complaints so they will know how much money Ross is loosing because of this so call manager..

Poor management. Store is too new to be this dirty. Zwinda was at the front doing nothing. Shouted across the front of the store at the cashier. Talk about unprofessional. Do better.

Love this store. Being a New Yorker, I never knew about this store, but this is basically like a Marshall or T.J.Max store but in outer states. However, they have cheaper rates than Marshall and T.J.Max. They have large clothing collections for men, women, and children. Whenever I go to different states I prefer to do some shopping g for this store. They have excellent dress collections for women. I love to get my dresses from here.

Lots and lots of dust! Staff is not that friendly , but can’t blame them; Not enough cashiers and the lines are super long. Take your lunch or dinner! Bc you will be there for a while … the person in charge noticed the lines, ignoring all of us! At least she should try to open a register to take us out of there. That could be on the job description.
