Awesome establishment. Took my pup to the groomer for the first time and had an excellent experience. I was informed that because Lola hasn’t made 1year yet that she’ll just get a trim instead of a full cut. She smelled great and they also added 2 lil bows that look beautiful. Would definitely recommend Rockfield Pet!!! Thank you!!!

Very disappointed. Brought my dog in for a full grooming and all they trimmed was under he belly, legs, and feet. But they didn’t even clean up her feet all the way, she still had hairs longer than her toenails. I told them to trim up her tail a little to make it look clean and trim her “pants” to give her a shape again. Clearly they didn’t touch her pants or tail. Yes she smelt great, but that’s about the only positive from this grooming experience. Wish I could say I’d recommend. When she was done I couldn’t even ask them to go back and fix because the lady from the front (super nice) was gone as it was past 5pm and the groomer did not speak English….

I love this place. The people are so caring about your animals. They love and care for them as their own. My Rebel loves going to get groomed. He comes back smelling and looking so well cared for. Plus his Groomer puts cute little clothes on him after she finishes. He gets little treats along the way. The best place to take your family fury friends. The staff is exceptionally professional. John and the whole team. They are from Brazil and speak English and Portuguese. But I use my app TRANSLATE to communicate with these beautiful people. Thus far wonderful service. You can watch through the glass window while they take care of your fury little friend and family member. Plus they have these great massage chairs and big screen TV's for our comfort while waiting for our fury little darlings. I love Rockfield Pet. The price is right.

They did wonders on my dog. I told them what I wanted and they did it better. They were super friendly and so nice. The inside was amazing look. I like how you can text them to get an update on your dog. I will be coming back next month.

Amazing! Everyone was no nice and the interior is very fancy I thought I walked into a nail salon! The owner was so nice and they seemed to really care for my dog and my time. She is a big 70lb doodle that had been to many groomers that never did a great job. She has had clipper rash, a nipple cut off, and a skin rash from different groomers in charlotte. One place even took 6 hours and had her in a cage while they groomed other dogs.Rockfield had her out in 2.5 hours which is literally record breaking. And she smells amazing and has the cutest bandana and hair cut. We will 100% be coming back from now on.

Awesome and friendly staff. I brought in my puppy St.Bernard for a full grooming service because of the hot weather and I 100% loved the results. Love the environment and the puppy play station they had were he could interact with other pups.

They deserve 0 StarsI took my Yorkie to this location last Friday and I was so disappointed. My dog's cut was done so bad it brought me to tears. I even provided them with a photo of what I wanted. The cut was uneven, and I requested full grooming services. This is my dog 4th time here and I always make it clear to not cut his tail hair. They cut that as well. The gentleman that cut his hair had no compassion and didn't care. I will never use this grooming service again.To reply to your message:I have never been rejected from pet Smart or Petco so I don't know where you got that information from. Petsmart will be correctly the horrible cut Job that you'll did. Secondly, I only commented on the cut not the bath I was willing to pay for you refused. Instead of a free cut, I would have preferred a great service instead. My God Bless you and all the other dogs you've messed up. Very rude and please remove me from your contact list. Service is getting bad you'll text begging for service every week

I couldn't get in contact with my old groomers anymore, and was worried about finding a new place since my pup scares easily and has an ear issue. But Rockfield was able to get her all cleaned up and trimmed down without any issues. She looks great and they were able to deal with her knots that built up on us. And with how local they are to me I plan on making them my new primary choice for taking care of my little pupper.

This is my second time at this groomers. I sat in my car and watched the groomer and he did not take care of my senior dog. He was impatient and appeared to be annoyed. My dog’s cut looked armature and uneven. He looked like he wasn’t bathed. I asked them to fix the cut and it looked worst. Very disappointed with the care and service given to my senior dog.I still tipped and paid the full amount. I hope that this will be the last time they mistreat senior animals.

Great groomer...but too costly. Paid $85 for a small dog less than 6lbs for a full groom. If price were more reasonable, I would continue to take him.

I am so ecstatic to have found pet Rockfield service. They are exceptional at what they do! My Maltese dog was desperately needing a quality cut and she has never looked this good. I have taken her to several places and Rockfield is by far the best place ! She Smells so good and looks like those dogs on tv. Thank you Rockfield you guys are Amazing!

Think of a dog haircut as that of a haircut for a kid at the barbershop. Nothing spectacular. No beard lineup, no 360 waves, no bejein on the beard. I paid $40 more for a notable difference in my dogs smell. I could have rubbed some Muslim oil in my palm and then across my dog to get him to smell nice. Overall...(shrugging shoulders)
