NO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE. We brought in our Corgi for his first professional grooming here (has had two baths and 2 nail trims at home perfectly fine as long as he’s distracted with food) they didn’t do half of the service we paid for. I commented that his paw pads and butt looked untrimmed and they said that was not part of the $85 package we got and would have to charge us an additional $15 for his paw pads to be trimmed. We came back the next day to get his paw pads trimmed, the bandanna and the coupon book that they did not give us that we paid for in the package. Their excuse for stuff not getting done was because he was uncooperative which is expected for a 5 month old puppy. We also found out it’s because they didn’t distract him with a treat, toy, or anything of the kind. Fast forward now we cannot trim his nails ourselves even with food infront of him because he is traumatized of what they did to him
