NO HELP W/PICKING UP MY CAT PRECIPITATION FOOD. PAID FOR IT ONLINE FOR CONVENIENCE BUT IT DIDNT GET in there system on there end so they take my money online and now I have to sit on phone with CS for hours getting a refund. Bet that won't b very convenient for me but convenient for them to take my money. HATE ONLINE and NO one in the store would figure it out and help me.either. lazy workers we have in today's society
