We took a couple dogs we were pet sitting to get a bath and a nail trim. What an excellent experience! The dogs looked and smelled great after we got them back.Grooming staff was amazing, didn’t have an appointment but they were able to fit us in. Thank you!!!!

Tara was awesome she did a phenomenal job with Rudy. He has some very special needs. He had had a broken jaw from a procedure done at the veterinary office and he also has hip dysplasia so she had to be very careful while grooming him. He looked absolutely absolutely beautiful.

Our dog Kali has a lot of anxiety when getting groomed but she loves visiting Emily C. Kali has to feel loved to warm up to someone and it’s clear that Emily takes the time to be gentle and loving towards her. Whenever I’m booking a grooming appointment I’m always checking for Emily’s schedule since it makes me feel more at ease dropping Kali off with her! Emily is the best, we appreciate her a ton!

Petsmart located in the Blakeney Shopping Center is an excellent representation of the Petsmart chain name. Lots of full stock, really nice and helpful employees and great prices.Also they feature the Veterinarian service as well as full grooming daily.

Grooming experience was very poor. Our 4 months small puppy was scared after her first grooming experience here. Please only bring here your puppy if she already used grooming and not a shy puppy…my puppy first experience wasn’t the best experience. This grooming location is extremely busy, we had appointment but was just extremely crowded there… She spent +3 hours at the salon. Staff seemed nice, but extremely busy, her haircut turned out nice, but we are not coming back here for grooming for sure. We expected a difference experience for her and was sad to see her so stressed out when we got her back.

I would give zero if i could the staff have nothing better to do other then sit outside the door and smoke and neglect the customers if you hate your job and life go somewhere else thats not my problem so don't make it my problem i go there for s specific reason to shop for my pet i don’t need the attitude.

I have probably the most anxious dog in the world. Tara did wonders with my dog, Phoenix. Not only did she make Phoenix feel comfortable, she went out her way, above and beyond, to make sure that Phoenix had the best experience. For example, Phoenix was refusing to get on the grooming table, instead of giving up, Tara worked on the floor with Phoenix and went at Phoenix’s pace. From a dog mom who becomes so hesitant to leave their incredibly anxious dog with someone, Tara alleviated that worry! We will definitely be back. :)

Rude lady at the fish table tried to scold my 2 year old for slapping the fish tank. He’s 2 ma’am. Get a better job if you’re so miserable . It’s written all over your face.

I've used the veterinarians here only when time is an issue because they're a mile from my home. I would not recommend them if you have other options.The retail store however is quite good employees are generally friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. No hassle on returns and a nice selection of merchandise and pet foods. Plenty of parking and long store hours.

This location sucks for grooming. When I take my dog to other groomers, they never have any issues. I came to PetSmart as a last resort and I deeply regret it. Cialyn C did a horrible job grooming my dog. I will never bring him back here.

we mistakenly bought dog food that had too large kibbles. When we tried to return, we were refused due to the open package. we had to go to another petsmart, where we were able to exchange food for a suitable one.

Had the most horrible service here! The people there, at least the two girls working today… Have horrible attitudes. They act as if I am bothering them by needing assistance. I asked one girl to help me get a goldfish from the tank, and she didn’t even look up at me while I was standing right in front of her. Then the girl at the register was rushing me. I have a two-year-old toddler in the car trying to get him to sit down, and instead of being patient… She had a very short voice and kept asking if I had a phone number and if I could hurry up. I will never go back to the store again. Definitely, definitely need better customer service! Go anywhere else!

Used to shop at PetSmart only for my animal supplies. After my "boutique pet groomer" experiences turned south I tried PetSmart Grooming.PetSmart gooming was best choice I ever made. Having had poodles for 25 years I know what good grooming is. PetSmart is good grooming.After such a positive experience with the grooming salon I signed my new puppy up for Obedience classes. Again a great choice.I would recommend PetSmart at Blakeney to everyone ! ! !

Wow, what a great experience, the associates were super friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to pick up some food for my super picky dog and see if they had any fish for my pond.The associates were very helpful in suggesting fish for my pond and careful with my purchase. The store was very clean and well maintained and the fish looked healthy.I normally go to a different location, but from now on I will only come here.

The MOST helpful woman assisted us in selecting prescription dogfood. She was so incredible, I wish I caught her name because her supervisor should know what a fantastic employee she is! (Red hair has a German shepherd and is in charge of training classes)

Very young manager on a Saturday night was extremely rude when I asked if my online order was ready. I even asked her if I did something to offend her because I couldn’t believe how rude she was! When I checked out I commented to the cashier who witnessed the interaction I had with the manager about how rude she was and she agreed!

This was my first time with the grooming department here. I had attempted to trim my dog's nails however it was a fail, so I decided to try walking in without an appointment. The groomer, Amelia was sooooo nice and helpful!! She actually squeezed us in! She was amazing, caring and listened to all of my requests. She did such a great job and went over and beyond!! She gave my puppers lots of attention and made sure she was comfortable....my puppers loved her so much ,she gave her a hug before we left!! Great job!! I would definitely recommend! Amelia needs a raise...lol!!

Always find this place interesting. Looks like a pet store, smells like a pet store, and well, it is a pet store.I must have been here a hundred times and the staff always seem to be subdued. Not friendly, overly talkative (which isn't a bad thing), not polite, just there to serve --very drone like -- that feels like that's all they're there for.As for the store, they always have everything I've ever needed and much more. They have a fantastic inventory, always well stocked shelves, and airy feeling inside.Easy parking outside, and quick access to and from surrounding main streets. Great store but don't go there looking for too much conversation or human-like interaction.
