The fish in this store are always extremely abused and sick. Hundreds of dead fish and it just continues to spread. Once I watched an employee here drop a fish onto the store and proceed to step over it and left it flopping on the floor and a customer picked it up and put it back in the tank. Funny how petsmart is apparently always hard to get hired at, but they only seem to hire people who don’t care for the animals.

This rating is for the puppy and dog training classes with Megan. We brought our dog Kali to Megan’s classes almost 10 years ago and are still so thankful for the impacts Megan made on us and Kali. We took Kali to the puppy, intermediate and advanced training classes and learned so much as first time dog owners back then. Kali was not an easy puppy but Megan’s tips really changed everything for us and Kali has been such a great dog ever since. Megan even helped train Kali and my now husband how to propose to me together which was so sweet and special - so appreciative of Megan’s support throughout the years of knowing her. Kali is also obsessed with Megan - one of her favorite people in the world :)

My dog loves going here! Today we got some more potty bags and some treats. He loves his experience from the time we park till we leave. This place has tons of stuff for different pets and I really like the adoption section.

Very unprofessional. I just adopted a dog and was looking for a permanent place to have her groomed. This is not it. There have been a couple different issues.The 2 times she was groomed there, they said the appointment would take about 2 hours but they would call when they were finished with her appointment. They never called. When I went back to pick her up after 1.5 hours they mentioned that they had been done for 45 minutes. The second time I went to pick her up after an hour, never hearing from them, and she was in the kennel already. The last time they said she had been barking and crying for the last 30 minutes. How someone would allow a dog to be in a kennel crying for 30 minutes without contacting their owner, especially after having a conversation with them about how the dog has anxiety, is ridiculous.I only ever made a few grooming appointments here and each time they called me a few hours before the service asking if I could come in earlier and that they were closing early or the person I booked with isn’t available. This has happened every booking.I will never trust a place so unprofessional again.

Excellent place to buy pet supplies. It is pretty complete, and the price is very reasonable. The quality of dog collars, harnesses, and dog jackets are excellent. They also have tons of nice looking decorations for aquariums. They are selling guinea pigs, hamsters, snakes, and lizards.A vet, a groomer, and a pet trainer is also available on this location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The parking space is excellent.

I needed a particular cat food. so I googled it. this PetSmart had it in stock, according to their web site. Made my trip easier. also appreciate the large parking low. My cat, Cat5 is very appreciative of Pet Smart.

Jayla should be fired. complete neglect for animals and a nasty attitude when the manager isn’t around. brung my dog in to get washed and she was the first one in.. had the nerve to give my dog back wet with her butt still covered in soap.

Around seven months ago I decided to get a hamster but I couldn’t find any local hamster breeders or hamster breeders that would ship due to covid so I went to pet smart a picked out a Syrian hamster. This was my first hamster I have ever had so it has been a learning experience for me but he is a great hamster and he even comes to me when I open his cages door. The only problem I have is they recommend cages that are too small and wheels that can hurt your hamster so please do not buy a cage here and do proper research before you buy. Overall the experience was pretty good and I would get another hamster from here.

I would not recommend. My puppy was not cut right (his fur was cut noticeably uneven). The groomer was late. I was given 3 different times of when I could pick up my puppy. I got there and he still wasn't ready after 4 hours of being there.

I was followed by an employee while trying to find a new leash & collar for my pup… I didn’t even feel comfortable. I left and will not return. This was my first time at this location. There’s no reason at all to treat customers like thieves just because they may not look like you…. It’s 2023, let’s do better! Let’s not profile! Let’s have better customer service, because without your customers the establishment is nothing!!The greeter at the register was extremely sweet though.

Great service and gets my doodle groomed nicely. I love their chi product baths my boy smells good for days! I am able to get an appointment within a week when I call. I recommend for pet grooming.

For the most part, I've always had good experiences with Petsmart and their grooming department with my old dogs (not this store). We recently got a new puppy and took her in for grooming. Angela groomed Gigi, and she was great. I pegboard purchased a puppy guide from Petsmart, in it, there is a coupon for a free pup bath and brush. I intended to use it for Gigi's bath. I also decided to add services like grinding her claws and to have her Trimmed. I was told that since I added the extra services, I couldn't use the coupon for her bath, which I didn't understand. I 100% was prepared to pay for the extra services but could understand them not honoring the coupon for the bath. I'll most likely never take Gigi there for just a bath. I can bathe her between Trims. So basically, I can never use the coupon if I add other services. I don't find that fair and takes away from the puppy guide value.
