My first time taking my dog to this petsmart groomers and the last!! I encountered a horrible experience with the grooming salon manager Tammy. She was very rude!!! I dropped off my puppy @8:00am then went back up there around 11:00am to check on my puppy because I know she gets a little anxious and worked up. So I like to get updates to she how’s she’s doing. I didn’t know doing that was so wrong. I went in and Tammy had an attitude with me. Then they called saying she was ready @1:00pm. When I walked in she rudely handed me my receipt to take to the register. I will not be disrespected like that so I will not take my dog back there.

I went to PetSmart -S. Blvd for puppy training classes. The trainer failed to arrive and there was a lack of communication in the store about the status of the training class. Another lady was there with her dog for training as well. We chatted, shopped, and waited almost 30 minutes- on a Saturday morning (You read that right, Saturday!). We finally provided our contact information on a piece of receipt tape we were given by a cashier. It’s been a week and half and no one has called or offered a solution. This store is usually great, but the training program is a little sketch right now. Hopefully, things look up after this is straightened out.

Took my puppy here for the first time today and I’m highly disappointed. My puppy do not look like the same dog at all. The groomer/stylist whatever stated he was severely matter and I don’t agree. He had a few tangles but this something that could have been cut out. He cut my dog hair all the way down almost down to the skin. He’s very choppy and has no consistency. I’m so unhappy and he’s been hiding under the bed since we have been home. This is unacceptable. I just moved here from philadelphia and this was my baby first hair cut and I’m highly disappointed. We currently have our 2 adopted puppies in training with Cara at this PetSmart. I haven't had puppies before and she has been so great at providing all the information we could ask for on how to manage this rambunctious duo. She has an excellent background and demeanor with the dogs and you can just tell that she has a real love of what she does. They absolutely love her and they can't control themselves from running up to her with excitement each time we enter the store. Our girl we have had only about a month and it is evident that she may have had a rough start at life but she has become more confident and is already a little less scared, all with Cara's help. I have already recommended her classes a few times to friends and coworkers who have dogs and will continue to do so!

I was scared reading the reviews thinking they wouldn’t have the cichlids we were looking for but when I walked in it looked reliable and the place is very pretty and loved the way they did the tanks!!! They had more than we were expecting!! Very well stocked for being in such a hard time... but we both said this is the place we will be going to the next time!!! Definitely suggest coming for fish and everything!! Again I loved the way they set up the store it’s so organized!! They are also nice and very welcoming!!

Not going to lie, I was worried about leaving my 170 lb St Bernard with someone with a small frame. But AC killed it! My sweet boy looked and smelled so good when we picked him up! I just want her to take care of him each time now! Thank you AC! Big Rig will be seeing you soon!

Not only has Maggie learned commands and skills in class, she gets excited to be there and clearly has made friends along the way. On we go to intermediate class...

Took my Yorkies in for grooming. I made appts for each of them with separate groomers, both at 11:30a. They were there until 3:30p! I give them both baths myself within 30 mins, so I can't imagine what could possibly take 2 people FOUR hours to give them baths and haircuts, but everyone there seemed nice and to genuinely love dogs so I went with it. And I will say, my pups—both young and quite anxious—seemed very content when I came to pick them up.But for the price and given the amount of time they had to work with a 5 lb puppy, I think it's reasonable to expect a better job than this.

My dog got groomed by Tammy and I do not recommend. I was very transparent about my dogs needs and issues and yet when I picked her up - 5 hours later mind you - she was choppy, hadn’t had her nails cut, and undone. I was met with excuses and accusations about my dog by this groomer. She offered a “fair price” to me as if I know what the prices of services are and wanted to take a measly $20 off of a $140 service. Extremely unhappy with the unprofessional behavior of her and the manager who was eager to leave because he was “off the clock.” I had to go home and finish cutting my dogs hair myself. Save yourself time, money, and energy and get your pup groomed somewhere else.

Signed our English mastiff up for beginner classes with Cara. Cara is fantastic don't hesitate to sign up for her classes. She cares about all the puppies and loves what she does. Remember training is not only for the dog but for the owner. I have learned a lot and I know I will be a better pet owner.

Just adopted my first kitten and Jewel was amazing!! She went above and beyond to help me!! I was coming from gastonia and wanted to know what kittens they had. I asked her if she could take my number and send me some pics. She did it with no hesitation at all! On the day I did go up there she was off but before i took the drive she told me what they had and i didnt even realize she wasnt at work! All I can say is that the customer service that Jewel showed, was one of the best I've ever had to encounter even if it was just over the phone. Me and Leo says thanks!!

I encountered a horrible experience with the grooming salon manager Tammy when I took my puppy into the salon to be groomed. Not only was she rude but she stated that "the dog is not safe" and that they would not allow anyone else to groom my puppy because "she needs to be trained" and is a hazard when they are trying to trim her. My 9 month old yorkie, is very loving, playful and hyper, she just wants to play 24/7. I am certain that my puppy is not the first or the last active puppy who has been to that salon. If your head groomer is unable or unexperienced to handle active young puppies, I would suggest that the store get someone else who is a bit more experienced. I have never received any negative feedback any other time I have taken her to be be groomed and she goes monthly. This was my first time coming to this location and it will be the last.

Took my baby girl for her first time grooming appointment and she looked and smelled wonderful the associates that work there really took care of my baby and they gave her a beautiful bandanna lol I recommend others to go as well!

I would have given 5 stars, but they didn't have a lint roller to use after spending time with cats. How does a Pet store not have a lint roller for people to use that maybe thinking about adopting an animal? Even the grooming department didn't even have one.

I have only used this Petsmart's Grooming service. The Groomer Tammy R. was customer friendly and tentative to my dog. My little guy is a part of the family and Tammy's attention to him was relaxing for both of us.

Took our dog in to be groomed only to find out the groomer called out. It was inconvenient because we rearranged our schedule to accommodate their schedule. They were also unable to reschedule at the time of cancellation. We were, however, able to reschedule it a couple days later for two weeks down the road.

Took my sister's dog to be groomed and they did such a bad job he looked like a stray animal when finished. I was so mad they didn't charge me. Had to come home and clip him over. I will NEVER take a animal there again or buy myself there. Take your babies there at your own risk
