I love the experience with Petfolk team! They are very professional and truly care about your pets. They follow up after appointments and respond promptly whenever we have questions. My kitten feels comfortable there as well! I would say the price is a little bit more than other vets but I really think the professional care and the dedication worth it.

Incredible experience here with Melissa and Dr.Wilson. I have a rescue who is very nervous around people and reactive towards other dogs. The staff was gentle and slow with Rocky. They were considerate and watchful of his queues and body language to ensure he had a pleasant experience. He was a little too nervous today so we have to return, but being given the option to do this so he can have a positive experience is incredible. They also prescribed anxiety medication so he can be less fearful and more comfortable when we return. He also loved the cheese haha. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Amazing staff! No matter our concerns big or small Mr.Kitty has been treated with love and care. We have always been well informed about any after care instructions, never leaving an appointment/virtual with any lingering concerns. I am so thankful for my neighbor recommending this place to me as I was desperate to find a vet I could make an actual appointment at on a Saturday for an urgent care visit. Being a vet tech myself, I didn’t want to use up an ER slot as it wasn’t a true emergency, but it was urgent enough to need a Saturday appointment- which also was at fault of my own schedule. Not only did I get a Saturday appt. scheduled immediately- I had to also change it to another time- and that was SO EASY- thank you! We were able to walk right in, we were greeted right away and put in a room. There was zero wait time as the tech/assistant came in with us. Both the tech and the DVM had read my “dissertation” (which I super duper appreciated as I am an overly thorough typer) as to what happened to my fur baby.The DVM appreciated me being so detailed ❤️🐾. Lina was examined with care and compassion, knowing that she was in pain and nothing was performed to exacerbate her pain what so ever. I was able to just casually sit on the floor and offer my doggo comfort for the entire appt. I love that the care plan included being asked what “I needed” and the plan is gone over in detail and gets owner approval for each item on it. Then after all that, my dogs ear cytology warranted another addition to the plan- which was gone over with me and of course approved by me! We got a goodie bag with every medication we needed right then and there!I will say that the cost was a little expensive, but that is expected and not looked down upon by me- ESPECIALLY with being able to schedule on a Saturday, it was an Urgent Care visit (both of those should be known as standard in the vet med world to come with a higher cost) and I had never been there before, I was able to change the appt. Time online, click of a button, didn’t even have to call. That alone I would pay extra for any day of the week for ease of service, as I was booking the appt. While I was at work and wouldn’t have been able to immediately make a call to change it.They also sent a follow-up text to ask how my girl was doing, always appreciated! Lina and I thank the male tech (I am so sorry I can’t remember your name- but you deserve the review too-maybe Ron? per my discharge papers) and DVM. Jennifer Wilson for your amazing care and treatment!

I am so impressed with Petfolk! As a first time pet owner, this was my first urgent care experience. I was able to be seen immediately. I was met with so much kindness and consideration. I am so so grateful! They even reached out to see how my dog was doing the next day. Very affordable as well!

I have tried so many different vets, and my visit to Petfolk was by far the best experience I've had! Not only are they extremely friendly to you and your pet, but they communicate so well and are so thorough with the questions they ask. My 10 year old golden was seen by Dr Wilson and she was so kind and sweet to me and my sweet boy. The vet techs are all so helpful and kind as well. My golden is super friendly and everyone came in just to say hi and give pets. Truly a great experience and I'll be bringing my other dog here as well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, warm and welcoming vet to take their babies to!

I've been taking my dog to Petfolk for about two years now and have been really pleased with the level of service and care he gets. They always let me know upfront how much something will cost before they do it so I'm not taken by surprise with the fees, and their membership package has proven to pay for itself. He also had a small procedure done with them. I was super nervous for it because anything that involves putting my dog under anesthetics makes me nervous, but I was so happy with the level of care my pet received, as well as the level of care taken to keep me informed about each step in the process so I didn't have to sit around and wonder if he was doing okay. I'm really thankful for everyone at Petfolk!

All assistants and Vets are always so friendly, welcoming, and professional. I leave with a feeling of peace of mind and that it was worth the visit- they are very thorough and provide all necessary medications and instructions. Especially love the assistant- she is always warm, thorough, and efficient!

I’ve been taking one of my cats to Perfolk for some time now. They have been so great with her care, that I decided to bring in my other cat today, to get him established with them too. Sullivan & Dr. Daniel Baracaldo were amazing! Informed, professional, immensely caring, compassionate people. The staff at Petfolk SouthPark are outstanding. 100% endorsement from me and my cats. ❤️🐾

Pet folk is great! My dog was very sick out of the blue. They were able to see him right away. Dr. Lesiecki is excellent. The team went above and beyond to get my pooch better.Adding to the last review my Miniature Schnauzer was sick another time. Dr. Wilson and staff at South Park were excellent. For follow up I saw Dr. Grant in Huntersville who researched my dogs case thoroughly. He’s very caring and explains everything in detail. Petfolk is awesome from phone staff to medical staff.

Recently, we decided to switch vets due to not being happy with the care we were receiving. Today was our first appointment at Petfolk and I must say it was hands down one of the best experiences we’ve had with a vet. Melissa was so kind and charismatic. She was not only helpful but very knowledgeable, she provided answers to all of our questions as well as answers to questions we didn’t know we had yet. As for Dr. Wilson, she had the most friendly and bubbly personality. When I think of a vet, I think animal lover and Dr. Wilson’s energy exemplified that 100%. The way she cared and interacted with our baby showed a true love for animals. The establishment was clean and neat and the process was seamless and headache free. Very please with our visit.Techno says thank you guys!! And thanks for the treats !

The Veterinary Technician and Veterinarian were amazing! I was terrified my dog had a cyst that could burst and the Technician was empathetic and gave me vital information that reduced my anxiety. The Veterinarian was patient and answered all my questions without any judgment. My dog ended up being fine, however, I will never forget how kind and caring all of the office staff is at PetFolks. I bought the plan that allows you to have free visits and I have already saved money. It is totally worth the cost.

Camille at pet folk is the most incredible person and so helpful! My dog had complications from a surgery which landed her multiple Petfolk visits several days in a row and into a hospitalization receiving ICU care & another surgery. Camille was there to support not only my dog but myself as well through every step of the way. Forever grateful for her 🏼

My dog and I just left after my dog was not eating and was not acting like his normal self. It was easy to make a same day appointment and they accommodated us easily. Every staff member was helpful and kind. Dr. Wilson explained everything in detail to us and gave us options while ensuring we knew which was which and what the estimate would be prior to the test or medicine. I really like that they have testing there as we were able to get the X-rays and ultrasound needed for our dog to get a referral for the ER. I highly recommend.

The vet techs and doctors at Petfolk are truly excellent. Dr. Green took fantastic care of my cat for her first exam and dental a few weeks ago. She was so kind and she even had my cat purring (this is unheard of for my girl at a vet visit!). Kerry (sorry if I’m misspelling) and Lauren (I think that was her name but I’m sorry if I’m wrong), the techs who took care of Lilly, couldn’t have been nicer.This weekend, I had concerns about Lilly hypersalivating and was able to text with techs through the app. Being able to get in touch with vet techs (Caress and Leah, both of whom were so kind and helpful) on the weekend was great. It was also really nice to be able to schedule an appointment easily and for the very next day. When I took her in yesterday, Dr. Brewbaker and Kerry took such good care of Lilly (as did another tech whose name I didn’t catch). They were exceptionally reassuring and thorough. I so appreciated Dr. Brewbaker’s strong attention to detail and her tips for helping Lilly recover and maintain good dental health. There was also another fantastic doctor who took the lead in taking Lilly’s abscessed tooth out. I hate that I can’t recall his name but he was also phenomenal! I haven’t been as impressed by Petfolk’s medical records (especially in terms of updating information in the app and detailing procedure notes), but my experiences with the vet techs and doctors has been outstanding and I am so grateful to everyone for taking such excellent care of my girl!

I drove an hour to help my 14 year old dog cross over. Already not an easy decision. The tech was completely snotty & rude from the moment I walked in. They decided since he ate a tiny bit of food that his constant heavy panting, being eaten up with tumors, having hip/joint pain, and drinking gallons of water but never quenching his thirst because he's in kidney failure as proven by the bloodwork done a week prior was not enough to help him mercifully cross over but instead let him continue suffering. What a complete waste of time, energy, and gas when all I was trying to do was get some relief for my little buddy. Very disturbing way to practice the "care" of our companion animals. I have worked in veterinary offices and I would NEVER treat anyone the way I was treated today.

I took my cat Toffee here for a routine check up and to get some blood work done and they were amazing! Reese was especially kind to my baby. I definitely recommend them and I also really appreciate they were honest about the price upfront.

This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a vet. I’ve been back and forth to multiple for my cats skin issues with no feeling of care until I met with Dr. Audrey and Marina. She was foward, informative, considerate and caring with my cat. There was a logical plan of action, and I finally feel I can trust a vet who knows what they are talking about and listens!! I’ll be with them forever!

I have a 10 yo pup and when we walked it he was relaxed. Usually he trembles when we’re at the vet. The atmosphere was bright and friendly. The staff greeted us immediately and Gordon, my dog, was still relaxed. We got back to an exam room right on time and we saw the tech first. She was so kind and got down on the floor to meet Gordon. We have had some financial struggles and the staff worked we me and gave us a treatment plan that helped Gordon with his arthritis and didn't leave me feeling like I overpaid. I will return to Petfolk because of the way it made Gordon feel and the level of care and cost were great for us. It was a totally different vet experience.

Wonderful concept for pet care. The facility is bright, clean, and modern. The process is streamlined, annual pet care plan that has many benefits (covers visit fee, reduced costs, virtual pet visits, etc.). More importantly, the entire staff is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and loves my dogs. I think highly of the Drs., especially Dr. Wilson. She is smart, caring, empathetic and has a great sense of humor.I am so happy to have found quality pet care with convenient hours and at a fair price.

This place was VERY IMPRESSIVE! They answer the phone, they answer all my questions, and even let me speak to the medical staff before my appointment. The appointment availability and first time coupon were awesome too! I was in and out and they really cared about my fur baby too! I usually go to cat only vets but I’ll be definitely returning to this one next time!

Totally impressed!! Excellent care, immaculate facilities, great customer care!! Didn’t worry about anything, prices were right!! Mostly they did their best to accommodate us, and followed through!! Absolutely I will go back!!
