My dog came in to get his nails shortened. They were quick and listened regarding his preferences. My dog tolerates the dremel, but does not do well with the nail clippers. It was a great experience and me dog did not show any signs of nervousness this time.

I have been coming here for a few year's, started off with one groomer he left, and we have been going to Jordan since then he goes above and beyond when it comes to grooming my dog, she is even getting used to Jordan when we come. I will definitely recommend Jordan

Poor customer service. They canceled my appt with 1/2 day notice and were unreasonable to reschedule to make it convenient. I’ve been a few times in 2 years and the service is inconsistent. I’ve been verbally promised fast appointments and waited many hours. They want a $15 get your dog back quickly fee or they hold your pup hostage for hours just sitting around (yet they offer scheduled appointment times). There are many other options out there. Just know this place should be your last choice. It’s a management issue not groomers necessarily

I am not pleased with my dog’s haircut. I understand he had a few matted spots but I dont think that warrants an uneven haircut. And the matting around his mouth that actually needed to be cut wasn’t even touched! He still has dirt built up around his mouth. And on top of that he’s been scratching like crazy since I brought him home. Bad experience!

Update: My pups needed a specialty diet, and petco was the one-stop shop to get all their needs. My fish are doing well, and I even picked up some more aquarium needs. The young lady who helped me was awesome with my pups... even offered a little treat! I enjoy coming here even if it is completely on the opposite side of town.Previous: Although I had never shopped here for my pet needs, I loved their services for my gold fish needs. I like that everyone is friendly and knowledgeable - and if they weren't directed me to someone who is... Unfortunately, my algae eater died within 12 hrs... I was able to get the other items for my tank... my tank still isn't clear after purchasing the various solutions, but I'm optimistic. Still, say check out this place for ur pet needs.I got filter refills, stability, and clarify.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Never have I experienced racism like I did tonight in this Petco. Went in to purchase a parakeet for my friend for her birthday. Assistant manager Aiden who is white refused to allow me to purchase based off his own personal judgment. I went in with my husband and three of my children including a newborn. I guess because we’re black that’s what he based his reasoning upon. Bird was going directly to my friend who already has other parakeets. He instead suggested I purchase a gift card. After the treatment I received I no longer desired to spend my money with this establishment at all and will be in contact with an attorney.

I love Petco and my pup always looks great. This time I charged for matted hair even though I asked them to shave it all off, so that was confusing as that's never happened before, but otherwise it was great as usual! They're fairly quick usually, and the employees are always really nice.

Watson looked great. She is generally a nervous pup, but the team at Petco always makes her feel comfortable. She is also a less common breed, but they do a great job trimming her up to make sure she still has her distinctive features.

I always have felt that the groomers at this location really care and have my fur baby's best interest at heart. She now has a dedicated groomer who puts her through an express service. I couldn't be more happier!

First off we were supposed to have a bath a week ago but my super anxious dog cut her foot on the way in due to seeing the crane out front that was there because of BJs closing. The attendant saw it befor we did and said they couldn’t bathe her duh to not wanting to create a bigger issue or get her wound infected. I thought that was the greatest thing...they were really looking out for her. Yesterday they made sure to check on her and make sure the wound healed before bathing her and that was amazing! Then come here anxiety she barked for a better portion of the bath, but they were so patient and loving with her and she eventually calmed down (I hope she did and they’re not just being nice). She came home with her bow on her collar with a little shimmy she was happy to be clean and I was happy her nails would scratch me when I picked her up! The groomers here are like no other...sweet, professional, and skilled

Their store was near, well stocked, and fun. You can bring your pet with you too. They had fish too. Different kinds of Bird foods. It was an awakening to see how many pets you can have besides a dog and a cat. I think I saw a scale there too. That is, if you wish to weigh your dog.The associates were very kind and able to help me find what I was looking for.

Walter gave my dogs the best hair cuts ever. They were long over due and he took his time and gave them TLC. I will go to this Petco forever. Hopefully we get Walter moving forward. Thank you soooooo much!

I just really like the way the staff cuts my dog's hair. She is a maltese so I am a little picky on how I like her hair cut. It also helps that I usually can schedule a haircut within a few days of calling to book an appointment.

This location is was well stocked and while it didn't have the brand of dog food I normally buy, I was still able to find something my dog loved just as much. The staff were very friendly and the store was clean.
