Awesome place with the friendliest staff members. If you are a regular, they remember your name and your dog's name and your favorite dog food. The self wash dog tubs are a great way to wash your dogs for only $10. They provide the shampoo, conditioner, and towels. Once a month, they have a vet clinic where you only basically only pay for the shots. Come early, as the prices are so cheap, that the line goes out the door.

Went a couple days ago and brought my doberman a new leash, harness, and collar. The staff were so nice. I think her name was Maegan that helped me, she was so patient and beyond helpful to the point I wanted to tip her but they dont take tips! Anyways she recommended a great harness for dogs that pull I would say go here if you're looking for a good pet supplies store.

I love petco! The refillable cat litter and fill your own dog treats are awesome sustainable options to avoid unnecessary plastics.I take my two dogs to the low cost vet pop up clinics and they are very quick but so nice to my dogs. So easy for rabies shots or vaccines and also medicine! They even did a quick checkup on my dogs which was super nice.

For those not aware, this location focuses almost strictly on cats & dogs. Went on a weekend for the vaccination clinic. Pro is that the employees were very friendly and helpful. Biggest con is that the store is very cramped, especially when the vaccination clinic is going on. Aisles are just wide enough for one way traffic, so it felt like the dozen or so of us that were there for the clinic congested a large portion of the store whether we were standing and waiting or shopping around.

These guys and girls are AWESOME! Trevor is a remarkable dog trainer - always going above and beyond! The other co-workers ALWAYS make me feel welcomed and when the store is not busy EVERYONE has taken the time to help me with my new puppy who has been scared and nervous meeting new people. I could never think of going anywhere else to pick up my dog's food or to take puppy classes. The thing that would top them off is to have a grooming salon but the grooming salon at Concord Mills is also superb!

This store only loses one star because the store itself is really small compared to other petco stores so the selection is less and they don't have some stuff that's available at other locations. However, the staff are amazing! SO friendly and so helpful! I had an issue with my rewards account and Hunter called for me and got everything figured out and fixed. So awesome!

Went for the Self Service Dog Wash. Great! The Staff was friendly and helpful. Awesome deal...$12 includes wash station, shampoo, conditioner, brushes, dryer AND most importantly they clean up all the hair and water.

I like the store and the employees, who all remind me of strange awkward sitcom characters (in the greatest way possible). I enjoy going even though it's far away. I have less stars because they usually don't have the size bag I need in dog food, or have my catfood in stock, and it's a tiny store.

Every Petco I've been to has had great customer service, and this one was no exception. I even thought about offering one of the employees a job because she did quite well taking care of me. I will be returning regularly for my dog supplies.

Staff is very friendly. Had to come here twice a week to give our pooch medicated baths for a couple months. Their set up is really nice, including a blower for drying.

The store was super clean and well stocked. The staff was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are a little bit higher than PetSmart but it's worth taking a trip here. Would recommend to all pet parents!

This location is THE BEST!!! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They are sweet and loving to my lil fur baby and always seem genuinely happy to see him come through the door! Maegan has been so helpful with great tips and training!

Its a smaller store,but love it. Got so many friendly workers. Ever since I sign my dog for training class everytime I come through the door my dog gets greeted by her name and it feels so welcoming. I always go to petsmarts since its closer to me,butttt I'm gonna switch and come here more often from now on.

We always bring our two dogs here to take baths! They have two tubs in the back and provide anything needed to get our pups looking great! It's not expensive at all and definitely beats trying to do it in the tub at home!

Customer "service" is terrible here. Occasionally you might get a good one but overall it's rotten. On my last visit (7/17), I asked an employee (female) to help me find some "chunky" canned cat food for my kitty Sammy. I explained that he's getting picky as he gets older and doesn't like the pasty pate type food. She was helpful and picked out 13 different foods to try ($35), saying "don't worry, if he doesn't like it, you can have a refund."Today I returned to buy more food with my receipt from 7/17. I explained the situation to the cashier BRANDON, who asked me if I had the cans (?). I said "No, when my cat wouldn't eat the food, I rinsed out the cans and recycled them." He then refused to provide a refund. He went and found LUCAS who told me the same thing, I asked him "Do you have a cat?" and he said no. I said, "Well did you seriously expect me to keep 5 mostly full cans of stinky cat food laying around until I was finished trying them all and then bring them back to you? What are you going to do with them? Throw them away? At least I would recycle them." He said "Oh, they were opened?" I said "Yes, of course! How else was my cat supposed to try them and find out he didn't like them?" Duh!LUCAS still refused to refund my money. So, because my cat was out of food and I didn't have time to go to PetSmart or Pet Supplies Plus, I bought $24.46 MORE cat food from them and left. This is entirely typical of the customer "service" you'll get here. They lost a customer over $7.75. I'm taking my business to a pet food store that actually values its customers!

I love this store. I expect the Vet to take extra time with me, as a new cat owner, but the people at this store take so much time explaining what to do and really care for my cats when I bring them in to have their "mani-pedi." Because it is a smaller store, I feel that I get better service.

Nice staff, but it's the smallest Petco I've ever seen. Self serve Dog wash area, but no grooming service. Smaller selection than most chain pet stores.

My little dogs have allergies and the staff is always willing to assist w/ the ingredient checks, watching out for allergens. Also the new expansion to include washing stations is a bonus w/ my larger dog, no more crouching over the tub at home for baths.

I've been able to get pretty much everything I've needed here. The staff is ALWAYS very friendly and knowledgeable. It's nice to have a real animal lover in a place like this.

Guy with the nose piercing gave me a seresto collar. I have a pit that's 4mnths and I saw it was for small breed dogs. I told him that might be too small. He insisted it would fit. I get home, opened the container and saw how small it was and knew I was correct. Went back to return it and the "Dog Trainer", with an attitude, said of course it wouldn't fit, your dog is way too big. My point exactly.

Great place to go for quick trips. This isn't a full sized Petco. They only cater to cats and dogs. Product selection is great and the staff is always friendly.

Friendly workers but beware this store is extremely small and has a very limited selection. If you need anything that isn't a simple cat or dog product you have to go to the Concord Mills store.

Tried to exchange a water bottle that i had for 3 months that constantly leaks and would not swap out, would only give $2 credit toward a new one. Poor customer service.
