Had a great experience at Petco today! Went in to get some information about setting up a small aquarium for a beta for my office. The two women who helped me had great information and advice, suggested a few options and were so helpful that I decided to buy today instead of waiting until next week as originally planned. Thanks so much for taking care of me! I'll definitely be back!

Staff is extraordinarily friendly... we stopped in to get our dog a quick snack while out running around town and went to the baked dog snacks and got just a few.. we took these to register and the cashier basically gave them to me free saying that there wouldn't need to be a charge for such a small fee. We ended up going and filling the bag half way so they would accept payment. You just don't see that kind of customer appreciation these days. Certainly won't see it on amazon...

Came in with my pup on Saturday for a training class. Caleigh was the trainer. Not only did she do a great job in managing the training class and giving me the tools to understand how to apply her techniques myself but she went out of her way at the end to help me with an account issue. Caleigh is one of the most professional and knowledgeable people I have ever encountered. Glad she is the one managing my pup's training class.

"L" at Petco was absolutely unbelievable on customer service. Catering to my panic prescription dog food needs and putting me totally at ease knowing that we were taken car of - I will never go anywhere else! Chewy's and Pt Smart are miserable comparisons to PetCo! You Go LLLLLL

The animals they have at this store are kept in the worst conditions i’ve ever seen. The bearded dragons are on calcium sand which can be extremely dangerous for the health of the lizards. A healthier option would be tile, reptile carpet or even paper towels. Also they should be kept in bigger tanks even if they are just “temporary” tanks. Workers should also give proper care guides to beginners or people that buy any animal from them. The hamsters that were kept there were in tiny cages and barely any bedding which they need to burrow in. If you cannot have at least the BARE MINIMUM setups for the animals in store you should not have the animal in the store.

Petco was nice. Be careful where you take your pet like owner Charles vachris of grateful pets has public record 33 felony arrests for cocaine trafficking and other hideous stuff. Petco was nice and clean

The ease of ordering and paying online was awesome, and then just walking in, showing my ID and walking out took about 3 minutes tops. Can't beat that!
