Our dogs love the treats! What more could you ask for? Our husky loves the dried salmon skin in particular which drives me a little crazy since he takes it apart slowly and likes to get the scales all over lol I find myself seeing scales days later.This place is awesome and such a great place to get awesome treats for your pets!

I live in Southend and have started taking my dog for his evening walk to this new location to get him the best treats. The staff is so friendly and there's always a full water bowl for my thirsty pup. We love this place!!!

I applied on 12/12/22 had an interview with a manager named Rachel on 12/13/22 and was told the OWNER was going to get back to me that following week (12/18 - 12/24) and that they should have started me after the holidays (Christmas) and I was supposed to start New Year’s Day according to the manager that interviewed me. Well 2 weeks after I haven’t heard anything and I decided to message the owner through Indeed jobs 12/28/22 and still haven’t herd anything back from the owner. Since I waited so long for a response from the owner I missed the opportunity to pay some of my bills because my two weeks ended (from my previous job) the week I had the interview of 12/13/22… so I’ll be looking somewhere else for a better job… can’t staff your business is you deliver empty promises…

Y’all. This store is fabulous. I went to there with my dog. The woman working the store asked how my dog likes to play (he likes to swing toys around his head like the murderous little maniac that he is). She went around the corner and goes “oh he’ll like this one.” It was a 2 foot stuffed eggplant. It was $18 so figured, why not, let’s try it. Y’all. He will not put this thing down. I feel like I’ve been buying the wrong toys for years now. Love this place. Highly recommend.

Amazing assortment of treats, foods, toys and everything else your dog or cat might need. Our dogs love to go and check out all the interesting treats and get an assortment. Staff is all super nice and friendly. Awesome place.

I came in here today to support local rather than go to a Petsmart to get a cat harness to leash train. First of all I was not greeted when I walked into the store. Second, I asked about one of their products, but they were not very knowledgeable on what they sell unfortunately. Thirdly, I asked to speak to a manager and the employee told me that she is busy at the moment. Never followed up with me about if she was going to come out a few minutes later. I was really hoping to support a local store in Charlotte, but was let down. I will not be back.

Pet Wants was a true game changer for our dog. When we switched off store brand food to their salmon and brown rice food, we saw a huge change in our dog's energy level, the shine of his coat, his gut health, and his happiness! Getting our food delivered to our door each month, along with their awesome beef jerky, is a great time-saver and one more thing we don't have to think about. Carmen is always accommodating when I need to shift a delivery date, and the team at the store has great recommendations for treats and supplements. I would highly recommend the products from Pet Wants to anyone with dogs or cats. 5 stars all around!

Our favorite store for pet supplies. We’ve been buying food for our two miniature schnauzers here since they opened. Betty and Chloe are picky, but they love the taste and always get excited at dinner time. Last week, we accidentally purchased cat food instead of dog food. I reached out to Pet Wants to make sure it would be okay for my dogs to eat, and - that same day - they delivered some dog food to replace what we purchased. Amazing! We were already loyal customers but this just sealed the deal.

Our pups have been on your food since Sunday and I can say that in this short time they have more energy and their skin is clearing up (not scratching so much!)Glad we stopped by to pick up some yummy food for the pups!They also are eating less as the kibbles are full of good healthy food vs fillers and byproducts!

I could not be happier with this store. My dog who is a picky eater devours this food instantly. I recently tried delivery of food from them and it arrived a day after I ordered, left outside my door with treats on the bag. My dog was so excited to recieve the delivery, this morning. This will now be the only place I shop for my dog. Five paws up!

I went in a few days before Christmas to find my 2 dogs some natural chews. I was super impressed with the associate who was working. I had multiple questions (as I had not been in before) and she was able to tell me about each type of chew and what would be best for my senior dog and which would be good for my young dog. Great place to shop for dogs & cats and their owners too. I love all the natural and local options they have in the store and the fact that they deliver food to your door. They are very friendly and knowledgable as well. They have the most unique and fresh treats and bakery items too. I visit every time I am in town.

Only thing I could say treats can be expensive depending on the one you are getting. It could be nicer if it would be more affordable so I could purchase more often. Other than that nice place.

Although this place does definitely have a limited selection for cats, the things that they do carry seem to be relatively high quality, especially if you have a dog. Unfortunately I don't, but that doesn't mean they deserve any less stars as a result.I asked the person behind the register If they carried cat litter boxes, and was a little surprised to find that they don't. However, she mentioned that she will bring this up with the person responsible for inventory.

My dog was experiencing considerable hair loss and a lot of skin allergies on her old food. I felt so bad for her, so I switched her food to their whitefish and duck blend. After only 3 months her hair is growing in, she’s not itching anymore and she’s digesting her food so much better! I am so happy!

Super selection of dog treats, extra nice sales girl. They have a play area in front with a cooling pool that my dogs wanted no part of, however they were welcomed in the store and checked out everything. Super nice place, glad we went.
