I love this place. They always have a great friendly staff and the best sales. My dogs love the little cookie display/ bakery looking shelf in front. They have the cutest dog treats. Also a great selection for pet food. I will definitely keep coming here.I am sadden about another review I read on here .. For people reading the reviews like myself please do not be discouraged from this business. Especially, because of another's self entitlement. Yes, the parking lot is busy and yes the staff may have off days, but doesn't everyone?This shop has quality items and quality people its worth checking out. I favor the local shop.

We'd just finished a late breakfast next door at Original Pancake House and popped in here to look for some very specific treats that our dogs like. We won't feed them rawhides so it was great to see all sorts of other options and alternatives.There's a Himalayan Yak Cheese chew (yes, that's right) and it takes them each at least a half hour to go through it. Well, we didn't find those but we found other great stuff. Lots of toys, treats, foods. All very well stocked.Prices are okay. Not cheap but not outrageous.

Poor customer service. No greeting when I walked in although I turned around toward the registers to see I had been being stared at the whole time as I arrived with my puppy. I had to initiate a simple "hello" bc I had a question I needed to ask. Should have left after that but I made my purchase anyway. Had to ask for a bag and there was no "have a nice day". Walked past another staff on the way out who was busy carving the counter with an exact-o knife. He looked up and went right back to carving. The store was completely empty despite the plaza parking lot being full to the brim with cars. Nothing about this place inspires patronage.

I always try to support local businesses, and typically show here or another local pet store for any of my cat's supplies. This was the first time I had any trouble in the store, but due to the treatment and being dismissed by the 'manager', I don't think I will be returning.I went into the store on Saturday morning - grabbed some supplies, checked out and went home. I literally live in South Park, so about 10 minutes after leaving the store, I realized the $33 bag of cat food (that would be around $25 at petsmart/petco) had a whole in it and was clearly no longer good. I immediately went back to the store to exchange the bag. So in total, maybe 30 minutes in-between trips.I immediately went to the register with the bag and politely explained I hadn't noticed until I was home and was hoping to just simply exchange the bag (not looking for refund, etc.)I was asked for a receipt, which I unfortunately did not have. I told the girl helping me that I was literally just in the store and described who had checked me out. I also told her I had the same card I used if she needed to check the system (even though the cat food had a price sticker on it unique to their store). She told me nothing could be done and then double checked with the manager who said he also could not help me nor could he look up the purchase in the system. He did not even get off of the floor to address this, so I left a bit frustrated having spent $33 on spoiled food and now having to go and purchase another bag.My boyfriend was not willing to take that for an answer and went back to the store. He asked to speak to the manager, who then all of a sudden could pull up the receipt in the system. Here's the thing - I know I was at fault for not having a receipt, but this manager did not even try to help find a solution - he was plenty satisfied with me leaving frustrated and not willing to purchase cat food from their store anymore. Decent customer service is not that hard. Disappointed and bummed that I now have to travel further to purchase cat food.

Sharon Corners location is like a neighborhood store. Everyone is always friendly, helpful and familiar with you and your dogs. Sunday morning, my dogs start pacing and staring at me in anticipation of our Sunday morning walk to the store for their special treat and attention from staff. All location's are very nice to deal with. We source our dog food, chameleon and turtle food from any of there location's.Also don't forget, in the back of each store you will find all the live pet's they have to offer for sell. Each have a name, small history and list of dietary need's.I left my review for this particular store, although all locations deserve the same review. This is where one of our very special pet's came from.My wife and I had the pleasure to meet our Chameleon LULU who lived to be close to 3 years old. She was sold healthy, well taken care of and the store's always gave us the support needed for anything. She brought us an immense amount of joy and love, I highly recommend giving any of there pet's a opportunity at a great life.Support this business !Thank You Pet Supplies Plus

My newborn son and I visited the store yesterday (11/12/22) and was greeted by two lovely employees who noticed I was carrying a car seat while looking for a large bag of dog food. They immediately came to help not just carry the bag but to make sure I choose the correct bag without any chicken. (Our dog is allergic to chicken.) He combed through bags of ingredients with me and carried the two bags to the register and the car. Both gentlemen were extremely helpful and friendly. The store is always clean and we love it! I like supporting local so I can where I will. However, I have to say this: yalls website is absolute garbage. I’ve used it on two different computers, an iPad, and my phone, ALL on separate occasions over the past few months (in 2 separate states). Between waiting for everything to load and finally ordering my stuff it takes no less than 15 minutes (I’m in my 30s, I’m not technologically illiterate but I know some people using the website are). Please get an app or a new web developer who is not the cheapest option as the current website demonstrates.

Great for dog owners but an abysmal selection of cat food. I had to go to another store.I love to support local and it's a shame that I had to go to PetSmart because this store doesn't like cats.Edit: the reply I received on here is very polite but also totally hollow. The store has like 8 lanes of dog supplies and exactly 1 lane of cat supplies. This is a dog store. That's fine, but just admit it so that people with cats don't waste time visiting your store. Don't encourage me to waste time calling you about cat products that we both know you don't stock.

Such variety of options for reasonable prices, as well as several clearance items as well. I love the self-service dog wash, it saves me the hassle of spending at the groomer, or washing my dog in my bath tub. I spent about $50 and got in total 8 items, which is pretty good! Lastly, the customer service was great. The young gentleman helped me, and was also very personable, which I loved! Lots of great energy in there.

Placed an online order for pick-up at the local store. When I picked it up and got home, the price the store charged me was different than my order confirmation. Two items were out of stock as well though that's more understandable. Contacted customer service online and after almost a week all they said is go to the store and return it. Not happy but not worth my time to keep fighting them.

The two girls that helped me today (3-2-21) were so wonderful. I should have gotten their names but they were so nice over the phone and so helpful on informing me of their self-serve dog washing stations. I only have my family’s dog for a couple weeks but if I had him longer I would definitely bring him back to this store!

The employees here are fantastic. This store has anything from holistic food to normal pet food all at prices that beat Amazon. You can trust this great staff. Christina has been absolutely wonderful in helping us with our new puppy. I highly recommend this over a commercial pet chain store.

Walked into pet supplies thinking I’d get a warm greeting. But we didn’t, we greeted the associates ourselves. We didn’t receive any help and the associate walked right passed us not even checking in on us. First & last time coming here. Never again it was 8:15pm when we arrived it was nowhere near closing. Very discussed I didn’t even buy anything for my puppy.

Ever since I moved away from the concord location I had been struggling to find another. I was so happy to see that this location offered the dog wash station AND carries The Hills Science Diet! I never saw this brand at the concord location so it makes my life easier by avoiding another trip to petco or petsmart.They have this machine that mixes shampoo with the water and it comes straight out of the hose!! Doesn’t seem like much but saves a lot of time and sweat if you have a large dog like me.Customer service was great as usual. I love that they make me and my dog feel so welcomed ♥️

The staff and service is beyond excellent! Curbside service during corona as well as limited delivery to special needs such as seniors. Justin the manager is extremely knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help customers.
