My experience at this location was above average, but the aquarium section was a bit below par. It was like a Finding Nemo outtake, with dead fish floating about and dirty tanks. Other than that, the store was clean and the staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend this location, but maybe skip the aquarium section.

The grooming service is terrible. Danielle cut our dog in the process of shaving him. She cut both his ears and his private. She did not say anything about cutting him. Then when we called and s/w Julie about the situation she had nothing but attitude and pretended that she called the supervisor. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I wish I could give a zero!

I typically do not do this, but this time I am. Stopped in Friday 3/1/24 around 5:20pm to purchase a few Neon Fish, which happened to be on sell. Unfortunately after lingering around the aquarium’s for a few minutes with two Store employees less than fifteen feet away from me they never asked if I could be helped or even paid me any attention at all. Time to address some good customer service training at this location.

They don’t accept their own coupons. They mail coupons and won’t accept a picture of the coupon that clearly says it is acceptable there and does not indicate it need to be physically shown. The coupon had a clear bar code that could be easily scanned from a phone. Will Order chewy for convenience next time.

always have a positive experience with this location! I've been a couple times and the workers are always very helpful asking if we need help finding something. I have a broken foot and am in a boot and they even asked if I needed help getting the dog food to the car!They seem to be well stocked, they've always had everything we are looking for. They have supplies for cats, dogs, fish etc. it seems to be a clean location and it's very conveniently located. Will be back!

Associates checked on us multiple times and the store was pretty clean. The animal habitats definitely seemed to be a last minute add-on and not a priority. Also selling a conure for $650 that looked ill or depressed. Would probably be a lot better if they didn't sell animals

We’ve been coming here for our dog food but came today for our first grooming Appt! It was so great. The staff was so, so, so nice and our dogs looked amazing! We will absolutely be back. Thank you!!!

The Pineville store is excellent. I have never had a problem with my online orders. My orders are always ready for curbside pickup in a timely manner and my dogs love to visit the store to get some treats! Kudos to the new Manager Martin. He is doing an excellent job and I believe the store is better organized than with the previous Management.

Terrible place to work. Management will promise you more for YEARS then fire you when they can't squeeze more out of you for $10 an hour. Just look at the reviews on Indeed. Pet care is almost nonexistent. There's a reason only teenagers work here now - anyone who knows better has left. Martin and Katie should be ashamed of the operation they're running and that they've fired hard working employees who have worked for this company longer than they have. They will fire you and hire someone new for less. Anything to make an extra buck!EDIT: The "issues previously discussed" were being late due to emergencies (deaths in the family - two back to back in a month), car trouble, and demanding better pet care (because management ALSO just fired the ONE PERSON who was over pet care and doing the majority of the work). I was not given an adequate warning, just let go on the spot after arriving late (because my vehicle literally would not turn on). Management were aware of these personal issues and expressed that they would work with me - then I was told to leave.This is the treatment I got after years of covering for other employees, not taking any pay raises, and being promised a salon position AT HIRE that never happened because they wouldn't hire an adequate replacement for my prior position. You do NOT care about employees. Go to hell.

I truly live pet supplies plus. Why is this only my second visit. I should have been shopping here years ago. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great location, awesome sales, along with good fair pricing and the best dog food. I couldn't ask for more.

My old man (Shepard mix) is 14 years old and HATES having his nails trimmed! I've been bringing him to Gracie for the last 6 months, and now he races to the grooming area instead of bearing off left and right! LolHe has black nails, so a challenge to start, but Gracie takes her time, creates just the right environment for him, and does an amazing job!! Especially if you have an anxious or older dog, I highly recommend Gracie!The whole staff at the Carmel Commons location is extraordinary. It's always a pleasure to shop there.

Great location; it's convenient for me. The store and the staff are wonderful. I'm not sure if Stephen is still the store manager there, but he is awesome and seems to have a knack for hiring great sales associates. Never have I had an unpleasant experience shopping at this location since it opened. I can navigate the store just fine on my own and find what I am looking for if it is in stock (product shortages should not affect or be a reflection of the store and or staff). The store is always well organized and clean. I will continue to shop here for as long as I have a fur baby.

Prices have gone up so much lately and service has only gotten worse. There only ever seems to be one cashier up front but employees standing around even if it's busy? Also the animals seem kind of poorly cared for lately. Alge on all the fish tanks and not many fish available. Birds that look sick. My money doesn't seem to be going toward anything useful so I won't be shopping here anymore

8/3/2023 little Maltipoo name bear after waiting 5 hours for grooming went to the store to ask if he was ready the black girl told me i guess she was the manager there in annoying voice that bear was nervous and he want to pee multiple times and his too old for them to grooming so this is the last time you bring him there bear is old yes but healthy he was just scare after 5 hours of waiting on the way out the guy at the register yell at me you want to leave a tip i even give them 5.00 tip which I regret later never again going back. treating me like a dog I think most of the 5 stars that this place as are fakes. do not respond to me I don't want anything from your store apologies or money back you go to hell owner

I am so impressed with this store! I had been looking for weeks after getting my kitten for the best foods for him and just couldn’t find them at great prices until I found pet supplies plus! The prices are outstanding for the foods I know are high quality. I love the rewards program, too which gives me even more savings! I had them deliver my order to my home same day and it came so quickly and everything was there. I will continue to shop here for my cat’s needs and I hope anyone reading this review will too.

Manager called us after online order - turns out they had ran out. They were very kind and let us know that they were out of stock. Some stores don’t even bother giving you notice if something runs out of stock. Very thoughtful of the employee to let us know this before spending time going to the store. Keep up the great work

Quite possibly one of the worst website experiences out there. Geocities seems sophisticated and useable compared to their site. The people in the store are friendly enough, although I seem to never get my rewards for my purchases. If it wasn't for the local stores, they would cease to exist.

Pet Supplies Plus is not only next door to my house it is a wonderful place to shop. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. I love how you can order online and pickup curbside same day, even if it's later in the day. I recommend them to anyone with a furry friend.

The reason I give a five star rating now is after I had experienced some of the bad customer service for the first time at the store, they have 💯 completely turned it around with their good attitudes and the customer service is now great and they are nice and polite and very helpful now. What’s so nice about this is they changed in a positive manner and it’s in the past now and rise above and my dogs love it there. I spend a lot of money in the store every single month for almost 2 years and they offer to take out my stuff or help me bring the dogs to the car because they’re big dogs and they give them a little free treat or something to chew on and that all means a lot to me because my dogs are my family. Everyone in the store has been very helpful. I enjoy coming to the store now with my dogs and also the groomers are just amazing. The young lady that bathed both of my dogs with nail clip and wash and go, which she didn’t have to, but she did and my dogs love her and she takes great care of them and she’s polite and smiles. Basically whoever was working yesterday needs to get kiddos and I apologize I do not know their names. I will continue being a Pet Supplies plus customer.

Always helpful, courteous, friendly. Plus they have a drive up service. You order online, call them when you arrive and they bring it to you. Even load it into your car! They even have a delivery option. Self service dog washing station and pet grooming service. Prices are comparable to other specialty pet stores. Though not essential, it is a nice touch to get a handwritten Thank You note EVERY time you order!What’s not to love?

I have been coming to pet supplies for over 5yrs for there grooming service. The customer service has gone completely down. I called about a 1 month ago to schedule an appoint and got rescheduled 3 times due to 2 different groomers being sick I wasn't even given the option to get squeezed in for the inconvenience . When I expressed my frustration Justin Young who claims hes a manger and who has the worst customer service skills in dealing with customers I have ever seen said he and I quote I cant have you being frustrated with my grommers as if I didn't have a right he also said no body has appointments for weeks and we are trying to reschedule you again for the 4th time. Shout out to @FURRY LAND who had plenty of appointments and did a fabulous job. Ebony also the last time my dog cam SHAVED his tail when I asked for it to be trimmed. WHO SHAVES golden retriever tales... Save your time, money, and frustration and go to FURRY LAND they charge the same price and they have appointments.

This place is great. They’re so considerate and really make me feel like they care.Anytime anything is wrong they make it right, always.I got a spray that I was severely allergic to and they refunded me and were just so nice about it.David has answered multiple questions for me (I spend too much time in this store) he is really great and professional. They’re knowledgeable, their fish tanks are always clean, none of the fish have any visible pests or infections.It’s rare that a business cares so deeply for their customers anymore but this place definitely cares.
