AMAZING!! I took my 5 year old Maltese mix for a groom here and I will admit I was a bit nervous at first since previous grooms at other grooming spots have left my pup with little to no hair at all ! Ashley was super sweet and patient with him and made sure my pup was comfortable before doing anything! I showed her some pictures of how long I’d like to keep his hair, after a bath she texted me to let me know that she is able to leave his hair to the length I desired for him! I was super happy hearing this and was very appreciative that she kept me updated! When I went to pick him up I couldn’t believe my eyes! My pup looked even better than I imagined him! Definitely love this look for him and I will continue to book with Ashley! She is amazing! This will be our new favorite grooming spot! Cocoa went home smiling! 😊 HIGHLY recommend!! Love everyone here super kind and welcoming! 10/10!!

I recently visited Pet Supply Plus to use their self-wash service for my rough collie. While the facilities were convenient, I encountered an issue with their staff's lack of customer service.I have a rough collie which is a long hair breed, which obviously takes a little more time to bathe and dry because of the amount of hair, they are double coated, so it's kind of like bathing a husky, about the same amount of time.I had finished washing and rinsing my dog and I was in the middle of drying, probably needed about 4 more minutes, her when a staff member taps me on the shoulder and says "ma'am I need that tub". I turned to her slightly confused and she repeats "ma'am I need that tub", so I asked her "where should I dry my dog, on the floor in the middle of the bath space? because she still wet and is super cold outside and I don't want to walk outside with her being all wet". The lady says "well the gentleman is waiting and I saw on the cameras that you've taken about 30 minutes so we need that tub." I asked her could get 2 minutes to finish drying my dog off, the lady looks at me and says "well I don't know you have to ask him" and points to the other client. I turned to the client and asked if he would mind if I take 2 more minutes and he replied "sure take your time". I finished drying my dog and as I got out of the bathing area I apologized for the wait to this other customer and he replied, "by the way I didn't say anything, I didn't tell them to tell you anything, that was just them". Considering that I am a paying customer and you would think that the store would want me to return so they can continue getting my business, the appropriate way for this staff to address me could have been to say "hey ma'am we normally have a 30-minute time limit per client in the bathtubs, I see that you're drying your dog, would you be much longer since we have another client waiting?" In that sense I would have answered " I'm so sorry, I didn't even realize it, 'll take just take 2 more minutes and I'll be out," and she could have just informed the other clients that it would be 2 more minutes. It's not the end of the world and we don't have to be legalistic but at the same time you can't expect for a customer who is paying to use a service to walk out with a dog that's still wet when it's 28° outside

The first cashier was nice and really helpful. However, the second cashier came up to help and was rude when I asked about the price because I knew it wasn't right. There was an extra toy on my bill that wasn't supposed to be there. Then my daughter was checking out, and she refused to sell her the toy at a sale price even though it was on the sale end cap with multiple other of the same toy. Then the customers who shop there are very rude. They like to make snide comments so you can hear them and then deny that they said anything.

Grooming services have been really awful lately - ever since Cassidy left. On my last visit my pup was returned wet and still had soap around his face. Cassidy was amazing and was really patient with my rescue who has some anxiety issues. The new groomers don’t even try it seems.Customer service throughout the store is usually decent.

Placed an online order within the hour of the store closing, and it was ready for pickup. Staff was so happy and friendly. It has been a while since I've seen staff working at a chain pet good store that was generally that happy to be at work. Their demeanor, engagement as well as an easy parking in size of the store are likely to make this my go-to store since I've just moved to the area. Well done!!!

This shop always has more selections versus other shops. My pup loves duck heads to nibble at and Pet Supplies Plus on 7th has them. Cindy was great and had a positive attitude.

Great self wash station! We’ve been using it for a while and they always have the supplies you need! The last time we where there it was busy so it was great to see that staff clean the stations between clients!!

Kirsten the manger is so rude. I’ve heard multiple nursing friends go here to get stuff for their dogs and she was very abrasive and disrespectful! She should learn how to talk to people and act with common decency especially with running a store! Will never EVER be going to this location again as long as she is working. Banks will no longer step a claw or paw in this location ever again!

I've been taking my son here since I got him. I love it and he loves it. Great atmosphere and customer service is 5 stars alone. A huge variety of pets, food, snacks, and even some clothes for your little or big loved ones. Highly recommend and they always have him fresh and clean after grooming. They also have a self wash station so that's a plus also. Go check them out, you won't be disappointed.

This is the best pet store in town! Everyone working there is incredibly helpful and the store has a lot of really great sales. They carry some of the best brands of dog food and have a large selection to choose from.

It’s usually a poor experience here compared to petsmart. I’m never greeted when I enter. Today was no different. I wondered around looking for 2 items for 15 mins. No one asked if I needed help but they did offer to take my basket if I wasn’t going to use it, still not offering to help with my shopping experience. At the register Ashley asked “sir are you ready “ I advised I am ready but I’m not a sir; she said nothing until she read off my total wrong. She gave me my receipt and that was it. I encountered 4 employees and none were pleasant. Is it the work environment? lack of customer service training or just a disregard for it? Either way this is my last time visiting this location when there are so many options only minutes away with better deals.

I have never been here and my dog had a grooming appt and my groomer was a no show. I waited around for awhile and asked for an update after 20 mins and the lady working then had the audacity to have an attitude with me and asked to reschedule. I will NEVER be coming back here!

Have been bringing my dog for a couple months to use the self serve wash station. They have a discount card with 5 washes for $25. There are only 2 of them so be prepared for a wait list if you are going on a weekend. They give you 30 min to finish. Haven't used any others in the area so no comparisons.Towels are given at sign in. Hypoallergenic, Oatmeal shampoos and a shampoo conditioner with water mix is available on the knob for washing along with plain water for rinses. Just need to make sure you have the right choice selected as the water comes out soon as you turn it. As they are already mxed with water they dont really suds up but it's great for quick washing.They also have bottles with the same shampoos undiluted. Also ear cleaner, cotton buds, and freshener spray which I haven't used. I usually wash my dog with gloves which aren't offered so bring your own if needed. I also bring my own shampoo and conditioner, but have used the store's offerings when I've run out.Dryer hose is also equipped in the setup. Great experience so far, tho I recommend coming in the middle of the week to skip the wait :)

I was very disappointed with Manager on the morning of Saturday, November 4th. I am a 52 year women with a damn good job and for her to act like I needed her to ask me do I need something with an attitude like I wasn't supposed to be in the store or like it was her business, made me feel very disrespected. that's one of the things that gets to me when it comes to my black sister's there attitude is the worst towards their own people. I know she wouldn't address a White women the way she did me. However everyone else was so sweet the groomer this morning was so nice to my French Bulldog and the young lady at the cash register this morning was so sweet, not sure if I'll visit this location again because of the manager can't wait to Monday morning so I can let my co-worker who recommended this location to me know how I was treated by the manager.

THE BEST pet store in town! Great staff, great sales. I use the self serve dog wash all the time and the groomers do a good job trimming my squirmy dog's hard-to-see black nails.

I love shopping at this store; I’ve been a loyal customer since April 2022 when I rescued my first furry girl. However, lately the store in Belmont on Park Rd seems deserted! Out ofStock of practically everything I needed including the Stella & Chewy food I buy for my three girls ( I’ve adopted a total of three rescue pets). The last time I went shopping I drove to the store in Charlotte in Elizabeth. To my surprise and bewilderment this store is fully stocked as the one in Belmont once was!!!

🚨🚨🚨Warning Dog Owners: DO NOT take your dog to Pets Supplies Plus located at 2001 E 7th St Charlotte NC for grooming!!! The groomer ANGEL has my dog looking like he has a disease!! They said Bryson had matting and needed to be cut down...NOT SKINNED DOWN!! 😠 Store Manager TAMMY was very rude and said she doesn't care bc her groomers are very experienced and never have complaints!!! 🤔🤔 And charged me $80 for my dog looking like a LLAMA/RAT!! I literally can't STAND the sight of my once beautiful dog!! 😡😡 🚨🚨🚨

Love the full grooming services for pets! Groomers- Tami & Angie are friendly and professional! Tami is very knowledgeable on how to cut and style our Keeshond- Oliver. We are so happy with them, we always set up monthly appointment for a full year. This is our 3rd year with them.
