We adopted Poe from the animal control shelter and fell in love instantly despite how difficult it was with his behavior. The staff at pet paradise charlotte were so understanding and helpful in making sure Poe had a group to play with when he is boarded. We ended up leaving him for the 28 board and train and are SO happy we did!! We brought him home yesterday and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. We know that we have a lot of practice to do with him so that his behavior transfers into our home but he is settling is so well that we aren’t worried at all. Jenny and Krista were absolutely phenomenal and we would 10/10 recommend anyone to bring their pet here for training. They made sure he was incredibly loved and that his brain was stimulated his whole stay.

Everyone here is always so friendly from the moment I’ve walked in. They’re definitely pet people because they always greet my dog as well. He has anxiety and they are super accommodating to have the groomer come out and say hello and pet him before taking him back. And his haircuts are always on point! I would definitely recommend Pet Paradise for grooming. We haven’t used the boarding facilities.

This doggie vacation spot is one of the best I have ever experienced. They care for my fur baby SunnyLawrence with such care and kindness. They update me every time she is not behaving in the manner that they are accustomed to and they are so concerned about her wellbeing. I highly recommend them.

They were INCREDIBLE. Highly recommend pet paradise ❤️We were in town for a convention we were working. This is the first time we've brought our pups along as we could not secure a local dog sitter.We were so anxious and concerned about our pups being somewhere we had not been to before.Pet paradise was INCREDIBLE from check-in to check out.The lady in the morning took a few extra moments to listen to how anxious we were, especially with one of our dogs being a senior. I don't even think she realized how much those extra few minutes she talked with us meant to us.The report cards and pictures during their day care put us massively at ease. We were concerned our pups may not play great with others as they've not really socialized with other dogs before. Pet paradise assured us they would introduce them slowly and with a plan to make sure everyone was safe and taken care of.When I picked them up and they were so excited and seemed like they didn't want to leave their new friends. They were also WORN OUT and slept the whole way home and the whole night.Both gentlemen at checkout were exceptionally kind and made me feel like my pups were in good hands with the staff.Thank you to the entire staff on 2/25/24.I appreciate you all endlessly, and we will be using pet paradise at this location and others in the future because of how well we were treated.

I normally use rover because I like having my dog watched in a home and getting updates. Rover let me down though so I went with Pet Paradise and I an genuinely so happy with my choice. I paid the incredibly great value of $5 a day for a report card and the pictures I got were amazing. The people at Pet Paradise were all so nice and made me feel comfortable dropping my dog off. When I picked him up he was all happy and jumping everywhere on me and also on the worker who brought him out. He only ever jumps on people he really likes (me, my mom and sister are it). So him doing that made me know everything I needed to about the place, he bonded with the workers which means they took great care of him. I plan to use Pet Paradise for the foreseeable future and recommend it! Worth every penny.

Edit 2: Pet Paradise manager contacted me and helped us out with our dog's condition. We do appreciate that they care enough to contacted us and helped us to take care of our dog's sickness.I wish I read the last review before me before I sent my baby there. He stayed there from Monday to Sunday. When I picked him up this morning (10:30am), I was told that he started to cough since this morning therefore they haven't had time to let me know. I paid $324 for the boarding and got my dog sick. I asked if he had already played outside today, they said they don't know. My heart aches every time he coughs. He was never sick like this before.Edit 1: I just brought him to see the vet, he said that my dog also got his eyes infected. It's no wonder his eyes are so pink and watery. He kept wiping them with his paws. (Especially the right eye)

By far the best grooming experience I have had in Charlotte. They do a great job and my baby ALWAYS looks great. They listen to the customers needs and they are very reasonably priced especially compared to Petsmart. I will never take my pet any where else. I was recently just hired at this establishment, it is a beautiful pet resort that offers: boarding kenneling, grooming, veterinarian services (when a vet is on staff), dog training, and they even have fun dog ice cream treats that you can get for your beloved pet... Only $3!!!!! Everyone is so nice and very caring I would recommend this facility to all of my pet owner friends!

Came in this morning to drop my pup off for boarding. I have been here before and had no issues. BUT this morning they didnt take him because one of his vaccines was due. I had a flight slightly after and no vets were open at 6:30 am. Their onsite vet quit months ago and still has yet to be replaced. My issue is not that my dog wasnt up to date, that on me. My issue is that this appointment was booked for WEEKS and I never received a single phone call from them. They said “we emailed you this morning” as if that would help. Not to mention the email stated his vaccinations are due “soon” - didnt say anything except that. Just go somewhere else!!!!

You want to know what kind of boarding to expect here? The best. These people care so much for each and every dog that is dropped off. They take great notes and listen and follow up on any special care your pup may need during their stay. The services they offer are fairly priced and always delivered as or above what they advertise. I strongly recommend this place for stays of any length!

They welcome you to call and check up on your pup, and always willing to give you a full report on how they did. I feel comfortable leaving my pups here for an extended stay!

Our dog loves this place, the staff is friendly and attentive. They watch our animal very closely and give status updates as needed. It is very close to the airport which makes drop off or pick up on your way to the airport super easy.

It was our first time taking our one year old female lab, Ruby Jean, for a weekend getaway. They sent us pictures of Ruby via email while she stayed here, and we went for a short birthday vacation getaway to the beach. The pictures that they sent of Ruby had us concerned because she was druling at the mouth in all of the pictures. We kept in mind that she was probably nervous because it was her first time staying and also around other dogs, so we went to their online live view and saw that Ruby was playing in the pool and running with a few other dogs around the staff. As we looked at the live view of her, it eased our minds somewhat, but still concerned about Ruby because of the pictures that were sent to us. So the only issues we have are when they take pictures and send them, they need to look at the pictures beforehand. Any animal lovers would be nervous if they had gotten pictures like the ones we received. We also had taken her lunch bag and toys that she played with and didn't get her lunch bag/cooler back when we picked her up. So the things that I suggest for Pet Paradise is that when someone drops there pets off, make sure you take an inventory of items dropped off by owners and make sure they get them back when picking up there babies. Also, when sending pictures, please make sure it's pictures of their pets having fun and not looking so sad.PS. I had my dog on there wellness plan for two years. They was always unorganized, example dropped my dog off 8 am get off work 3:30 pm they said she would be ready before I got off and wasnt even seen yet when I got off. My dog halo had skin allergies and they only would provide apoquel, but never ran blood test or kept check on her since apoquel suggests the vet to keep eye on dog and changes, but they never did. One day I set her a appointment because she had a new growth and I was scared it was a tumor but they told me it wasn't it was just a tag. Asked them to do blood work and they came back and said halo was overweight a bit, but that's the side effects of apoquel, so I said apoquel is dangerous and I didn't want her on it anymore but they suggested it was harmless. Fast forward end of 2023 I went with Banfield she was having an allergy attack again but this vet didn't prescribe apoquel instead he gave her 6 months of flea control and she cleared up. She flea dermatitis! Unfortunately Halo had other growths which was tumors which grew to cancer and she transitioned shortly afterwards. This place didn't do what was needed to prevent these type of things from happening. i was told this place was closed prior to me going to Banfield, unprofessional, because you guys are still open. Idk about the boarding part but I would not recommend them for any wellness program or insight about your dogs condition. i was told from an employee there they wouldn't take there own dog to the place they work to be seen. Fyi when I dropped my dog off in the am on they boarding side it was wild, my dog almost got into fights because of the way they check in the dogs, it's all about the money with this place.

Everyone at Charlotte Airport Pet Paradise are friendly, helpful & accommodating.There have been a few last minute family emergencies where I've had short notice in booking Mauser my Schnauzer & Cheeseburger... needing to drop them off a bit earlier in order to catch a crack of dawn flight and the staff have always been willing to work things out. What a blessing when I'm already stressed out due to family health issues!Plus Pet Paradise is also so convenient to the airport. I recommend them to all my friends.***These photos somehow got attached to this review from 1 year ago... but the pics are from my Pooches most recent stay Sept. 13th-17th 2020. Mauser and Cheeseburger always look forward to staying at Pet Paradise Charlotte because ... as you can tell from these photos... they have fun, fun, jumping good fun***

We enjoyed checking in on him via your web cams and we greatly appreciated your staffs ability to keep his dietary needs on schedule! I can’t say enough great things about Pet Paradise Resort Charlotte Airport. First off, the initial customer service call to confirm my reservation was absolutely pleasant! Secondly the facility had a pleasant, welcoming smell as soon as you walked through the door! We were delightfully greeted by staff members Anna, Kayleigh, and Destiny. They were cordial, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and such a joy to talk to you. Blake, is definitely “The Man!” Our puppy T’Challa Sage was a bit apprehensive on his first visit and had initial separation anxiety but Blake definitely knows his profession. T’Challa calmed down and hurriedly followed in route seemingly eager for the adventures in store. It’s very clear that dogs are Blake’s passion. Hats off to T’Challa’s chaperones, Taylor and Alex!! Thanks ladies for loving on our baby! Also honorable mentions to Amanda and Alexis! All of you ladies ROCK! I felt totally calm and at ease leaving our baby. He had a great time at his first day camp and we are now customers for life. I wouldn’t entrust our precious T’Challa to any other doggie camp. Pet Paradise Resort Charlotte Airport ROCKS!! I wish there was a Pet Paradise where we live! Our pup usually only goes to doggy daycare 1 or 2 days when we're on vacation once a year so he's very anxious when he goes. When we got there he seemed to be very happy. They were very attentive and took note of anything we told them about our dog, including that he loves water. I really liked the report card midday, it put my mind at ease that he was doing good. Usually when we pick him up from a daycare he's ready to go, this time he tried to go back in with the employee so I think he enjoyed it too. If there is a Pet Paradise on any of our future trips we'll definitely be sure to use them and when we're back in Charlotte Pet Paradise we'll definitely be our go to!

We ABSOLUTELY LOVE Pet Paradise in Charlotte. Our dog Peter is SO well taken care of and he comes home tired and happy. We have tried out 4 other places in Charlotte and this is the only place we trust. We are dog people too and recently had to put one of our babies down so its nice knowing Peter can go play and make other friends! DO NOT SEND YOUR PETS HEREthey do not care about your pets it is all about the money. I went on vacation out of the country last year and left my 6 year old (pitbull mix) and my 1 year old (Husky mix) my pit and husky is getting to still know each so i don’t ever leave them alone due how rough my husky is with my pit when I booked my reservation I told them do not have them in the same sleeping space. I did this ever booking and for some reason they completely ignored my request this time while being on vacation and my husky ended up ripping my pits ear off in their supervision. I had to cut my vacation short that costed me thousands of dollars on to of hundreds of dollars in the surgery. On top wanting me to pay for the boarding fees, please save yourself the trouble and find someone that’s going to love your babies like you do.

Pet Paradise is unbeatable when it comes to options. It’s a one-stop shop and hasn’t disappointed by far. We take our baby here for daycare, boarding when we travel and grooming every month. Quality service and friendly staff. My favorite features are the fact that they have both indoor and outdoor spaces for the doggos to play, not to mention the pool and green play area. Our dog always comes home so tired after daycare, and we love watching her play and run around with her furry friends on the live cams they offer.
