My dog just finished her first vacation at Pet Palace! I was so nervous leaving her in a new place when her regular boarding place was already booked up. I think we actually won't use this as a backup, but instead as our new go-to boarding place for Peach! I was able to email whenever and find out how she was doing! Check in/out was easy and efficient! When I picked her up she was healthy, clean, and very happy! The staff were all so sweet to her, and that made me feel like she had been very well taken care of! She must have had a good time because she has been sleeping all day! Thanks Pet Palace for taking such good care of my baby!

We just started using Pet Palace for boarding this year and we will never change back. They are so wonderful with our fur babies. Having senior aged dogs can be a challenge due to mobility issues, meds..etc and the staff at Pet Palace are very accommodating to those factors. The staff is always super sweet when we come it and it makes the whole experience very pleasant.

Pet Palace was awesome. This was our first time leaving our pet there. Check-in was quick and easy, the staff was friendly and gentle with our pet and they called with updates. They took very good care of our Molly. I will definitely use them again and may even let her do doggie daycare there.

Really good experience. My dog always comes back to me happy after an extended stay. Sometimes more plump than how I left him but that just shows how much care and attention they give are dogs. KIND and attentive staff. Love how they give a report card with pick up. Clean as well.

Brought our 7 month old puppy there while we went to Carowinds - she loved it and got spoiled! At first we felt like we couldn't leave her but we got showed around and all our anxieties got washed away by the friendliness of the staff! They even didn't charge us because the first day was for free - we didn't know that so we were extra happy! Otherwise this money would've been spent wisely!Definitely recommend this place if you're a busy per owner and just want to know your loved furry friend in good hands!Best regards - Elintherottie from Instagram

Where to start with all the amazing things I have to say about Pet Palace! They always go above and beyond to take care of my boy Rocky!! I have boarded him as little as 2 days to as long as 2 weeks and every single stay has been great. I know he gets his good playtime because 2 days later, he's still tired at home. :-) (he's a boxer, should be hyper 24/7). Major shout out to the manager Allison and the ENTIRE staff. Always willing to help out when needed. Thank you to all!!! :-) :-)

Love this place and so does our puppy. The staff has always been great and excited to be with the pups. I am always able to get feedback on how he did during his visit and he has a blast playing with the other dogs!

We always had a dog sitter come to our house, but when we moved to Charlotte we didn’t know anyone and I called Pet Palace to get some information. Diamond answered the phone and she was fantastic! She took her time answering all my crazy dog mom questions and invited me to come tour the facility, which I did and that’s all it took to know this was the place. You can tell every single employee ( Ian, Allison and the others that I can’t remember their names!) LOVE their job and working with the animals. The facility is spotless and they have thought of everything to ensure your pet is comfy. We have 2 dogs and our 1 dog is a 10 year old Golden who is also a food hog. They knew how to handle that at feeding time and even place a mat in the kennel so he had something to grip onto when getting up and down. Our other dog isn’t a great eater, and they have ways to entice him to eat. I pay extra for 1 on 1 time and love getting the report cards of what they did during that time. We have used the groomer that is on site twice now for our elderly dog. She lies on the floor with him because he can’t stand to long, she does a GREAT job especially considering how she has to work with him. We are in Charlotte for a year during our home construction in the Mountains and we are so sad that they don’t have a location up there!

My girls are frequent boarding guests and we love Pet Palace! My dogs are like my kids and it took me awhile to find a place that I totally trust to leave them for days at a time. We have been going here for years now and you can tell the staff truly cares about the animals and ensures they are healthy, safe and that they have fun. I used to take my Zen to Petsmart but last weekend, I had an appointment with them. There was a whole conversation about the groomer needing to shave his whole rear end because they said it was matted. I was confused about that because it didn’t looked matted to me. Thankfully no groomer was working that Saturday so I took that as a sign that I should be taking my Pyr to another place. Then I happen to come across Vivian on Facebook in a dog group I’m in and I instantly knew that she would take care of my pup. Great customer service all around because I was mistakenly scheduled on a busy day for Vivian but she took Zen anyways. I really really appreciated that. She took her time and care with him. And let’s just say he’s the handsomest boy on the block. Thank you again Vivian!

Having to leave my dog going on trips has been such an anxious experience for both my dog and myself as we are together 24/7 and she is basically my child. Pet Palace (specifically the south Charlotte location) has changed this for us ENTIRELY. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I just picked my dog up from her second boarding visit there (she’s stayed a total of 7 days in the past month) and it was like she didn’t even care I was gone! At other facilities I would pick her up and she’d be sick and lethargic for days after, but not here. The 1on1 play time and daycare groups are wonderful and entirely worth the cost. They follow any instructions you request and are more than happy to provide daily updates on your animals. I would trust these people with my dog any day and will recommend them to everyone.

We live an hour away, but our regular place was booked up. Our son lives in Charlotte and uses Per Palace and recommended them. Since we were flying out of Charlotte, this worked out well. Everyone was super friendly and seemed to really care for our dogs. They came back to us happy and healthy! What more can you ask for?

Pet Palace is the absolute greatest and safest place to board your pets. The ladies genuinely love the fur babies that come through the door! The customer service is great! My fur baby actually runs past the check in desk to get to the back to play with his friends! I have complete confidence and trust in Pet Palace!

I actually ended up at this place by complete accident and circumstance. I initially booked a sitter through Rover after having a terrible experience with a boarding facility in my town (Rock Hill). When I arrived at the sitters house to drop my dogs it was a COMPLETE disaster. Therefore I was left scrambling trying to find a place to board my 2 dogs. It so happened to be spring break in Rock Hill so everywhere local was full. I called here in hopes they would have availability and they were able to fit my pups in. The facility is clean, well staffed, and when I picked my dogs up they were clean and tired. Neither of them came home with any GI issues either. They do cost a bit more than other facilities, but you get what you pay for! I never have to worry when I'm out of town and have to leave my pups here! Sammie and Ridley are looking forward to their next stay :)

Love this place for our 70 pound dog. My dog went to the same doggy day care for 6 years, but it shut down. Took me 4 places to find a great place for hm. We like Pet Palace's a la cart style b/c our dog doesn't like being w/ other dogs all day long but likes the divided up days and he can have 1-on-1 time, which he much prefers. The suites are large enough so he can walk and stretch his legs. And they seem to love dogs! which more important that anything else.

Pet Palace - South Charlotte is the only place I have found where I feel totally comfortable leaving my fur-baby for boarding! The staff here is beyond excellent & I am always so impressed at the amazing service they provide. We will be coming here for years and years to come! :)

This was our first time boarding our dog and they were so communicative and were able to answer all of my questions before the boarding dates. We also did a day of daycare. Our dog had such an awesome time! Allison was even able to accommodate us so I was able to check on him while we were gone. He did get groomed while here and his nails don’t look terrible but I wish the groomer had trimmed his nails a littlebit more. All of the staff is wonderful and very friendly. We will definitely board our dog here again in the future!

I absolutely love this place and the staff is very friendly and very responsive. My 12 year old Yorkie, who has never been to a boarding facility, recently stayed at Pet Palace for about 12 days while I was on vacation and they always made sure she was taken care of. They even noticed that she was a little anxious one day, because the dog next to her was barking a bit, and took it upen themselves to move her to a different suite so she could be more relaxed. I enjoyed my vacation with a complete peace of mind, and my dog enjoyed her stay there. I would highly recommend this place.

Our two dogs stayed at Pet Palace on Nations Ford for the first time this last weekend and loved it! The staff was so nice and made sure that our dogs were happy and well taken care of throughout their first boarding experience. My dog, Bentley, is 14 years old and I wouldn’t trust taking him anywhere but here. Pet Palace South Charlotte is literally amazing. I could name specific employees but to be honest every single one is amazing. They treat your pet like the family member they are. Bentley is always so excited to go and stay with his second family whenever we need to travel. They care for him so well and give him so much love. If you’re considering a place tocare for your furry family while you’re away, especially if they’re older, this location is a must!
