Love, love, LOVE NoDa Bark and Board!! They take amazing care of our pup for daycare and boarding. The drop off and pick up process is quick, which is great when I’m in a rush. The dogs have a ton of room to play, and they all clearly love being there. Our pup loves Bark and Board so much that he is in full tail-wagging mode as soon as he realizes that’s where we are headed in the morning.Pro tip: Occasionally, daycare gets full for the day, or is closed to accommodate boarding. Arrive early for daycare, and check social media for day daycare availability, on days that are likely to be popular boarding days like holidays and long weekends.

You will not find a better day care in Charlotte with staff that genuinely care for your dog. While they don’t have “puppachinos” or “pumpkin spice blow outs” for an additional cost…they do have people loving your dogs and watching them carefully. I’ll take that any day over the eye candy. Making sure they are safe and with the appropriate play group. I have never been concerned with my dog when he came home. He’s always in the same condition as I left him. Just extra tired 😉

I’ve been using this place for years with two different dogs (first one passed). 5 stars because my dogs have always been obsessed with it — and we’ve gone to other places when they’ve been booked up. My current dog comes home from daycare exhausted and stays that way until the next day. They have also taken steps recently to make clients feel more connected, such as thank you emails after boarding overnight. They don’t have the bells and whistles of cameras to observe them during the day, but I don’t feel like I need those things and my dog shows me his preference where I wouldn’t seek anywhere else over something as small as that.

We were looking for a place to board our pup while visiting Charlotte.In calling for information, the person who answered the phone (I think her name was Jordan) was excessively curt and rude. They are not currently accepting new clients (which could easily be posted on their website), which is fine, but the rudeness was unnecessary.

The 1-star is not indicative of their services, but I needed to select a rating in order to write a review.I am posting this to let prospective customers know that NoDa Bark and Board is NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. Very glad they are so successful, but this fact should be stated on their website! I learned it after spending all morning filling out their intake paperwork which IS still available on their website (?). Hoping I can spare someone else the huge waste of time.

Our pup loves day care here! They are affordable, amazing with the dogs, provide consistent fun for our fur baby, and are extremely accommodating and flexible. And they post photos of your pup on their Instagram so you can stalk your furry child while you’re at work or out of town!

Our 2 dogs went to this daycare for 3 years. Both our dogs and we loved it. We have used at least 6 different dog daycares before and after we lived in Charlotte, and this one was the best of them by far. The dogs were always happily exhausted at the end of the day. Staff seemed to really know and care about the dogs. They were very fast at getting them in and out, which is great when you're going to and from work. Can't recommend them highly enough.

This place is great! I have been bringing both of my dogs here for a long time. They are always so happy to be there and tired when they come home. So it's best for mom and pups. I highly recommend and will continue to give them our business.

I should probably ask our dog to write this, but she's a dog of few barks. I guess the best testament is that she rushes right in whenever we go to doggie daycare and she hesitates to leave. And it's not because she's doesn't get spoiled at home, she does! The staff is very friendly and attentive. Overall a very good experience for dogs and owners.

Luna has been here for over a year. Started once a week, then twice and week and now it's everyday. She loves it. When we get about a quarter of a mile away she starts her excitement squeal. Can't wait to get in. She is pooped when she gets home. I love everyone there. They have been so good to her. Great experience and would highly recommend. Can't say enough good things.....

My DJ loves Noda Bark and Board. He has been going to doggie daycare since he was a puppy and now he is 8. I also board him when needed. They are very attentive and he loves the staff just as much as the other dogs. I love that the staff gets so excited to see him.

Lost my wallet in their parking lot while picking up one of my dogs today near closing. A guy named Matt found it and waited 30 mins past closing in order for me to turn around and retrieve my wallet. I tried to insist upon giving him all the cash I had in it (didn't know it at the time but it was $43) as a thank you but he refused. I plan on going back tomorrow and dropping off $100 for him at the front desk and driving away so he can't refuse the reward. I'm glad to know that the folks I entrust with my dogs have such integrity. I highly recommend this business.

Crenshaw has been going to NoDa Bark and Board for the past 3 months. As this was my fiancees first puppy, she was extremely nervous about taking our dog to daycare. After seeing how excited Crenshaw is to run into "school" in the morning and see his friends, we couldn't be happier. Crenshaw never wants to leave! Great staff who knows your dog by name. Large facility with both indoor/outdoor play spaces. Have used NoDa Board 2x for long weekend boarding situations with great success. Crenshaw loves NoDa Bark and Board and highly recommends you bring your dog to join his puppy play group.
