I actually was looking for a specific orange crossbody bag. I didn't find what I was looking for. So, I started looking at home goods. I love their snacks and goodies. I always find things random that I'd never expect to see. I love coffee and found a bag of "Twix" flavored coffee & "Smores" flavored syrup. I found a few snacks that I liked, too. It's almost like going to a thrift store with some good quality items. The lines weren't too bad either. I'd say, do it on your "me time" so you're not feeling rushed. You'd be amazed at what you find & add some creativity to it.

This store is a complete disaster! There was stuff all over the floor and piles upon piles of merchandise just thrown in the shelves . It looked like Walmart after Black Friday in early 2000s 🤯 there was also trash all over the floors.

I'm actually kind of surprised this store has such a good rating. I had a mission, couldn't find what I wanted but oddly enough there wasn't much to impulsively buy either. Overall, I found the store kind of sad and lacking inventory. Maybe it was an off week which is why I leave it at two stars.

The lady with braids in a ponytail at the front of the store (the manager) is very rude and has no customer service skills. She doesn’t need to be a manager and should be in the back of the store where she doesn’t interact with the customers. Terrible experience with her while returning items…. I thought another cashier had charged me for the wrong item earlier that day, but it was an innocent mistake on my end. The manager says very loudly in a condescending voice to all of the other employees, “She was wrong! Nobody scanned that item,” while rolling her eyes and having an attitude. Besides that, the other employees are extremely friendly and amazing. The store has a lot of great options for clothing and beauty.

Store sold me luggage that was defective (unbeknownst to me). Luggage developed a sever crack after only one trip!!I attempted to return the item, and I was informed there was nothing they could do for me.I do not plan on shopping at this or any other Marshall's location until this issue has been resolved in full!!

Very much Ross-esque, in a sense of being disorganized. You won’t find much if you’re a smaller size, which is common in most places. I may come back for the variety of body washes/scrubs they have, though.

It's OK just too many people that don't know how to shop, they think they are the only ones in the store so they leave their cart in the Middle of the aisles while they look at something or they're with their friends and they wanna go down. The aisle side by side

Pretty decent store my girlfriend loves this place. I personally would like to see it more of welcoming experience meaning someone walking about the store greeting customers asking if assistance is needed.

They use to be at the other shopping center but not anymore. Now at Belgate. Much better store and building than before. Good stuff however checkout lines could be better than having 6 registers. Make sure the items you get good when yellow sticker item are final sale.

Always something with this store when I go in.Either something is wrong with their system, or someone is absolutely awful. I hate saying things about attitude because I sound like a Karen, but this cashier I just had this morning did everything short of rolling her eyes at me and that was the last straw. I felt so uncomfortable, I think I'll make the drive out to the Matthews Marshalls from now on, it's bigger anyways

I was purchasing some oil for my hair. Right before I reached the counter, my daughter told me that the product had wasyed all over my shirt. I put my other item on rge counter and told the cashier whT happened. She was very apologetic. She suggested seeing what her manager could do. She explained the situation, and the evidence was literally all over my shirt. The manager looked like a deer in headlights and actually said, " What do you want me to do?" At the cashier?"s urging she discounted it $1.00. I took it because I was completely out, and they did6have a other on the shelf. Clearly, the wrong person is the manager!

What is going on, Marshalls? I bought a couple pairs of pants a few months ago and they both ripped at the pockets within a couple wears. After trying to find pants elsewhere, I recently bought a new pair of pants from a different brand at the same store. They ripped at the inseam within six hours of wearing. I bought true to size or a little big on me so the problem is in the construction. The store is nicely clean and friendly, but where's the value anymore?

I had been looking for a new sweater for weeks. My husband suggested Marshall's. I went in today and within just a few minutes I found the perfect sweater for me. The size, color, how it looked on me and the price was Right. Thanks Marshall's. I will be back.

employment-wise, the managers are disgustingly rude and dismissive, they will not make you feel welcome, the other employees are clueless, they don’t give you scheduled breaks, they will not train you and will be dismissive when you ask for help, they don’t listen to your availability, they’ll call you mad and tell you you’re supposed to be there for a shift that is not even on your schedule. the managers don’t communicate with each other about scheduling or anything. they even tell you to lie to the customers about the TJX “rewards card”. don’t fall for it. horrible place to work, horrible place to shop.

Store is well stocked for the Holidays and not a crazy mess like some stores. Employees working to keep product out and orderly. Checkout was fast and all team members were kind and polite. Great prices found just about everything we needed. Restrooms were clean and had supplies.

I realize the store may be short-staffed but there's a level of cleanliness should still be upheld. This was one of the better Marshall's in the city, as far as organization of store items, product selection and overall cleanliness but these things are being neglected. I will say, on my last two visits the checkers were efficient and really nice.

Good deals. The makeup and hygienic product area isn’t well organized. You really have to look and dig through the products. I thought when I went it was just due to people rummaging through but I went back a week later and the same products were still scattered. Otherwise, nice staff. Bathrooms definitely need updating.
