After losing my perfect 14 yr old black lab, Bella, I was skeptical that I would ever find another lab that was as sweet. I asked a friend that had a senior lab where she got him. She referred me to Tripp. The process was nothing short of awesome. He sent pictures of the mom and dad and communicated regularly. When the pups were born he sent pictures and then again a few weeks later of the litter. If I remember correctly, we were able to pick which pup we wanted at about 6 weeks. Again, he sent close up pics. We couldn't decide......so we picked TWO. They are the best sisters. They have no issues with each other and love each other so much.I can't say enough about their temperament. They are smart, easy to train, love to play and literally the calmest puppies ever. People are surprised at how calm they actually are.The girls, Lucia and Josie, will be three yrs old in a couple weeks. They have had no health issues and are just PERFECT!

Labpups should change their name to “Incredible Life-Changing Labpups” because they are both! I recently got my 2nd yellow lab from them 14years after my 1st as I could not have asked for a better dog. Their pups are intelligent, gorgeous, loving and calm with coats so soft it is heaven. Tripper treats everyone with respect- dogs and humans- and you feel confident the pups are bred and raised right. I asked Tripper if he had done any housebreaking training on my 8-week old pup because she is already signaling me when she needs to go out- we’re amazed! We had a wonderful experience with Labpups when we got our Chocolate Female Lab. Tripper was very informative thru every step of getting a Lab, we were able to meet our girls mom and had first pick from the litter. Such a hard choice we would’ve loved more than one!Labpups really are non-hyper, well suited to a home environment. The more kids the better. The sweet disposition, lovable, laid back, playfulness and intelligence level are far above anything we’ve encountered anywhere else!We highly recommend Labpups to anyone starting out, and wanting a Lab. Meet Groot!!! I recently adopted him from LABPUPS January 1st to start my new year in the best way possible. My experience working with LABPUPS was beyond amazing. Tripper was very kind and helpful with me finding the perfect fur baby. Not only was Tripper helpful prior to my adopting Groot I visited LABPUPS a month after and Tripper had very helpful tips and tricks with helping to train Groot.If you are looking to adopt a lab I highly recommend visiting LABPUPS!!

Our chocolate lab, Willow, was born on 5/8/2014. We got her as a companion for our husky, Bailey, and has been the best family dog! She is loyal, friendly and about as happy as a dog can get. She has been very tolerant and patient over the years with our three year old daughter. She has had no health problems in the almost 6 years we have had her. I can't express enough gratitude for our girl!

I purchase a lab from LabPups that was born on 6/8/2021 and he turned out to be a Dudley Lab which means he does not have the dark eyes nose , gums and feet which yellow labs are known for he was born without the pigment that gives the dark colors, so he has what is called pink colors instead. his ears do not hang down but stick out before tilting down, I was wanting a lab that looked like a yellow lab but not what I received I have not received his registered documents he was supposed to be a registered lab for 1800 dollars I hope he is, I have texted several times to try and get his papers to no avail no returned text, this was even a problem when trying to purchase the puppy , and even when I went to see the puppies I was left waiting at the gate even though I had appoints each time I went, I would not recommend anyone purchase a lab from Labpups , if you do go to look at labs at their location plan on going to thru several what I call deep mud holes to get to the gate, not a good first impression.

We just got our new pup Teddy in October. We did the training with Tripp and couldn’t be happier with our new boy. So much so we have a little girl Rosie in training now ready come home in March. We lost our 2 labs this past summer and spring Jax 14 and Reagan 9. Needless to say we were heartbroken. Tripp made getting Teddy a wonders experience. Both dogs were also from Lab Pups and just amazing dogs. We also have 2 other family members that purchased dogs from Lab pups I would not get a lab anywhere else. Tripper and his family are great and very responsive to questions and keep us updated with photos and videos while our pups are in training

My family got a dog from them (March 2019), who only lived for almost 4 years. Unfortunately she had to be put down 3 months after having her leg amputated for a tumor because her cancer had came back. Definitely a great breed and dog, just very unfortunate luck.Edit:Hi Tripp, thank you so much for your response!Fortunately I have the right to share my experiences and inform others regarding work with you, your business, and dogs that I have gotten from you as I please, regardless of your personal beliefs or opinions (that is what public reviews are for). Very similar to the way we should have been, and would have liked to been informed of the medical history of your dogs. It is not childish nor vindictive if it is the truth. I do appreciate your condolences though.Thank you!

I cannot say enough great things about the Woods family and their dogs! We just picked up our puppy and she is hands down the best lab puppy I have ever had! She is absolutely beautiful, but more importantly is such a good dog. She is happy, loving, and very laid back. After only two days at home with us, she is almost completely house broken and is already sleeping through the night. She has her moments of the "zoomies" but is generally an extraordinarily calm puppy (especially for a lab). Additionally Tripper is very responsive and has been great with all of our questions since picking her up. The support we are getting from them is fantastic! Would HIGHLY recommend!

We paid for our dog and additional training (performed by Tripper at Lab Pups), and it was money well spent. Our dog is beautiful and very well-behaved. I would highly recommend Tripper and Lab Pups to anyone looking to get a lab - our dog has not had one accident in the house, doesn't chew on things he shouldn't chew, etc.

May be somewhat biased, however, our current 4 year old, Jagger, is one of the smartest dogs I have ever encountered. Everyone thinks so!

We had the most beautiful yellow lab for most of my adult life from here. He was very healthy and never had any issues. The best most loving temperament. He was really sweet, love all peopleand dogs. We just lost him last year, he was very old. He lived a great life. I highly recommend these guys. I was recommending them to a friend of ours today.

It was Father's Day 2006 we made the trek from FL to NC to pick up our little bundle of yellow joy, Belle III. 13 yrs & 9 mths later we we sadly lost her to old age. What a wonderful life she had & what joy she provided to her family & friends. We're ready for Belle IV & this litter ready in October is oh so temping! Belle IV will not come from any other breeder but Tripper. Labpups is the best!

When simply informed that our latest lab purchased from lab pups suddenly went blind (she was 6 years old), owners would not respond to us for a week until we posted it publicly on Facebook trying to get a clearer family medical history to help narrow down causes. As it turned out we stumbled upon the answer being stage 4 cancer. After she died, Lab Pups then messaged us privately blaming us for the food we fed her not knowing/remembering that they themselves had recommended it to us personally when they stopped producing their own food due to supply issues years ago. I don't blame them for the cancer, it can happen to anyone, or for believing in their product but blaming someone for their dog getting cancer is BEYOND inappropriate. Will NEVER recommend or purchase from them again.

We are young couple, who purchased a beautiful yellow lab puppy for close to $2,000. On the first day of having the puppy home, my fiancé began experiencing horrible allergies, which turned into migraines, to the point he could not get out of bed to go to work. He could not even enter our home without sneezing and swelling up. It was heartbreaking for both of us, and we made the difficult decision to return the puppy.The breeders explained we could not be refunded ANYTHING. Not even a small percentage. We were devastated as is to return the puppy, and was very turned off by the breeder's refusal to give us even a small percentage of our payment back. We had the puppy for a total of THREE days.Knowing they would not give us a dime back, we wanted to keep the puppy, but with my fiance's allergies, it was absoutlely impossible. We had to return our 8 week old pup.They claimed the puppy could not be re-sold due to living with us for those THREE days, which we found quite BS, but couldn't fight it. The breeders told me I could reach out to them for photos or to hear how the puppy is doing, and I have never received a response. (I assume they turned around and re-sold her for the same price we paid, making a double profit off of the one puppy).I was pleased with the breeders until this unfortunate situation happened, as they could not find it in their hearts to do the right thing and refund us a portion of our payment, or respond to my texts. Makes them seem like they are in this for the money, and nothing else.

As first time parents we really appreciated Trip and Trippers help and support throughout the years. They are more knowledgable than most veterinarians. Labpups delivers healthy, easily trainable BEAUTIFUL babies. They genuinely love the breed and after EXTENSIVE research the only breeder I would ever buy from, the real deal.

Had to leave a 50% deposit to bring our dog home to see if she was a match for our other dog. Was told of not that we can use towards another dog - no refund option. Was charged $1000 for owner training we didn’t receive. We were the second owner and she was 6 1/2 mos old when we got her, NEVER got AKC papers because supposedly the first owner never gave them back, and the AKC has no record of this litter. When I called the vet on the rabies tag I received medical records showing several UTIs and I had to have a surgical procedure done to correct it. To pay $2500 for a “trained” dog that was anything but and has anxiety issues since we had brought her home is horrible. DO NOT use this irresponsible breeder!

When I was a kid back in probably 2005 or 6 my mom got us a chocolate lab named Dylan from these guys, he was amazing and loved to run around the back yard and he loved swimming in the lake so much we had to get him a doggie life vest so he could make it back to shore once he wore himself out. Dylan passed away about 7 years ago cause of old age but I’m glad these people let us get such a sweet and friendly hound
