Love love love this Kwality Ice cream. Pan Masala flavor is a must try here. It tastes absolutely fantastic, much like Indian Paan Masala. If you're looking for some authentic ice cream with Indian taste, do give it a shot.

Loved the kulfi falooda ..Thandai Flavour was niice!Variety of flavours - fresh chikoo , guava , kesar pista , paan masala , lychee , alphonso mango , orange pineapple, malai kulfi …The owner mentioned they will have custard apple flavour also seasonally. They also let you try flavors

I really enjoyed their collection of flavors. The pan-masala flavor was particularly intriguing and unique! I also tried their falooda, and while it was a bit on the sweeter side for my taste, it was still a great experience overall. Highly recommend this place!

We have ordered butterscotch Sundae, we got only one scoop and it was $5.99 + tax.Taste was okay, but prices are very expensive.One pint ice cream costs $8.99.Basically if we compare with any other decent ice cream store in the area prices are bit higher.

My Honest Detailed Review:I first walked into the store with only one person working. Didn’t mind the wait. I understand. But it was very hard to communicate with the worker since he didn’t really answer my questions I guess it could be a language barrier which is fine. So I ordered a simple fruit smoothie after him telling me almost everything was sold out. I waited patiently for the smoothie to come out extremely sweet, liquidity, and in an extra small cup. Keep in mind it’s $6.99 plus tax. It wasn’t the best in flavor. I feel like you can go to tropical smoothie and get way better for the price. Dude did not know what he was doing as he was confused on making it. Kept pouring too much milk. Save your time and money. I waited 20 minutes to waste my time on supporting this poor business.

It’s my first time having Falooda in USA. We had Malai Kulfi Falooda and milkshake. Both tasted awesome. Falooda seemed almost authentic as it had vermicelli, nuts, ice cream and chia seeds. Will definitely visit again and recommend it to others as well.

This is the only place where my family goes to eat ice cream. The pan masala and mango is really top notch. The price is little higher but it makes up in the taste. I have always prefer quality over quantity. All the flavors are good and ice cream tastes fresh as well.

Nice shop to get good quality Indian ice cream flavors. One thing though is the ice creams are missing toppings in it. Like black current doesn't have raisins. Butterscotch doesn't have the toffee bits. Try their pan flavored ice-cream.

Ice cream prices are too high for the quantity they serve. Large cup size in this store is not even close to small size cup in other stores.Response to Owner reply : First thing i ordered large cup and i don't know how you are able to pull my order info just by my name. i paid close to $8 including $1 tip then if your small cup price is that much then you are charging way too much from customers. Just don't falsely respond to my review saying that i ordered small cup to cover your back and justify your prices.

This is the best fallooda place. I am a big fan of fallodas. I am so happy that this place is in charlotte. So tasty. They also have regular ice creams, cassatas and sundaes. Must try. Highly recommended.

I'm here and was going to try it out. Sign says No Cash Accepted. I don't always use cash but I refuse to support a business that will not allow cash. So bye bye. Good riddance. Too many other places to go
