The install was great, and the training team answered a lot of questions. The system worked awesome for two months, but you cannot use the system if there is no collar because that’s where the receiver is that communicates with the system. After thinking that we lost our Shepherd’s collar, I am now convinced these collars are junk. We received a replacement collar this Wednesday. Tonight when I went to feed my pups I found a post and a piece of plastic on the garage floor. The collar was still attached with no receiver. Of course it’s a Friday so they have no after hours service. Save the hassle and put in a fence. Even with good customer service you cannot fix a faulty product.

Two and half week wait for emergency service for a non working system. We had the top Invisible Fence system installed 5 months ago, sold with free service as a feature of this system.I would not purchased this Invisible Fence system if emergencies for service ( non working) were two and a half weeks out. I was told to use a leash for my three dogs.

Every encounter with Invisible Fence of the Carolinas was a pleasure. All staff were extremely helpful and well-trained. I did not understand why they needed to come out a few times - I wanted to just get started right away. BUT, once I saw how my Rosie reacted, it made PERFECT sense. They eased her into the fence boundaries (with our help). And when she reached the last session at the "containment" session, she was much more ready than if she had been pushed too quickly. Don't rush your puppy. Invisible Fence knows what they are doing!

I have been using Invisible Fence for nearly a year now and it has been life changing. I broke my foot a couple days ago and now I’m using my Indoor Shield by my hurt foot so the dogs can’t bump it on accident. We Had a great experience with the installation and training for our new invisible fence. The people there were very responsive, timely, and professional. We had the fence installed to keep our puppy from digging out. Shelley came out and spent a good deal of time working with our puppy. She was amazing. After less than a week, we have had to problems with the dog behavior. Shelley also gave me some great training tips. I would highly recommend this company.

We were a little hesitant with having the fence installed after talking with sales. However, once the installation team arrived to put our fence in, we felt much more at ease! Taylor and Zack did our installation and were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They knew the products well and Taylor took the time to clearly explain each part of the system to us, as well as how it all worked. Taylor also did the training with our dogs and I was very impressed with how efficient he was with them as well. Again, he knew his product, as well as how to effectively train the dogs to it!If Taylor had been the one we talked to initially, we would have never hesitated. Amazing customer service from the first call to my most recent! The customer representative who got me started and set my appointment to my salesman Bob who was fantastic. When Travis came out to install he did a phenomenal job and was great with our dog! The product has accomplished above and beyond what we expected for a dog that we felt would escape anything. This is a great product. We had such an amazing experience with our first dog who I never thought could be contained, but was almost immediately, that when we brought our new puppy home a month ago I immediately contacted Invisible Fence to come repair our line and get us set up for our new family member. Chuck came out on time and quickly repaired a few breaks in the line, updated our collar and began the training process. John came out last week and picked up where Chuck left off and showed us how to train outside. This weekend should complete the training and we can go off-leash soon. We can't say enough good things about how well this system works.

Chuck Battaglia is the technician who installed our Invisible Fence. He is knowledgeable and professional and did a great job installing our equipment, paying special attention to the layout of our yard. We were able to test out our dog's collar ourselves so we could experience what he would be feeling. Chuck also modeled the systematic training process. I definitely recommend this company and technician!

The service from IFS has been great since minute one; they showed up on time, very professional, and answered any and all questions we had both the sales person, Brad, and the installer, Ben. Walked through my questions, questions theyd heard I hadn't asked, and did a great job with my specific dogs and needs. Ben finished the install quickly, left the yard very clean and picked up, and did a great job being flexible to our needs for timing and training (came back after lunch since we had to run out)! Helped us really understand how train them and be successful and was really encouraging during our first training -- he even pointed out some classic mistakes owners make and helped us not make those! Loved it, very happy with the sales experience, install, and customer service follow up!

I was in Mexico and needed a replacement collar ASAP for my dog while dog sitter was there.
