The grooming staff is always wonderful but Amber was stellar as both my pups popped in for nail trims and they were less than cooperative. The gentleman at the register was my favorite employee at Pet People Waverly and it was a joy to see him again! He truly loves dogs and it shows! Luna and Rosie give their visit 5 stars!

I took my dog in for a nail clipping. The woman was excellent with my dog, calming her and did a great job on her nails.I spoke with the staff about feeding concerns and they gave me very good suggestions. I will definitely be back.

This is a perfect boutique for pets. If you love and care for your pets like they are your child, you should definitely check this place out. We are so glad we did. Their prices are reasonable and actually not marked up and some items were even cheaper than Amazon. Marin helped us find the perfect harness size for our under 5 lbs dog. Wow! What a professional! I was fortunate to speak with Mia, who gave me a great deal of information on dog food and the best way to start a new food with my picky eating malti-poo. Outstanding customer service. As soon as I walked in, a very nice lady took me to the items I was looking for. She even got me a cart and took it to the register for me. The gentlemen who checked us out put the items in the trunk. Such a great help. Thank you guys ❤️

Fantastic pet store and I’m telling you it has everything. People things pet things they have a grooming service that does cat claws only $10. They were swamped with dog grooming. First come first serve. Exceptional service. And guarantees on treats. If you return it they donate it to rescues. They have great merchandising wonderful holiday gifts and a bakery and cold products as well.

As always, my experience at Hollywood Feed was great!! My beagle, Bandit, and I dropped by to have his nails clipped and or course bought a few yummies too! I love the way we always get to visit an employee’s dog at the shop hanging out behind the counter. ❤️. And the employees are always very friendly and helpful. Thank you Hollywood Feed!!!

Our absolute go-to store when looking for healthy alternatives for our dog's picky diet. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable. We've never walked in and not been greeted right away. They also set up fun displays for each holiday, which of course always makes for a cool photo op of your pup. Love this location, will return over and over again!

Always great customer service! I love the treat and food variety with limited ingredients. Delivery service is awesome as well! We took a first time 2yr old GSD and Julia was great. She was patient and made sure he sat properly before offering him a treat!

This was my first time at this Hollywood feed location, I didn’t realize there was one this close to where I live. Took my service dog here to spoil her and she was very happy with the selections! The store looks so much bigger on the inside and they have such a large collection of toys and treats. The lady who helped us pick out a chew was very knowledgeable and kind.

This was my first visit here. I had to replace food for a dog I’m currently sitting for, and this was one of the only locations that carried the brand I needed. The staff was very helpful! I love the quality of products and how clean and organized the whole place way. I’ll definitely be back to get my own doggy some treats!

I took my dog here to shop for treats and it was our first time. The staff, Lauren specifically, was very friendly and listened to my concerns and did their best to match us to what we needed. Also, very reasonably priced cat toys and durable!

Most of the people that work here are nice. There was one girl I haven't seen before last week look at me at the counter and keep going to load a ladies stuff up in her car. Did not greet me or say be with you shortly. Just left out the door. Other than that, I usually have a great experience here. The staff are helpful and friendly and I enjoy shopping here (I like to have my order delivered most times). The store is neat, not too big or hard to navigate but they have a good variety of items. After Petfolks closed in the area, I started coming here. They have a groomer on site as well.

This was my first visit to a local Hollywood Feed store and I'm so glad that I did. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We bought canned cat food at the store on Sunday that expired in July. Unfortunately we didn't realize it was expired until we fed our cats and it made both our fur babies very sick. They threw up all morning. I called the store immediately and asked for the Manager to call me. My husband stopped by the store that same afternoon and asked for the Manager to call. It's been 2 business days and still no call. One of the young ladies we spoke with admitted they cleared the shelves of all expired cans on Monday, sadly after we bought food there on Sunday. Please make sure you check the can for the "best used by" date. It was very concerning for one of our cats who has a difficult time keeping weight on. Extremely disappointed in the lack of response from this location. Will take my business elsewhere.
