They had great recommendations and were incredibly knowledgeable about everything the store had to offer. Hollywood feed is amazing! It was my first time recently going in and every employee went over the top to help and were So kind to my two dogs. They treated me and my two dogs as family from the very beginning and even gave them treats! My dogs didn’t even wanna leave at the end. They were so happy there. I definitely recommend this as your one stop pet store!!

We took out sweet, Polly, to get a bath. First time and she was not having it. However, the nice employees gave me complimentary treats to help calm her. Once we were done I think she liked it and as the day went on I could tell she felt clean and fresh.Thanks.

Great pet place! Pet food, outfits, toys, bakery treats, and leashes! It's a large store with tons of stuff. There's a place to bathe your dog! Ask. Employees are helpful and friendly. Nearby, the Wildology store has many items for birds. And visit Ivy & Leo for women's fashions. UPDATE: Still great!

I brought our 2 little ones in for a grooming that was long overdue and they looked amazing when I picked them up. My wife and I are very happy with the grooming services here. Extremely caring and professional and above all, they do great work.

The wash booth was fantastic! We have a larger dog that's very difficult to bathe at home. It's a mess! The booth, supplied with all the necessities, made it so much easier! It was clean, private, had all the needed supplies and even a dryer right there by the booth. Moreover, the staff was awesome. Our dog gets nervous and did #2 in my wife's car and in the store. The staff was super responsive to provide us supplies to clean up the car and an attendant took care of the accident in the store without hesitation. This was icing on the cake and made the experience exceptional. Thank you to the caring staff and excellent service!

Love this place. Always very nice. They offer a great selection of healthy food. They have two stations where you can wash and dry your dog. If you buy 5 it is about 11 dollars a piece and you don't have to clean after. If you have a dog with double coat it is amazing.

Hollywood Feed is my favorite pet place. I can easily find high quality food, snacks, treats, collars, leashes, beds, toys and etc. Their staff is always helpful and make it a joy to come in.

My staff brings TikiCat brand food to me from this store on a regular basis. They also bring some powerful catnip totems that take me into the psychedelic Cat Land. I heard my staff mention that the store people are helpful, attentive, and friendly. They seem to be happy with the choices afforded by the store for cat needs. I concur.Your Overseer, Queen Regina

Outstanding service. Walked in with my fur baby. Wanted a proper fitted harness. The clerk was kind enough to help me, to properly fit the harness right in the store. Her recommendation was a perfect fit for my dog. She was kind enough to remove the sales tags, and allow me to pay for the item. While my dog was still in the harness. This allowed me to leave the store. With my precious fur baby secured in her new harness. Would highly recommend this establishment.

Solid pet food store. Be aware they do not have a lot of common wet food brands like Blue Buffalo (at least for cats, I didn't check dogs). They instead sell alternative brands that use human quality food which is noticeable in the smell and the flavor (my cat loves chicken!). However, they are a bit pricy at $2 per can. The experience overall is always pleasant and they have a cool Dog "spa" if you are a dog owner!Picture included for cat tax!

We have been taking our dogs to pet people to give them baths for over 3 years now. Love the bath products, towels and everything provided for a reasonable cost. I never feel rushed & our dogs are always comfortable there having baths. Thank you!

We love PetPeople by Hollywood Feed. We shop at the Waverly location and the people working there are always so friendly and helpful. They take their time to greet us and ask if we have any questions and they are very knowledgeable about all the products. We can also tell they are animal lovers themselves and have a lot of knowledge about pets in general. We also very much appreciate that they carry brands that are health conscious.

Our dog got skunked and after several baths at home we brought her to this location for a proper bath. Penny was super nice and helpful and Deliah gave us some skunk removal products to try. Making a stinky situation much better! Kevin was very sweet and understanding as we checked out. I can't say enough good things about this store and the staff! We love it here!

It was our repeat visit. It’s amazing the staff are very kind and helpful to pets and you. We go there for self wash for our beloved medium size NewfeePoo. The facility is always clean. They have 2 stations. Have everything you need to make your bath/wash a good experience your your four legged family member and others.They did increase the price recently. They have their frequent use card (which will be great savings)Highly recommend it. I was considering to give 4 ⭐️ just because of the parking situation as it’s inside Waverly.

My dog was having some stomach problems. Explained the situation to the employees there and came out with a great pre/probiotic and some pumpkin which cured his diarrhea quickly. These people really care about your pet and give great product recommendations!
