Hollywood Feed is my new go-to pet store! It’s just a little further than the other pet supermarket I have been going to and the prices are better!The store is tucked away in a little shopping center with a massage place, a bakery, nail salon, and breakfast/brunch spot.The staff is super friendly and helpful.They carry the bougie brand of cat food my picky cat likes to eat and they let you return foods if your pet doesn’t like it!I ordered a case of food online and picked it up and they applied a 10% rebate. Can’t beat that!For all you dog people, there is a dog washing station and leashed animals are allowed in the store.

Love that I can bring my high-energy husky here for a bath and not have to get my bathroom at home soaking wet! They provide the towels and shampoo, along with a high-grade hair dryer for pets. It makes my life so much easier. I have been using the bath-program at Hollywood feed for a year now, and love this!

UPDATED review: The manager was extremely helpful after this happened. Furthermore, I visited their shop at Waverly and they were amazing.I’ve been in a few times and my experience with the staff has varied. They’ve never been super friendly or helpful. But I shop there - have spent a good bit of money there. I brought in a stuffed Christmas toy today that was ripped open in two places after my dog played with it one time. It’s clearly not well made. I don’t think my dog has ever opened a hole in any of her toys exposing the filling. I was hoping to exchange it and was told they don’t replace toys that are “well loved.” My dog played with it once and it fell apart, which I explained to the young lady. “None of the Christmas toys are meant to last” she said. Okay, so I paid for a toy that lasted one day and you knew they weren’t well made? This was my last time shopping at this store. I’m still in disbelief.

Tilly is a very timid and scared rescue and she was so happy and felt at ease at Hollywood feed! The staff was knowledgeable and able to help us find the things we needed, and a few extra treats we like! Thank you!!

I’ve enjoyed taking my dog here to get a bath in the self wash area but have noticed they’ve started really diluting the shampoo. Prices have gone up by about $3.00 as well. Bummer.

I can finally find my boys food in-store!! Sometimes chewy has issues or delays, now I will never run out of food and be stuck. They have a great rewards program and really helpful people. Everyone was very nice, showed me where everything was and offered help out to my car. Excellent treat selection for my boys and fair pricing. This will definitely be the place I bring my boys for a fun trip out. Thank you so much!!!

The employees are very attentive and knowledgeable about products! It's also great to know that if my pet didn't like the knew food I bought for her, that I was able to return it and Hollywood Feed would donate the food. You can tell this store and the people that work here truly care about you and your pet. I definitely will be buying everything that I can from this store for my kitty!

I always get the best service when I go to my store. This is the one on Park Rd, Charlotte. The employees are super helpful, and very knowledgeable. They don't try to rush you out and they are always so willing to help you! Thank you!

What a great experience with this store and staff. Emily answered all my questions which allowed me to choose the right food for our aging dog, Annie. She was extremely knowledgeable about the different brands of food. This is definitely our go to store from now on.

This was my 1st time visiting Hollywood Feed and it was a great experience. Although you don’t carry Royal Canin food I was able to fly nd some great items for my dog. I definitely will return soon.

Always a pleasant experience whether making a quick trip to grab essentials or browsing to try something new! Everyone who works here is super kind and helpful. Only recently found out they also have a very flexible return policy which is helpful with a very picky, old dog.

I originally came in the store to find quality canned dog food and treats and I found just that. Alistar (i’m sorry if I misspelled that) was super friendly and helpful! Prices are super affordable as well. Will be coming back :)

If you own a cat and live in south Charlotte this is the only good option. They have an excellent selection of cat food, treats, and supplies that you will not find at other local competitors. Wonderful, friendly staff and a well organized store layout make this an easy place to shop for a great selection.And they have a great variety of dog products too! I only specify cat because it was VERY hard to find a store that carries non-seafood cat food in Charlotte. I don't like my cat to ingest mercury and thanks to PetPeople she doesn't have to!
