Amazing experience at Hollywood Feed! Amanda met us at the door with a warm welcome and asked if she could help us. We were there to gather all the puppy necessities in preparation for our first family dog. She gave us a checklist, let us look around the store and answered all our questions about crates, food, treats and collars. She really made us feel like family! Prices and selection are also great! We will be visiting regularly 😍

Absolutely my new favorite place for pet supplies. The prices are even better than Wal-Mart. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. You have to check out this store if you have not already. Looking forward to using the pet washing station soon!

Great customer service. Amazing products. Very knowledgeable. Learned a lot in a 20 minute store visit. I will definitely return.The store is small in size but packed with great products unique to the store (or so it seemed). There were products for all sorts of animals.

It was my first time to visit this location. I noticed how clean and organized the store was upon entering. I was greeted by two friendly employees. I told them what I was looking for and I was led straight to it. The employees asked about my dog that I had just adopted prior to this stop. They signed me up for the rewards program and alerted me to other potential savings at a future date. An employee even carried the large bag of dry dog food out to my car for me. My new pet really enjoyed the outing. I know I'll be back! A great experience!

Yesterday, we went to a Summer Pawty!! Yep, if you didn’t make it you missed the best Pawty on the Planet! The best staff was there and they made sure everyone was good! I absolutely love this place and can’t believe I haven’t posted yet. Thank you to Emily, Veronica and my Rudy’s Favorite; Amanda!!! These ladies as love for everyone and they mean a lot of me and my pup family!

After getting the sad news that my fur baby is now facing end of life care, I came here to get some special treats for her. She really loves the cow ears! The awesome staff noticed I was sad and helped me feel better. Then they gave me a tray full of broken unsellable treats to share with my special girl. Thank you so much! You guys have given me great advice many times in the past and I know you made her life brighter. Everytime I've come in, I've left with something special and positive for my pup.

I went to Hollywood Feed to buy a gift for a friend who just adopted a rescue dog. The sales associate was very helpful and showed me several choices for an adult medium-size dog. I am happy with the purchase and appreciate the help.

Nice experience but check your bones before giving them to your Pet. It was maggots crawling all over one I almost purchased. The employee was sweet and removed them all but we must check also before giving to pet.

I have consistently experienced the most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly service at Hollywood Feed, Riverbend. We moved to Mtn Island Lake last summer and our new local vet recommended them to get a more natural food for our pups. The ladies in this store never cease to amaze me with their outstanding customer service and passion for animals. They have built a new loyal customer. Would highly recommend and the fact that they guarantee their products or you can return them, you have nothing to lose!

I took my labradoodle for the first time to get a bath and the experience was way better than I was imagining. They made sure that everything was clean and well stocked for our visit. They provide shampoo, towels, gloves, an apron, and a dryer to use when you're done with the bath. We were helped by both Amanda and Monica and they made sure we had what we needed and even gave my dog a treat before we left. We bought the package for the baths and will absolutely be recommending for our pet parent friends!

Went in to use the wash station for my fur buddy- plumbing issues in one of the rooms and staff said they needed to ring up the bath first. I asked if I could have all my items on the same charge and was told no… The staff seemed a bit off today. Not sure what their issues were, but they were clearly in a bit of a coma.

Love this pet store! My dog is very picky eater. Normal dog treats and food my dog refuses. This is the only store I can buy her any treat/food and she loves it. She especially loves their duck feet, fish skins, and deer jerkey chew!

I love this local to me pet store. They carry a variety of items especially toys, collars, snacks and food! All the employees that have assisted me have been very knowledgeable and friendly. The rewards program is nice, although somewhat complex based on the brand and the size of the food.Overall, I really enjoy this store and location. The size of the store is also perfect for making a quick trip with entrances on both sides of the store. Parking is rarely an major issue and the shelves are always stocked.

Employees are consistently helpful, kind, cheerful... EVERY SINGLE TIME!! It's a small store but they still move quickly to assist. Good customer service is so rare these days but they've nailed it.I especially love it's location/proximity to the grocery store and the option to have curbside delivery as I can pick it up after I shop for groceries without having to unload my toddler again.

Tyler did an outstanding job explaining about the store and spending time with my dog Giovanni. This was my first time to pet people and it definitely won't be my last. Giovanni is a very picky eater and he immediately suggested this topper treat which Giovanni now is devouring his meal with no issues. For that alone I am grateful for this clean store and excellent customer service with great products.

The staff are friendly, professional and pet people for sure. I like to use the self serve wash station for my pup. The merchandise is a little more expensive here compared to other pet stores. But it also seems to be of good quality.

My pup had a bad accident in the car and we passed by and asked to use their self service cleaning station. The staff went above and beyond to help us out, they even went out to my car and helped me clean up the mess. They didn't even charge us for using the washing station. Amazing customer service and genuinely good people - I can't thank you enough for all of your help last Sunday!!!! I will continue to come to this store for their amazing customer service. Highly recommend
