When Koa lost his Buc-ee (his treasured Beaver Kong Cozie), Chelsei and Hollywood Feed jumped in to save the day!!! Not only did I get a replacement Buc-ee, I also bought a back up. Chelsei was awesome. She remembered me from a prior visit and I felt that she truly cared about me and my pet. Thank you, Chelsei, we will be back!!! P.S. I also really love their pet food return policy. It really helped us with our VERY picky puppy.

I can't say enough good things about this store and the fine folks that work there! My dog was going through some challenges with her food and I couldn't seem to find what worked for her. If you try something here that doesn't work, you can return it and try something else. They donate unused food to local shelters/rescue organizations. During our last visit, we were educated on various types of food and decided to try Steve's frozen raw. Well, I'm happy to say that was a winner and I'm happy to see my fur baby love her food again! She's 11 and missing some teeth. This food is soft and contains only ingredients that I recognize. I feel good about what I'm feeding her and am so thankful I walked in the door at Pet People Berewick. You have a customer for life! Thank you! ❤

What a great local pet store. The employees are knowledgeable, helpful and incredibly friendly. Delilah and Chelsea spent time with me finding the best treats and toys for my mini golden doodle. I’m so happy to have found a place like this so close to my house.

Had an amazing experience here today while utilizing the self-service dog washing stations. To begin, Chelsea greeted us at the door with warmth and kindness. She the escorted us to the wash station and made sure we had everything we needed to clean our pup. The stations were well-stocked, clean and comfortable. We have a large 95 lb golden retriever, so he takes a while to clean. About half way through Chelsea stopped in to make sure we were doing alright, and asked if we needed anything. To finish, we picked out some snacks and a toy. Chelsea asked, and then gave our dog some treats and informed us about store offers. We were very impressed with her customer service, kindness and overall love of dogs. Her passion for animals is very evident. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for high quality pet services and products.

The girls at the Berewick location in Charlotte are all amazing! For 2 years now we have been ordering our dog food from them. Within ,what seems like, minutes, they deliver it. Amazing service from them all. Always friendly and efficient on the phone as well. They deserve all the kind reviews.

There is so much variety, the prices are competitive, and there are a lot of great unique items that are virtually impossible to find elsewhere at very reasonable prices.Our dog loves coming here, the staff are her friends and she knows she's going to love whatever we are bringing home. It has been very convenient in the first year to be able to try different products that often are sold individually as well as in bulk so you can try things out and if you like it, buy considerably more for even less.The food selection can't be beat. They have high quality brands across multiple ingredient options whether wet or dry food and again, all at a price that's affordable.

Great store, doesn't have a huge selection but has exactly what I need. It's all better,cleaner,food for my kittens. I know I am getting something good for them I couldn't find at big pet stores. Plus they have great treats, bowls, toys, etc. I wouldnt be able to find anywhere else. I always pick up a special treat there since it's the only place I can find them. The staff is extremely friendly and its always a pleasant visit to pet people.

Think about the best customer service experience you’ve ever had then multiply that by 10. The staff here is top notch. They INSISTED on carrying my massive bag of dog food out to my car. They greet you as soon as you walk in and never pass by without helping find the perfect item. Love this place and would recommend to any and everyone.

Love this place! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. There wasn't a huge selection of dry dog foods (which I fully understand) but there were plenty wet foods and supplements. The selection was beautiful and super cute and the store seemed fully stocked and neat. I also got tags for all 5 of my animals and they all came out beautifully. I will definitely become a regular customer and the prices were very good for a walk in pet store! I just wish it were bigger so I could explore it endlessly!

This is definitely an upscale pet store. You don't mind paying a few cents extra for the aesthetics, quality products, great staff and cleanliness of the store. I get the best advice from the employees here. All of them are knowledgeable about the products. It helps that they also have pets. They are in a great location, the place is clean and the staff is friendly and consistent.

Always so helpful!! I'm so happy we have a pet store near us finally! Every time I go in everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I've purchased items for both my dogs and cat here. In a time when I order almost everything on-line it's really convenient to have such a nice place nearby when I don't have time to wait two days for shipping, or when I want to browse before buying.
