I started coming to this location almost 2 months now and from the start I’ve always been embraced with love from all employees especially Tati, Shane and Kj. They’re normally the ones I see most and each on of them help me with knowledge on what products are best. More importantly, they’ve managed to treat me as a person and not just a customer. Tati was one of the first to greet me and help me with my needs, She’s always working hard and show so much kindness and gratitude. Shane as Kj are AWESOME; both guys are always embracive and very effective with making sure my needs and even the customers that show when I come in they are quick and always balance to not just treat us as customers but human beings. These three employees are the true LIFE in “High life”

I have had a great experience every time I come here. The person who helped me, Bella, was very understanding and patient with me ask I asked questions about different products. She was able to explain everything to me is simple terms for me to understand. Definitely a place I'm coming back too :)

Place is garbage. Made 4 trips here to to get the third Vape box and they all broke within a week. Was told I had to have original box. So i made another trip with box and another guy tells me no returms!! If you're gonna run a buisness and back your products then do just that. That must explain why they shut the website down. Lol.....Shop eleswhere if you want to feel safe about your purchase.

This was my first time in this shop, Anna and Bella were so amazing and helpful to me! They made me feel comfortable and welcomed as soon as I came in. Anna in particular was genuine in the way she spent her time asking questions to better recommend something for me. I had a great experience and I hope these girlies manager and/or boss will see this and recognize their amazing efforts!

I called last night right before 7 PM and the young lady that answered the phone had a bad attitude had no knowledge of vapes Hoyles or juices and would not even get up off a stool to go look for what I asked for now when I pass by, I seen what I needed in the window so she obviously just wanted to stay on her phone, which she was on when I passed And not do her job people like this need to be fired immediately! Y’all lost business I went to Buddha bazaar instead no other highlife treats me that way get rid of that girl she is no good !!!!

Sorry to say just the vibe and way these 2 lady’s carry themselves mainly Betty older lady , every time I ask to look at something she act slow and not want us to look at it I understand if that was protocol ,,but I seen others do same just her tone and vibe was way better ,only when they had to serve us I don’t want say they or store are bias to other nationalities and I’m not using as a trying get sone kind of favor ,,,but we are customers and I was looking for a gifts was gonna spend good amount but I just ended up buy a bag of tobacco to assure them we came to shop but even that was difficult crazy dark racist vibes , hope owner is a lot better but if they related I understand I don’t have problems going elsewhere but please if you want leadership a better vibe someone that will make it happen then these 2 are not ,it was a very bias couple team of a younger lady and a older lady working that shift ,,the owner need to dig deep find a spark plug type persons young hungry to learn and help build this place .

Nice place to get your gummies from. I been here twice and ladies at the shop were super nice and helpful with what I was looking for. I will say to stay away from the Mike Tyson Bites. Did not do anything for me,but boyyy the shroom gummies were amazing! You have to stop by and grab those. I bought two packs when I was there.

Experience was great!! Loved the selection of merchandise. Was helped by Meredith. She was so easy to talk with and very knowledgeable. She helped my husband and I and was very patient with us as I tried to make up my mind on what product I wanted. Also, loved the fact that my dog was welcomed there too. This store was way better than the one on Central. The girl that works at the Central store was very rude. She made me feel as if she had something better to do than talk with me. Never will I visit the one on Central again!!!

They held some sought after merchandise and told me when to call back for maybe when more would be out the next day. Very nice and chill but still cautious with Corona. Really liked the chick that helped me both on the phone and then about 20 minutes later in the store!

Work vs pay wise this was not the best experience (which was verbalized multiple times) but the many great customers and coworkers I was able to meet during this job was what made it worth. 90% of us have left the store for the new year and Don’t regret our decision at all. Sad to see the recent review before mine saying we weren’t doing our jobs when most of the recent reviews and verbal responses/feedbacks as well as sales tell otherwise. I have alot of the customers from the smoke shop coming to my new job telling me how much they miss us, which is weird to say for people who don’t do their job. But aside from that, the store is currently under a new direct manager and I see nothing but good happening here in the future under her.

We were visitors from out of town and we stopped in to pick up a couple of things from the store and we were absolutely blown away. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and they took the time to really make sure that we were taken care of. We definitely recommend shopping here and giving them all of your money lol. We would make that hour and a half drive to purchase from this store anytime. Keep up the great work!!!!

Make sure you do your research before purchasing electronic items. Purchased a setup which I was told was for dry flower which in turn turned out to be for concentrate. Item was on sale for 29 bucks. The display case was labeled as it being able to be used with both but after done online research it says the device cannot be used for dry flower.

Cole is an amazing employee. He is a straight shooter that only recommends what’s best for you not what sells. The whole experience was excellent, and he made sure my device worked in every function before letting me pay for it. Optimal retail experience they get my business whenever I’m in town!

Just found out half the staff is gone. Best decision they ever made. 90% of the time I came in there none of them are doing their job or they were outside smoking. it took 20 minutes to get a simple item. Maybe they'll finally get competent employees that can do the job 🙏

We love this High Life. We have been going here for the last 3 years. Everyone has always been knowledgeable friendly and always gives great customer service. We went in today and Peyton greeted us as soon as we walked in, helped us with our order without hesitation and made sure we had everything we needed. We went all the way here from the other side of town because we always have a great experience even though other vape shops are closer. Thank you Peyton!
