The place itself is good. It's clean, everything I need is there. Staff is friendly. But their self checkout makes me uncomfortable every time. I've been coming to this location since we moved nearby. It wasn't always like this. And I get it, they're trying to stop theives. But now it feels like I'm walking through Walmart checkout. The attendant, no matter who it is, always watches me like a hawk. Even with their newly installed cameras they feel the need to breath down my neck. Sorry for being brown

this store has gone downhill whoever they hire they never provide outstanding customer service. The CSM lady was super strict and refuse to write the promo spend $25 save $10 off on the raincheck. They always are out of spring water or have a different source of spring water at this HT come on HT do better! stay away from their pharmacy

Medical items I can see lot of nov 2023 expired products of " sambucus elderberry" kids.I went to replace my expired products. I could see 5 expired product.Need to do better job than this.I never look at expiry date trusting HT.I accidentally looked at it before I give it my kid and found it expired.You simply can't hold 6 months old expired product which means some one is not doing it right!

Got salmon from this location , one of many times. It was placed in a steamer bag by a guy with short hair. I found a very long hair in the bag after cooking it. Ugh!! So gross!! 🤢

Update to review: dropping two stars because their bakery department overbakes the cookies and burns the pies on a constant basis. For months now they have been overcooking the desserts and it is ridiculous. I've time I get, but everyday?Harris Teeter is a great store with a wide variety of products. Their prices are a bit higher than other stores but no one else does as good of a job at bringing together international food, wines, produce, deli, bakery, and butcher products. Their fresh sushi, pizzas, chicken (fried and rotisserie), salad bar and Chinese food are all fantastic.

Harris Teeter has many things on sale such as "buy one get one free". You can usually get more for your money by buying bigger packages at a place like Costco, but you will get more choices and a bigger selection at a place like Harris Teeter. This Harris Teeter had many wines to choose from. Some wine bottles were only $5. When they say that I "saved" a large amount on the receipt, it makes me think that the sales are meant to trick people into believing this place has the best prices to get them to buy more here. I would rather buy from a place that always has low prices without the "savings" and "sales". I know other people may prefer a place that has many sales, so not everyone would consider it to be a negative thing.This Harris Teeter has a section with hot food that is ready to eat, and I liked that.

Our local store for the pub burgers. Harris Teeter offers a fantastic grocery shopping experience. Their wide selection of fresh produce, friendly staff, and clean store environment make every visit enjoyable. The prices may be slightly higher, but the quality and convenience make it worth it. Overall, a top-notch supermarket for everyday needs.

I just bought a fruit tart. I came home to give some to my children and the raspberry had mold on it! Totally disgusting! I am not coming back.

Very clean, employees were very helpful. Parking is good. Almost everything stocked. I went down most of the aisles, and there was only one empty place. I was using a store wheelchair it was excellent until I got almost to the end of shopping, when it almost stopped moving. Someone got me another wheelchair, and I was able to finish shopping. I was pleased with the way the situation was handled.We were there again today. Still a great place to shop. The electric wheelchair was working well today.All the shelves are stocked. The employees are helpful and friendly. The store is very clean.

What a joke…this store has gone so far downhill! Long lines, no registers open, employees standing around watching customers wait in line and don’t get me started on their Curb-Side disaster of a program. Harris Teeter has lost a customer for life and we be sure to share a terrible experiences with everyone we associate with! GET IT TOGETHER!!

Saw one of the associates pull mask down to wipe his nose and then immediately proceeds to work with open strawberry containers!! Normally this HT is decent, but workers should exercise more cleanliness!

Very clean store.Stick to the sale items. VERY good prices on eggs jumbo dz. 2.19. Some of the prices here are astronomical, however partcularly on specialty items and meat.

Staff has been nice but.... Please make sure you check the expiration date on EVERYTHING you buy. I've only lived in this state for 3 months and have found 4 expired items. And it's not like it was just a week or 2 old they were all a month plus! So gross and I will not be shopping there again.

This store is pretty great on a good day but if it's a bad day you can often come in to hear and sometimes see management screaming/yelling/cussing at associates on the sales floor. This just raises my anxiety and makes me nervous to come into the store. I don't like yelling let alone screaming and cussing. If you have anxiety or any triggers with arguments I would suggest entering this store as little as possible.If you're just there for coffee Marie-Ann is very friendly!

Expensive as ever. We need to stop buying from businesses that are just taking advantage of us. Dozen large eggs (they didn't look like large eggs either)was $4, country crock tub was $7.50. Everything in there was high. Gas prices "caused" them to raise prices but, gas is down. When are food prices going down? I was disappointed with Harris Teeter today.

Great variety of grocery items, reasonably priced, very courteous and helpful staff. I go there on average twice every month. They always have what I need. Cashier checkout or self checkout available. Handicap and veteran parking available. Wheelchair accessible. Bathrooms available. Beer and wine available. International section/products available. Fresh vegetables, seafood and meets as well as frozen and refrigerated.
