I never have any issues with the drive thru service. Everything goes smoothly, and I am able to conveniently regularly donate items without long wait times. I haven’t been inside this Goodwill except only once, but it was a positive experience that one time. I recommend for anyone, especially for anyone in the area, looking for a solid Goodwill location.

This review is overdue. I stopped by on Saturday, 10-22-22, to pass some time while waiting on a friend for dinner. Almost walked out empty handed until I saw this beauty. Just needed a lint brush & it was good as new. Go Ravens!

This was one of the best Goodwill locations I’ve visited! The clothes were organized by type and color, which I found to be very useful for looking for specific colors that I was looking for. It was not organized by size, but it made the hunt fun. The people working were incredibly kind, and I really enjoyed the experience I had here. I got a few tops and they were reasonably priced. I highly recommend checking this store out.

we found these funny pants 😂😂 but seriously they’re always nice here, i think this is the best goodwill i have ever been to. their clothes are organized by color/ style and they have a great selection. i would HIGHLY recommend you to check out this place 😄

What is the purpose of a goodwill with no changing rooms? Don't come here if you have to try things on before buying or you all just waste your time. Rude unhelpful employees too.

I went yesterday to buy some uniform standard clothes for my new job. I had about 12 items in my hand and a clerk asked me if I was ready as she saw me looking around (I was looking for a changing room). She led me to the register and I said oh I'm sorry, I was looking for a changing room. She said "we don't have those here but you're welcome to come back tomorrow to return the items that don't fit. Had I known that I could only get a giftcard back with the amount from returned items, I would not have bought as much as I did. She did not clarify this to me. The next day I came back in with the items I wanted to return and she called what appeared to be the manager over to assist me. He told me I would be getting a gift card back, I was confused so I said is it only good for goodwill? He said yes. I said "I'm sorry I was under the impression that-" to which he promptly cut me off and said "i'ts on the receipt" and pushed it toward me. I took the card and left. I have worked in customer service for years, I know how rude and degrading people can be sometimes. I did not act that way at all and did not deserve to be dismissed so curtly. I think its reasonable to tell people BEFORE they buy something that refunds will not be issued to their cards, and not to give them the impression that they can return something if that isn't really the case.

The employees aren’t nice at all, I’ll occasionally find some cool stuff but the store feels dirty compared to other goodwills. Also I bought some non-clothing items and within an hour of bringing this stuff home I now have seen 2 live German roaches crawling around in my house. Thanks a lot! And they are over priced. I saw them selling a pair of used baby shoes for $15.

Janiyah Duncan was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful with any help that I needed. She needs a raise 100%. She was always smiling with her customers and went above and beyond. I will definitely be coming back. She deserves a raise with the effort she put in.

This GOODWILL is Fabulous! Neat, clean, ORGANIZED and helpful! Like shopping in a upscale consignment shoppe. The staff pleasant also. I will go back. peace. (Update....a little puffed....clerk said yes I can return....bc can't try on in store...did not detail return is NOT REFUND...its a gift card😒disappointing)

I visit almost everyday with my daughter, it seems like everytime I go in the have put out new items, and the managers are friendly especially the guy he's a bit weird but its a fun environment

Bring back the fitting rooms, it’s ridiculous not to have them. Even value village has changing rooms.

Found out I actually paid more for Walmart lamps in this Goodwill store than at Walmart. They have these lamps priced at $59 and Walmart has them at $44.99. I hope the extra I paid goes towards a job training program or something good used for the community. That would be the only way I feel better about paying the additional.

I was having a pretty bad day but the bright, cheerful face of your employee Asia instantly made my day better. Always a great selection of clothing and the dressing rooms were clean and organized! Amazing place, I always go to THIS Goodwill.

First walked in the entire store was very clean and organized. I have a job interview and needed some new dress clothes. Found a pair of Perry Ellis slacks, in great condition. Came out to $4.28, I asked to round up the total to $5 because Goodwill is a great non for profit and helps tons of people in different ways just like they helped me put together a outfit for a job interview. Highly recommend to check out Goodwill if you ever need anything.

Went down a while back and liked this store quite a bit. Surprised it was more affordable than the ones here. Found several nice items at a decent price. Will be back for sure.

First time there. That's nice stuff. A little pricey for the Goodwill on there Home Goods section. But very clean compared to others that I've gone to in the county. Staff workers were very friendly and helpful

I found a lot of great clothes here that were in good condition, including s real cashmere sweater. I also purchased a bookshelf too and I absolutely love it! I will definitely visit this Goodwill location more frequently.

I make some of the best finds at this location. The staff is the most friendly and the clothes are well organized. Lots of name brand clothing here. The housewares section is a little messy, but nothing you won't be used to if you are a frequent thrifter.

Cashier was rude, I asked did they have coat pendants she said “what” I repeated and she said no and kept doing what she was doing without even looking at me or acknowledging me. Then I find a blazer that was on the 4.99 rack but she rang it up as $8 and called someone name joe. I refused to put up with the nonsense at this location!!! Never again will I return. If I could put less than 1 star I would.

Very small store! I have never been in a Goodwill, this size before. I guess because it's new to the area. The cashier was very friendly which will give me a reason to check it out again whenever I am in the area.

Ok not great. Not a big selection of clothes really. Movies and cds were better but most seemed to be missing the actual disk so check before you buy.

Goodwill has become greedwill. The stores just don't have good stuff, they auction that stuff online. Prices are absurdly high, higher than the original sticker in some cases. Gone are the days when I had excitement about finding a great deal.
