It's a big store with lots of amazing crystals! They have jewelry, raw geodes, animal shaped crystal, etc. It was such a nice environment and the person working was so nice, he made sure I needed everything and was super informative. I will definitely be back and 10000% recommend visiting :)

Gem Avenue was recommended to me by a friend and I went for the first time last week. The woman who gave me the rundown of the store was very welcoming. They have bags and things to help you keep track of what you’re buying/looking at and they also have a chart to help you know what they have in the store! They have some absolutely gorgeous pieces and really nice prices. There were some stones I’ve had trouble finding in other stores that I’m excited to go back for.It was a great experience and I’ve been telling all of my friends about it since! I genuinely can’t wait to go back.

The best crystal shop in NC!! Not only do they sell the most gorgeous quality crystals, gems, and minerals they are the kindest people, and they do not over price their pieces! I cannot say one bad thing about this company! Its ran by a family of beautiful humans, that make their customers feel like family too! I am blessed to have them so close to home!!

What a lovely store, seriously! The ladies working there are so nice, and helpful. The location is fairly easy to get to by taking the blue line train and maybe a 10 minute walk. They have a large variety of rocks, minerals, fossils, etc. Some beads. A good selection of both large and small specimens at various price points. They also sell pendants and bracelets. I purchased several stones here that are very hard to find elsewhere. I'm glad I got to stop by this shop, it was the highlight of my trip to Charlotte

We spent a good 45 minutes just walking around looking at their rocks and minerals, and honestly could have spent more time. They were incredibly nice and knowledgeable. We will make this a part of our Charlotte visit every time we are in town

Great selection of stones. Tumbled stones are way pricey. Better deals on the raw stones. I only gave it 3 stars because I was rushed out of the store by the older guy because I was looking around too long. I did however bought two great stones from there at different times.

What a great selection of gems! The only drawback is that they are still labeling everything, so identifying all the stones is challenging. But the employees were very helpful and the owner (I presume) came over and spoke to me by name. Ultimately I found the gems I'd wanted and as well as a few surprises. Nice people and a good collection: Definitely recommended!

I've had the pleasure to meet Haroon and his wife and family relatively recently. My wife and I were visiting a mineral exhibit in Hickory NC when we had the opportunity to interact with him.Right from the start, he was warm, welcoming and willing to share information about everything he knew. I bought as much as I could from him that day. As the weeks and months went by I ran into him again and again. And as always, very humble and helpful.I discovered he had a retail location close to me and now I try and swing by to say hello whenever I can. Their shop is clean and organized. I was looking for a moonstone to help usher in the new moon and reset during the solar eclipse . They had exactly what I was looking for . They also have rare perfumes and clothing apparel . By far the biggest collection of authentic stones I’ve seen in Charlotte . A rare find .

I was delivering a heavy package to Gem Avenue. The jewelry associates were so kind and let me browse the store before closing.I called thinking I needed to make an appointment because of the gate (that's on Sunday's) they were open! And helped me find a ring w my birthstone emerald two charms and a necklace I could wear w both. I appreciate their attentiveness and patience, and I will be returning forsure.

When you first head here, it’s quite unassuming from the outside.But when you get inside! THERE IS EVERYTHING! Every beautiful stone, crystal, and gem you can think of. Raw, tumbled, spheres, carvings and shapes! There was an awesome section of wire wrapped stones with findings to make earrings or necklaces.My mom left with a couple of rose quartz worry stones and I got a gorgeous hunk of Malachite!

Decided to visit after doing some research online about crystal shops in the area, while out with one of my best friends we decided to check it out and we were not disappointed. The people were very friendly and knowledge about everything they sold. I was able to find some really great crystals that I’m very happy with. I came here for the first time yesterday and they have good prices and a wide variety of crystals (some of which I had never seen before). The staff was very helpful and attentive while I was shopping and I like the fact that they offer more than just crystals. I also bought some beautiful earrings and they have great deals on selenite crystals and crystal balls. I would definitely recommend for first time buyers or those who are just looking for new pieces to collect.

Huge inventory with helpful staff. A lot of great gift ideas there like necklaces and centerpieces. They also apparently sell wholesale.
