Awesome store! I was really nervous because despite being a casual fan for a long time, I haven’t painted or played miniatures in almost 20 years. I was afraid that I may not be welcomed by seasoned enthusiasts. Boy was I wrong! Itamar is an awesome store manager and fantastic representative for the Warhammer community. All the fellow customers I met were super helpful and welcoming. They definitely promote an inclusive environment for all ages and skills levels. I highly recommend you check out this store for Warhammer 40k!

Fantastic Store. The stock levels are great. The staff are attentive and very helpful. Lots to offer, they would be glad to show you the games and how to play. Even other patrons are glad to jump in and discuss all things GW. If you are a fan or just curious, its a great place to visit.

I am a very new player and this was my first GW store I had the pleasure to shop and play in.Itamar was the most gracious of hosts. He supplied everything we could ask for, and was always knowledgeable when we had a question.I never felt like a burden or out of place in his shop. He keeps the atmosphere positive and it’s an infectious energy that creates an amazing experience for anyone stepping inside.Thank you, Itamar for making my first day so fun!You are a shining gem.Never let your facets dull!

I work close by and have gone in several times to check it out. The staff is wonderful, every one of them. They were super helpful and patient with me. They explained thier products and store selection very clearly and gave me a few pointers on how to get started on Warhammer!They even gave me a few characters to play with AND let me use thier paint to start my team. They have events and games going on all the time. I was very comfortable in there, knowing nothing about the gaming experience they offered.

I have never painted a miniature before but I decided to paint my Frosthaven miniatures and stopped in for a quick visit. We had a wonderful time here, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I haven't felt so welcome in a store in a long while and my experience was top notch. I can't recommend this place enough!

The owner was very friendly and helpful. He is knowledgeable and took the time to show us how to assemble them and give us pointers for painting. The store was well stocked with Warhammer models and a good variety of painting paraphernalia. His store offers space to craft on site as well as a place for battles.

Great store! Even though I told the proprietor that I was from out of town, he took tons of time talking with me and even letting me try out a couple of paints that I had questions about. If I lived anywhere nearby, I would definitely be a regular here!

Very friendly place. Employees are super attentive and Ryan, the Store Manager, has an amazing memory. Guy remembers me each time I go in, even though I have only been a handful of times with months/years between visits. Also great people hang out there to hobby, all very helpful. Highly recommend.

Selection is good. Staff is alright. Friendly but too pushy.It's a Games Workshop store, nobody walks in without planning to spend money, you literally don't need to push a product with every sentence that comes out of your mouth as an employee here.Not very inspiring for the hobby itself, feels like a car sales place compared to other GW/WH stores.

Well-stocked despite the small store size. The staff are fantastic: very helpful and knowledgeable about miniature painting and all things Warhammer. It's obvious that they love what they do! I stepped in on a whim just to see what an official Games Workshop store was like and ended up staying nearly half an hour chatting and getting painting advice. Great place!

Really nice experience at this store. I went to pick up some paints to work on some Gundam model kits and was helped by a gentleman named Itamar. Itamar was very knowledgeable on how the different paints should be maintained and which would work for gunpla. He also informed me that they have free workshops on painting techniques and how best to schedule them for convenience. I'm very excited to check this out and learn this technique.

Awesome staff, very friendly and receptive to people new to the hobby. Went in to just look around and see some of the models, ended up staying over an hour learning about the game and new products. Great experience overall and will definitely be stopping by again to begin building my new Warhammer army!

If I wrote a description for this review I'd be reiterating what everyone else has said. Ryan was extremely helpful and friendly to me. I came in there only looking to buy one simple paint, but I find myself going back there the next time I get paid to get into Warhammer. Seriously recommend this place to anyone who paints miniatures, or even regular models like me.

I've never played Warhammer and playing world of Warcraft I was always interested in the painting but was kind of intimidated. The second I walked in I was greeted and was so welcomed. Free painting lessons, any questions answered, super friendly and non judgemental of newcomers not knowing a space marine from a stardrake. 10/10 recommend.

Store is kind of small, but they have a few gaming tables, a decent stock of merchandise, and the staff are really friendly. They have rotating events like every night, and everyone in their seems really happy to be there. I liked the Concord Mills location more, but it's nice to have a GW back in Charlotte, and even if it is a bit smaller, it's a lot more convenient, especially this time of year.I also like they stock the Black Library books and can order pretty much anything you want, even ones you can't find on Amazon or in generic bookstores.

Great place to hang out and enjoy the hobbies Games Workshop has to offer. The guy who runs the store is an amazing person who tries to remember everyone who comes into the store, and usually does, even after only seeing them once a few months ago. Lots of items to choose from including minis, books, and paints.

Itamer was one of the most helpful and friendly people I've ever met. Large variety of items and even during covid they allow you to browse as long as you use their supplied hand sanitizer. Overall an amazing place to go and I'm sure to go back soon

My friends and I made a day trip to go to this store. It was the first Games Workshop we'd ever visited. The store was much smaller than I expected and at first I was let down. After going inside it was very well stocked, had very friendly and helpful staff, and some nice models on display. I enjoyed the store, and wish there was one closer to my home
