I have been coming here with my dog for several years now, and it is one of our favorite places! Everyone who works here is so kind and knowledgeable, and Allie is instantly recognized and greeted with a treat (or more likely, treats). They have a great selection of high quality food, treats, and other pet supplies. We are so grateful to have Four Dogs in the neighborhood!

Definitely more expensive than your average chain pet store, but they have some very nice employees and great treats my little pup can't resist!

i have had nothing but amazing experiences every time i have been at this store. my first time here, i met dan. he was knowledgeable & so friendly. you can tell he knows his stuff & actually cares about is work, which you won’t find at big chain stores. he recommended treats that zoey absolutely loved.this store is a perfect reason why we should all shop local more often. every time i take my dog in, she is greeted & given treats. they spoil my baby girl! they are just so friendly & she loves coming with me!what made me write this review after coming for so long is the last time i was in here. i was in a really tough situation & had just gotten off of a 13 hour shift. i was exhausted & emotional & burst into tears when i was checking out. alex was working & he could not have been any more kind, patient or helpful. i called ahead & he had products ready for me at the counter. he talked to me, helped calm me down & even gave me a bottle of water. he explained what i needed to do to help my situation & was so empathetic. i will never forget him or his kindness in my moment of struggle. it meant the world to me, & zoey.thank you a million four dogs pet supplies! we love you

I usually go there a lot but my most recent experience I won’t go back. Not sure if it was a customer or what But a tall women came storming in complaining about parking and cussed at me for it. She certainly thinks this is ok to speak to people and your customers as so. I will not be going back and if she continues to do this, it will only run people off.

To say we love Four Dogs is an understatement. The staff is super knowledgeable and always so helpful. They have a wide variety of products for both dogs and cats. This is the only place we shop for our 3 dogs. Our girls love the bully sticks, antlers, and all of the treats!

Our cat got spayed and we needed a last-minute cone for her that would fit appropriately without her hating it. Four Dogs provided outstanding customer service by being more than willing to help find the most fitting option, answering the phone in a friendly and prompt manner, and ensuring that our cat received the best. Four Dogs is a great local pet store that provides their customers with the best products and customer service. I would definitely recommend that any pet owner go check them out!

This place is awesome! They are great communicators, and I’ve enjoyed getting my dog food and treats from here. The workers, especially Alex, are welcoming and very helpful. Highly recommend using this place for all of your pet supply needs!!

My vet recommended Four Dogs because my pup needed to lose weight and likely had an allergy to its current food. The person in the shop was SO HELPFUL and walked me thru the store. There are so many options and their customer service is awesome (at the time of this writing, I was told I could bring back the food I bought if my dogs didn't take to it and I'd get store credit AND they donate the unused food to a rescue). I will definitely continue to support this place.

This is the only pet store I will shop at in Charlotte now! On top of being able to support a local business, there are so many great things about this place. They genuinely care about your pet(s) health and happiness and cater to so many unique nutritional needs for different cats and dogs. Betsy helped me today when I came in with my new dog that I just adopted yesterday. She could not have been nicer or more helpful! She answered every one of my many questions and gave me so much useful information and advice. The other customers that came in were so friendly as well, there is definitely good energy in the store and the overall experience was very positive!

I came here for the first time today and will not be going anywhere else to get my dog food! I was recommended to come here from my vet. The sales associate that helped me was VERY friendly and knowledgeable. She took me around the store telling me all of the important information about each type of dog food my vet recommended to help me make my choice. She gave my dog a treat and then let me walk around to make my decision. Thanks for such a great experience!

This is the solitary pet store I will shop at in Charlotte now! On top of having the option to help a nearby business, there are such countless extraordinary things about this spot. They really care about your pet(s) wellbeing and satisfaction and oblige such countless exceptional healthful requirements for various felines and canines. Betsy helped me today when I came in with my new canine that I just embraced yesterday. She was unable to have been more pleasant or more accommodating! She addressed all of my many inquiries and offered me such a lot of helpful data and guidance. Different clients that came in were so particularly agreeable too, there is certainly acceptable energy in the store and the general experience was extremely sure!

The staff and owners are always so helpful. They have freebie plans for certain items that are BOGO. Just ask! We use an expensive raw dog food and it’s buy 12 get one free which is super useful! Our kitty litter is on the same program. Support local!

Love this pet store. My go to for my dog and guinea pigs. I use to have my food delivered by Amazon, this is just as easy for me and no large box to feel guilty about. And they keep track of my frequent buyer discounts. Buy local.

Owner was super friendly and welcoming! Had plenty of treats ready for my dog and fresh water out. Lots of treat options and neat toys. Decent selection of holistic/organic/healthy pet foods. Even had some neat stuff for chickens! Some neat hand made beds as well. Any foods not there they will order.Great place!

Very kind people Betsy and Dan. I would highly recommend this establishment, business to anybody who is dog owner and dog lover and lives relatively near Noda. Great customer service. Very friendly. Knowledgeable. Wide variety of different products. I felt much better leaving this afternoon and so did my dog! Please give them a call or just stop by and give them a chance & at least meet them. I went to Four Dogs last week to pickup dog food for our Goldendoodle, Nelson, as we always do. When I walked in, the smell of the place immediately triggered me and the tears started falling.I had recently lost my beloved Maltipoo, Milo. Dan approached me and offered a much needed hug and I gladly accepted. He then gave me some beautiful words of consolation and listened while I gushed about my little guy.Then Betsy came in. I got another hug and some local tomatoes to take home with me. They're delicious BTW!I paid and Dan carried the big bag of food to my car. One last hug and my shopping trip was done.If you haven't already, I strongly recommend that you go to Four Dogs Pet Supplies asap. It's beautiful, locally owned and very special. They didn't just make my day, they gave me a smile to walk away with and comfort during a very tough time.Thanks again and again Dan and Betsy! 🤟❤️🤗

We love Four Dogs!!! Lovely variety of treats and chews, toys, food, bath supplies, etc!The dog literally will not allow me to walk by without going in, even when they're closed! Appreciate them for carrying Victor brand - the only place in Charlotte we've been able to get it. And they've been super safe and accommodating even in the current circumstances.

I've been taking my fur baby (Lolita) to this wonderful slice of heaven since she was a puppy. Great customer service, wonderful options and pricing. Always rotating and bringing in new and exotic items that have the quality that stores like pet smart don't typically carry. 10 stars 😍😁

Awesome place for pet food, gear, & information! The staff seems to be very knowledgeable on all the items I have purchased from their store. (To be included but not limited to - water buffalo horn, fish beams, beef knuckle & caps, lambs tail, primal frozen raw food brands.. the list goes on and on! If you bring your own bag you get to donate to one of the 2 charities they have posted for the week/month.Awesome place for pet supplies!
