Visited the store today and had Victoria as a cashier. She had exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond by not only ringing up our overstuffed cart(kids start spring break Friday)but she also helped put the bags in the cart. I wanted to express my experience with a manager however I was in a hurry. Hopefully this reaches them.

I discovered this store by accident. I was driving west bound on E. WT Harris Blvd and notice buildings on the left, so I made the right and there was a Food Lion occupying most the store front.The parking was attended by staff which is always a pleasant site to see. After all, we don't want roaming carts damaging our cars.The store had a nice compliment of fruits and vegetables as you walk in. They didn't have fresh romaine lettuce but bagged versions.As always my experience is that most Food Lion does not have a fish department. They of course have a deli department.The staff were mainly professional. Sign of good management

This is my fave food lion. It’s near my job, so I love going grocery shopping on my lunch breaks so I don’t have to do on wkends or when I get off work. It’s always clean, fully stocked and employees always friendly and helpful. I haven’t had one terrible encounter every time I have gone and I love that. Especially in a day and age where good customer service seems few and far between these days.

This location is ghetto as hell and they now have a bunch of damn kids managing the store who do not have Customer Service skills or the mental capacity to be running a store. Okay you’re short staffed. Who’s fault is that? & if you know you’re short staffed in the morning then why are you sending folks on break and to the bathroom at 9am.The folks in here always have a extremely displeasing attitude and you can look at the and tell they are disgusted with having to come in to work at FoodLion today!#DoBetter

Expectations are never high for Food Lion, but this is by far the worst location. I've never seen a more rude, unkind, and unpleasant staff. I'd rather spend more money on groceries at Harris Teeter or Publix where the employee's actually are happy to help you if you need something. Never again.

I don't understand why this food lion was built there's one like a mile away up the street. The cashiers are better than the plaza ext location. Very pricy and service isn't that good no self checkout. But will come in once a while

This is my closest Food Lion. However, I often have to go all the way to the Mallard Creek & Harris Blvd location because they're in-stock more often on fresh fruits, juice and breakfast meats. Customer service is good here, though.

Easy to get in and out, even though it's right off WT Harris. Rarely crowded. Clean, large store. Friendly and helpful staff, still occasionally wearing masks, seems to be paying attention to Meck County covid spikes. Very good gluten free selection, just not all in the "gluten free" section. Also decent local beer selection.

The prices are fairly good but honestly Walmart is cheeped and similar quality. The store itself seems nicer outside then inside. It’s a little bit older of a store. I found the selection a bit limited at this location. I wouldn’t say we feel unsafe here but it’s not really the best location. We tend to shop at the sugar creek location if that stop requires a food lion.

It was nice, but out of things. Stockers were working in the ilse to restock but made it difficult to go around them to shop. I got what I needed but took longer than expected.

Manager is not helpful. She is rude and snappy. I asked about receiving a new MVP card and she just continued to tell me that no stores have any cards available. When I asked how am I supposed to receive my MVP savings when shopping, her response was " What do you want me to do... I can't make you a card right here!" She could not tell me what store I could obtain one from.

The prices were excellent, lots of sales😊The produce was FRESH, well displayed with a pleasant variety. While each staff member that I had interactions with was polite, friendly and helpful, I must say that the cashier that rung my items up was one Beautiful Young Lady. She assisted me with a Pumpkin that was the weight of a small child, her Positive Personality just Bubbled through.

Love this Food Lion.......used to live near here but will drive the 20 minutes to this Food Lion because it's organized and they have great customer service from all departments there. I have had great experiences with the Deli, Meat Department and front end......my favorite location to go to.

Clean, friendly, some of the employees have been there at least 20years. I can tell you on one hand how many store employees (other than this one) can greet you by name! Prices are comparatively reasonable.... meats are great! Well stocked.

This is the cleanest, well organized store I've ever been in! We are usually Harris Teeter shoppers, however I was amazed at how pristine every corner of this store is. The produce section is also amazing! No salad bars, hot food stations, or fresh sushi like Harris Teeter, but 5-stars on everything else.

Store was very orderly was out of some products because of hurricane preparations for people that still had water on the shelves and was restocking milk and things that we all will need. Store associate very friendly one of the managers talking took the time to tell me he was thinking of my family because he knows there in Charleston and expressed his prayers and thoughts for me and mine. I thought that was exceptional of him and made me feel like I was in a HomeTown Place. Wonderful place to shop people are very friendly and kind and caring.

Wow, like a breath of fresh air compared to the grocery stores I've been going to! Store is stocked well, with a good variety, cashiers are pleasant and helpful, and management is in top of what is going on in the store! I am happy to say I have found a new home for my bi-weekly shopping trips, after at least a year of looking!

Clean store, open layout, decent variety of specialty foods and spices. Handicap accessible and no deep hills on the property. Every employee I have met were very nice. Bathrooms are in the front of the store and have as always been clean.

I like this Food Lion best of all of those within a 3 mile radius. It's clean most times I have visited but I do notice that it's starting to look like the other Food Lions in the area with parking lot Trash! . People love to throw out trash everywhere in our communities. It's sad. I hope this Food Lion stays ahead of it.
