First time coming to this 5 below it was OK. The employees welcomed you through the door and they would start a conversation when Ringing you up at the Register My sister and her son seem to find what they were looking for Stuffed animals and Minecraft Keychains.

I visited this store looking for a poncho for my son since he’s going to overnight camp and I had found them there before but at a different location. I asked an employee if they had ponchos and she quickly said no but when I went to the umbrella section, what did I find? Ponchos of course. She didn’t even attempt to help me just quickly said they didn’t carry them and was on her merry way…..please educate employees on product knowledge.

They are usually good for finding cell phone accessories at a reasonable price. Most of the items are now iPhone related and very few Android.

Great place for cheap stuff that is actually useable! Cute quick gifts for associates, office or dorm room decor, arts & crafts, etc. Only 4 stars here because staff is lackluster in customer service & pleasantries & also because some things priced at $5 vs $4 or $3 could be lower but I feel they've priced certain items that way because the item is "popular" not necessarily valued @ $5.

All items $5 and under!! Literally something for everyone here! I love that there's always something new and seasonal in stock. Currently, they have amazing Summer items including beach bags, toys, towels and chairs, but they always have cute items for kids, home and dorm rooms. They also have an array of cool graphic tees (my fave) and tanks. I caught this cute men's tank that I plan to use for a bathing suit cover-up at the beach this weekend!!

Bro tb “going forward we can’t use your first initial for online orders” first of all, going forward you will do whatever I tell you to do because I’m the customer, not the other way around. Second of all, you not about to stress me out over a $5 cup and if I want to only use my initials, I will and you will give me my items that I paid for when I arrive. Absolutely wild.

my money was STOLEN from this Five Below. Don’t order online and don’t go here. I spent $13 on an online order and they won’t give me my money back after randomly canceling the entire order. $13 STOLEN. These employees are THIEVES.

This location has definitely gone down. I guess the associates were ready to go home. In that case post a sign of hours of operation. Target is open late and so is the Dollar Tree. I had no clue they closed at 7:59pm. In that case, lock the doors 15 minutes before closing. I had to speak to the cashier when I was checking out. She definitely wasn't. Attitude. Her and who ever cut the lights 1/2 way off. I'll drive to Gastonia or Concord next time. I won't be back to Northlake location

Fun stuff on the cheap. Visit about monthly as they seem to always have new stuff coming in. Have really stepped up their game on carrying more figurines. The store is usually tidy and the staff are okay.

This store has the worst customer service. A select few of Employees at this store have real bad attitudes, when asked a questions on where to locate items in the store. They act as if their annoyed to answer question. Employees definitely need training on their customer service etiquette if this store wants to keep loyal customers. The worst thing a business can do is not properly train their employees on the proper way to assist customers.

Five Below is a very unique store n the prices you can't beat mostly anywhere! The quality of their products are good for the buck. The store is clean n the employees are friendly n helpful. I'd recommend anyone who likes a good product at a good price!

Store is always clean and stocked. I do wish they put prices on things since everything isn’t the same price. Not an issue though. It’s a cute little place to shop with my teenager.

The staff were putting things away because the store had just opened, but as soon as one or two people would get in line a store rep would be right there to assist. I think its important for store associates to never make a customer wait because you're putting items away and I have experienced that in other stores. Also, the young man that helped me at the register was very nice and welcoming. I had a great customer experience. Thank you.

My daughter loves this store. I've been here many times. The staff are always polite and courteous and always treat my daughter well. The store is always clean, but I know it's hard to keep it organized because of all of the kid traffic coming through here so sometimes some things might a little out of place. I know I will be back with my daughter for something soon.

It was nice it had a lot of good items in there for 5 dollars as you know. I didn't find everything I was looking for because I'm sure the inventory changes but I would recommend going there I did find these nice little throw pillows for my couch.
