Come here if you want to be harassed by people standing outside the store. I’ve only been to the location 3 times and each time there have been men standing outside waiting to ask me for money. One time a group of men surrounded me to “play a game” that involved me getting scammed out of my money. The store in general is fine, but the area and who they allow to sit outside the store will make me never go back.

Veronica & Purple greeted me with a smile that made me smile. Extremely welcoming and friendly ! I never experienced such amazing customer service before! I’m soooo grateful to have had them today! They deserve dinner from a 5 star restaurant on Family Dollar!

This Family Dollar closes 20-30 minutes early. I knocked on the door for about 5 minutes and a young lady signals and said “we closed” so I left.

wish this were a positive review. I really do.However thats not the case. I went to get a little cheap Bluetooth earphone set for work. Id gotten one from anothet Family Dollar months before so I knew what I was going to get and how much it cost. Long story short I saw a rack, NOT JUST ONE with. $5 label on it for a Bluetooth headset. I go to the register it rings up $10. The cashier Daisha went to check the rack and sure enough there was an ROW of the headsets on the $5 rack. She told Justin , the manager on duty and he automatically refused to sell the headphones for the displayed price. I try to be supportive of our young men but unfortunately he was the stereotypical example of a young black kid with a bad attitude. I will not be back, of course, but more than anything I was highly disappointed in him

This is by far the worse family dollar I’ve been too from the customer service to the store being a mess to as soon as I come in blaring vulgar music. How are you going to be playing music that contains the word pu**y non stop it’s gross. The customer service is horrible as well no acknowledgment on the phone texting.

This place has been closed for “maintenance” every day for the last two weeks for no apparent reason, I mean it’s not that large of a footprint or complicated of a facility to be going through this many issues for this long this is ridiculous!

I was in the store yesterday and I believe the Asian lady at the counter did not give me my receipt and when I stood there to get it she act like she didn't know what I was waiting on. But I do believe she over charged me for the few things I picked up. I don't have money to give away but she felt that she had to take my money I will not go and stop at this store again until I know she is not there. this don't make any sense

There was a sweet young lady who walked me to what I was looking for (an extension cord), when she saw it wasn't on the shelf she then offered to check in the back. Came back from the back and apologized because she thought she knew where they were but someone had moved them. Told her, "no worries" and that I would come back later. Checked out and was in my car when I heard, "ma'mn, I found the extension cords!" I was so taken aback. You don't see many employees willing to go over and above. Wish I thought to get her name because I appreciate her willingness to do so today!

So disrespectful I worked here as an assistant manger I informed them my bag was left there the night that I left it there by accident and even though I informed them that it was mines they still threw it away…. All employees there is rude and disrespectful everyone there needs to be fired this store needs to be shut down

I honestly wish they would update their time. It would have save me a drive. I arrived at this place around 9:15pm today. The doors were locked and the employees said they close at 8:45 until further notice although it’s listed everywhere as 10pm. Four people were turned around in the time span I was there. Please update y’all time

I had a really bad encounter with the manager here. I accidentally pressed cash back and it this time they aren’t doing cash back. So basically they had give me cash because my card had been charged. He got an attitude and rolled his eyes. This is facility is unprofessional.

I have was threaten to punch in the face because I would not remove my bookbag. Despite having talked to two mangers about the issue prior and it is not their story policy or against law. I do not trust those kids with my property and valuables they have a issue with a black man with a bag. I live across the street. I have been going here for almost year I have never stolen a thing. This is harassment at this point

Store was extremely dirty shelves were empty, personnel was very unfriendly and I didn't feel comfortable at all. I will never visit this location again, this entire shopping center has gone down drastically since I moved in 2016

Closed. Cheap Paper Sign said “store closed” . No way of knowing when they reopen.Came back and the 2 employees said they were closed. I asked why and they apparently need a 2 hour break 🤡CORPORATE OWNERSHIP NEEDS TO GET INVOLVED IN THIS USELESS STORE .

I try to avoid stopping at this location based on recent crime in the parking lot. However, I was surprised as to how organized the store appeared to be. The employees were also friendly.

I know someone that works here. She said there's no way to change the time. The new times had came from their District Managers. She feels bad but it's out of her hands.

Customer service is terrible. There's always only one cashier that moves very slow. The line at the register is always very long! I stood in line for 15min just for a bar of soap.... RIDICULOUS!!!
