The ATM machine let's you take out $30 instead of multiples of 20...which is cool.. One thing I don't like is this store never has gift bags nor a good selection of greeting cards.. Everything else is ok I guess...

Staff was very nice and friendly. Had the save $5 off a $25 purchase and it would not go through it stated expiration date 12/19 the date I was there was the 17th. I do feel more should have been done to push that coupon through since I am a frequent shopper at Family Dollar. The cashier did state to me that since the upgrade they have been having problems with the coupons.

Ok store but always messy and unorganized. Shopping here is like shopping at a yard sale where everyone has moved stuff around.

Always a great experience at family dollar. Have to catch them at the right time because products fly off the shelf goes quickly. Pretty much all of the family dollars are great but the one albemarle rd in Charlotte NC Is one of the best. Will always continue to go there. It is an excellent alternative to Wal-Mart.Thank YouA satisfied customer.

I like Family Dollar but this was the undoubtedly the nastiest one I've ever been to. The floors were nasty. Stuff was everywhere. They seemed to have plenty of employees, but only one was checking out and one stocking. The others were talking. They should have been straightening the merchandise or sweeping/mopping the floor.I will not be returning to that store...yuck!!

It's ok. The store can be more organized and cashier's could be better. They aren't bad but their moods are meh and they move slow. The store has a variety of options in items compared to others though

Customer service is ok i guess. The cashiers are friendly. The lines are slow though. You will be standing in aisles waiting the line be so long. Its also cluttered in the front area. People trying to pass by folks waiting in line. Its ridiculous. I hate going in here. Also i went to buy gel that was on sale and it did not show up on register. Manager said the sale start the following day. Why wasnrhe sale sign up? Ive have NEVER been to a store and they had the sale sign up when the sale had not start. Keep in mind, i work in a store (grocery) and signs dont go up before the sale. Smh

Ghetto dark skin slim black male cashier with bad attitude for no reason talking in an upset tone over basic questions smh. I make a point to avoid the employees with the ghetto accents for this very reason of them not having any home training and lack of self control.

Never no one at the cash register nor front. Never stocked I always wait at least 5 to 7 minutes before I receive help or assistance. And one of the employees even asked me to buy drugs but couldn't help me in the store. No structure at all.

Employees, mostly cashiers need to focus on the customers. They are always having conversations amongst each other, do not greet, nothing. Store over all seems unorganized & the floor looks like it’s never been mopped.... staff and store needs improvement.

Quick and easy simple shopping. You will be surprised at what they have in there. Great place when you want something quick and don't like the Big Box stores.

Only 1 cash register working for over 3 weeks now. Long line wait.store asle fill with product needed to be shelved. Shelves empty. Overall cashier were friendly and apologetic for conditions

Horrible. The cashier was talking to other co workers. She didnt greet, nor tell total had to ask for it and didnt say have a good day. Very unprofessional.

My sisters and I went into the store late in the afternoon, we were in an aisle discussing our options on what to get when an employee stood at the front of the aisle and stared at us aggressively for a few minutes and she was telling us that she can hear us as if we were doing something wrong and I was trying to resolve the problem and in the end we put everything back and walked out and the two employees walked out after us and yelled at us to “not fxcking come back”
