Visited this Family Dollar on March 16th around 1 p.m. The cashier was a young lady who was so courteous, friendly and professional. As a result of her great customer service and the fact that the store was well-stocked. I will give four stars. If it were not for the other female employee, walking endlessly throughout store, having a contentious phone conversation on speaker, for everyone to hear. It would have been five stars.

The employees here always are always personable and they offer to help me take all my bags to my car, (because carts can’t go out the store).They really do care about their customers at this particular Family Dollar.

One star for poor customer service. This young lady though that she was going to get away with stealing from the elderly. As my 82 year old mother was paying for her 5 Items, that was $16.75 . I stand behind her looking at some phone chargers. My mother asks this cashier to help her with the debit pin pad, because my mother can’t see very well. The cashier doesn’t acknowledge that we are together. And the cashier helps my mom. Also, helping herself to $50.00 cash back. Then walks from behind the register. Not giving my mother her receipt. As an law enforcement agent I quickly noticed this actions. The register was left open and no one standing there I told the cashier to let me have the receipt then I realize that the cashier had tried to steal money from my mother not knowing we was together. I can only make others rs aware of what she is doing to the elderly. And hope that, Family dollar corporate sees this post. To know you have an deceptive employee at this location.

There are good workers employed here. Especially a lady name CeCe; she has a great personality, helpful and caring.However, there is at least one problem with this store...it doesn't have any carts; so she carried my purchases to the car.GOD has blessed Family Dollar chain to exit many years, therefore CEO's, stockholders and managers ought to be a shamed of the lack of care at this location. It is a highly populated area with loyal customers who have kept this store and other locations open for years.God is watching. His eyes roam the earth searching for hearts that love Him.God loves people; so the care you exhibit for people can prove righteousness or greed to exploit people.I strongly advise owners to repent for your sins, do better by customers and employees, and, pay your tithes to the church before all these stores get closed.Give our GOD thanksgivings, glory, praise and honor because He deserves it; then maybe He will continue to bless you with more, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen 🙏🏽

The cashier was so rude, I never had a problem with any store. I had some items that was truly needed, a arm full of stuff. Got to the register after waiting nearly 10min only for her to tell me she could not take my $100 bill because I needed to spend $50 for her to take. I never had this issue with them before. I could see if I had $5 worth of merchandise but I had $23 worth. I looked at her & said are you serious? I left my merchandise on the counter & I looked back theses other ladies was leaving their stuff too.

I always enjoy shopping at this particular Family Dollar. I shop in here enough that i know all of the staff and i know where everything in the store is. For your best value, you can't go wrong with this place. Look around and they have sales and right near the front door is a table full of 50% off markdowns. The most ghettoest location I've been to employees aren't doing their job correctly. Came in here on 7/30 for a newspaper got out of the store employee thought I was shoplifting. I didn't take anything
